Its important to me to be a considerate, gentle and supportive housemate, and I aim to create a stress free sanctuary. I am a self employed maker of textiles and silver jewellery and also work a little in administration in the community sector. Ideally I'd love to be able to set up a small desk/workspace at home for my sewing machine/ creative projects at home. I have a discreet indoor kitty called Monica who is very low maintenance, clean and friendly. She is very easygoing and has spent time with other cats without issue. In the rapidly changing Covid situation I have become quite homesick and therefore considering a move to Hobart after a few years in Melbourne. Have created this profile to casually start looking for potential digs.

Hi, I'm Daphne! I'm originally from Singapore and have graduated from UTAS with a Bachelor of Science - I majored in Zoology :) I currently work as a receptionist at an animal shelter and also as a waitress at a Chinese restaurant. In my spare time, I like to work out, go for walks/runs, play games (I have a Nintendo Switch, we can play Just Dance if you're up for that!), and watch Netflix! I'm looking for chill housemates who would be up to hang occasionally, maybe even go bushwalking with!

A pretty adventurous and chill personality on the lookout for likeminded housemates! Im a very tidy person in all shared spaces, and spend a lot of my time working in hospo/tourism which I love, but that also means I really appreciate alone time. That said however! I'll almost always be up for a beer or (occasionally) indulging in guilty pleasures like Masterchef or a battle royale match. I love anything to do with the ocean / bushwalking / dogspotting, and am currently saving up for hopefully a grand trip around Australia in a couple years time. Outside of iso/quarantine I usually visit my partner in Victoria quite often too. In the meantime the dream sharehouse for me would be near Hobart (as that's where I work) have a bathroom to housemate ratio of 1:2, bedroom big enough for a double bed, and prefs off street parking, but of course I'm flexible with all of that :) i do shiftwork and am very conscious of keeping quiet whenever I have an early start or late finish at work. My diet is also mostly plant based, but I'm not the type to judge or push my preference on anyone else / totally don't mind living with other dietaries. Please feel free to ask me any questions or request refs!

Hi. I’m crazy busy studying medicine and a masters and I intend to work casually as an anaesthetic nurse. In my spare time (😂) I like hiking, rock climbing, traveling, and eating my way around Tasmania. I’m a social person but I’m so busy with uni all I can do is study. I’m looking for a short term place until medicine resumes on campus classes.

I'm a full-time working professional and moving to Hobart in May-Jun. I'm clean, tidy and easygoing. Like to spend weekend exploring the nature as well as staying home watching Netflix. Plan to stay in Hobart for long term but would like to see how it goes in the first 3 months.

Hi there, I recently moved from Melbourne to Tasmania and will be starting my master studies in July 2020. We are looking for a long term WHOLE unit to stay in for at least 1-2 years. If you have a whole unit and are looking to fill in the place, please let me know! About myself - was a full time hospitality manager in Melbourne and decided to move to Tasmania to continue my studies and start a new life here - love staying home and do take care of the home considerably well - have been holding great credit record throughout my 5 years leasing history in Melbourne
