Hey. I'm Kevin and I'm an electrical engineer. I'm looking for a spare room in an existing house. Moving in around March 2020. My budget is around $250 pw/ including bills.
Hi there! I'm David, I’m professionally employed working full-time in the corporate world - so paying bills on time isn't a problem. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink and have no pets. I’m very relaxed with an easygoing personality. I'm tidy, quiet, considerate and respect the privacy of others. My partying days are well and truly behind me - so I'm not looking for a party house! These days I prefer to quietly relax and engage in good conversation with friends. Look forward to finding my new housemate/s!
I am an organised individual who adapts very well. I love to bake and cook and share all my baked goods with my housemates. I understand the need for everyone's personal space and most of the times keep to myself but am down for an occasional hangout.
Hi, I am Vik from India. I work full-time as Project manager in Dandenong South. I am an open-minded, easy going and tidy person who respects people's privacy and personal space. Few things I enjoy are Coffee, food, music, movies and yoga. I don't mind occasional drink, but not a binge drinker. Looking somewhere near by to Carnegie, but I also consider surrounding suburbs as well.
Hi, my name is Dani and I'm an easy-going 32 year old female who has worked in the Marketing industry for a number of years. My interests include travel, music, socialising, sport, adventure, and the outdoors. I particularly love animals and the beach, and have trained in Natural Horsemanship and worked on a rescue farm. As a housemate I am clean and tidy and extremely respectful of others. I believe in always paying my rent and bills on time. Very flexible in regards to length of lease, though my preference would be for something more long-term. Happy to answer any questions that you might have. Thanks for your time and I hope that you have a lovely day! Kind regards, Dani
Hej everyone! Update: I'm looking for two rooms to move in with a friend (German girl on a 6 month stay doing an internship in a car company) I'm a German/Swedish person coming to Melbourne for half a year. Sharing a flat for me would include getting to know each other and maybe having get togethers and fun evenings at the flat (maybe a cooking evening) or local bars :) On the other side, having an own space and quiet time alone is also very important for me. I'll be on the working holiday programme for this time span with a job in the tourism industry. (As a former student of musicology this is quite far off my expertise.. :D but learning new things is one of the most fun experiences for me. ) I'm a musical person, so you'll hear me singing from time to time. I also love nature and I'm especially drawn to the sea. (I'm quite the outdoorsy person.) I'm always happy to meet new people!
Hi. My partner and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in SE suburbs (ideally furnished but willing to look at unfurnished). Our budget is $1800 PCM but will go slightly higher for the right place. A short walk to a train station would be preferable. A little about us: We are a couple originally from the UK. My partner Seamus works in insurance, with a background in quality analysis. I am a veterinary nurse, working in a busy hospital. We’ve been in Australia for 3 years and decided to settle in Melbourne, after living and working in Tasmania and Perth. Whilst we like a beer from time to time we are certainly not party animals and value our own space and down time outside of busy working schedules. If we aren’t working we’re most likely hiking, reading, listening to a podcast or visiting a brewery so are generally quiet and respectful tenants.
Hi I'm Sid I'm 28 years old from Singapore. I'm studying Masters of Networks & Security at Monash Caulfield full time. I'm also working part time as an IT support assistant. I like to keep fit and hit the gym regularly, if you gym too we can be gym buddies. I love walking and running outdoors in nice, beautiful parks. I respect your personal space but I'm always up for a chat. I enjoy a quiet one at home but I also up for random spontaneous adventures and night outs. I enjoy cooking and if you cook too, I would love to learn your receipes, I'm getting bored of cooking the same food again. For me I keep it simple, if you're clean and tidy, we're gonna get along just fine. Ideally, I'm looking for a two bedroom apartment/house to share with one other person that's close to a train station or tram line and supermarkets. I'm here for the long run and I'm looking to play long term games with long term people.
I am a genuine and respectful person with a open-minded positive nature. I love to keep my spaces clean and hence clean up after myself. I'm a student at Deakin studying Nutrition working in a cafe, aiming to get into retail at a health food store or the like. I love animals but don't have any pets at the moment... I would like to buy two quiet-ish parrots soon.
