$200/week•23 year old female
Hi there! My name is Angie, and I’m looking for a place to call home preferably somewhere near the beach (I’m an ocean baby). I’m 23 years old and just moved to Newcastle at the beginning of last year from Cape Town, South Africa to study my masters in special education. I loved my time here so much that I decided to move back full time to work. I’m in the process of securing some substitute teaching jobs and plan to work with people with disabilities as well as tutoring on the side. My work is very flexible, but I am very reliable in being able to pay my rent and bills on time. I'd really like to live in a house that feels more like a home, so would love to live in a friendly and warm atmosphere where everyone cares about making the place feel welcoming. I'm always down for a chat, movie night, or dinner and a glass of wine (I love to cook) but I also enjoy retreating to my own space. My reason for moving from my current house is that the owners are selling. A little bit about me - I’m a pretty easy-going, down-to-earth person - I love being outdoors and some of my main interests include yoga, walking, being at the beach, reading, hiking, cooking, socialising with friends and checking out the art and music scene in newy. Please let me know if there is anything else that you’d like to know, I look forward to hearing from you!

Please do note on my move in date and what type of room I look for. I’m from Singapore and a full time student at University of Newcastle. I rarely cook and love to have a clean place. I clean up after myself well. I do not smoke or drink nor do I party. I’m pretty quiet and keep to my laptop most of the time. I would like to find an accommodation before my flight back to Australia. I’m looking for a clean fully furnished room with ensuite and air-conditioning in the room. The rent has to be inclusive of all bills and internet near to the school. Please kindly only send me a pm if you have the following rooms available. Looking to move in on 14th February 2020. I'm negotiable on the rent, location etc..

I’m a strong independent girl, who is committed to my work and study. I’m a clean and tidy person, I have respect for others and their property and I have no problem with cooperating with others I’m easy to get along with and I’m mature for my age. I get along with older people more than people my age :)

We are moving up to the Newcastle area next year as I will be starting at the University of Newcastle next year. We are a couple, 26 (non-smoker) and 31 (smoker, outdoors only), from the Northern Beaches and are just looking for a nice place to share with one or two people. Pat works full-time trade hours and I hope to continue working in the dental field with possibly a few nights in hospitality so I can continue to save while studying. We are looking to spilt rent, utilities and wifi in a location not too far from the beach or the University. We do not have any pets but are animals lovers and are happy to room with cuddly creatures.

Hey there! I'm 29 and will be relocating from the Central Coast to Newy as soon as i lock down work in the area. I currently work full time in employment services. The only person I know in Newcastle is my partner so would love to meet some like minded individuals, though I appreciate my alone time as well. I'm neat and tidy, pay my bills on time and will respect your space! If you think I'd make a good addition to your place or are interested in a team up please shoot me a message. Hayley

Hi! I'm a 27 year old physiotherapist, looking to relocate as I'm getting a dog (after 10 sad doggo-less years!) and would love a house with a yard and maybe a friend for my future dog-child as well! I'm always outdoors and love walking, the beach and camping. You will find me at the gym most days, and I play AFL as well. Both of which balance out my love for baking the most calorific sweets possible (ask me about my nannas caramel slice recioe, but I'll never tell you the secret ingredient🤫) I like the beach, reading, doing puzzles, and netflix but also a casual bevvie. I can move any time from the middle of April onwards, very flexible. Ideally fully furnished but this is also flexible. Through me a message!

I am an outgoing and friendly person looking for some like minded people to live with. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, cooking, laying on the beach and keeping fit. I’m an outdoorsy and creative type with a lot of different hobbies. Looking for a housemate/s that are happy to have friends around for games night but also respect ones need for some alone time. I have been living in a 2 bedroom house for the past two years so have plenty of furniture 😁 ideally looking at teaming up on a cost efficient 2-3 bedroom place.

Hi there! I'm Anne (mostly called Annie), an international student commencing my studies in Environmental Engineering at the UoN this semester! I am looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months (or longer!), preferably with nice flatmates that will help make the settling in easier :) I'm organised, clean up after myself, love surfing, good coffee, dogs, cooking and photography. Will probably spend most of my free time in the water or on the beach, so the room doesn't have to be big. Not really a party person but always down for a beer or a home-cooked dinner! Looking forward to hearing from you! :)

I work full time as a dental hygienist and when i am not at work i like being active. I am a creative person who loves anything weird and wonderful. I love plants! I may or may not end up with a cat but she is super affectionate and doesnt destroy property. I am pretty easy to live with. I am tidy and respectful of my surroundings. I'm not a massive party animal. An introvert-extrovert combination which means I am just as happy to interact and keep a good social life with my flatmates but also love my space and downtime. If you want to know anything else please feel free to ask. I am an open book 😊

I'm a self employed, vintage obsessed, music fueled, self proclaimed comedian - kind of gal. I'm easy to live with, I enjoy my own space but I also love a good dinner party. In my private space, I'm immaculate but I'm not about pushing that onto others. I would love to be in a nice little place with good people who do cool shit with their days. I’m studying law, history and international relations at Uni whilst working as a Barista and running my own business. So I’m busyyyyyyyyy and it’s epic! I need a place, let me cook you dinner.
