I'm Marina, from Barcelona, Catalonia. I'm 41 years old and I'll come to Noosa heads to study at Lexis School. I'm tidy, responsible, easy going, clean and quiet. I'm interested in learn English (I'm enrolled in the Cambridge course). I practice yoga and I like sports. Thank you
I work full-time as a massage therapist plus an occasional night at Bunnings. I'm a great listener, love a laugh, very active. I don't drink or smoke. I also enjoy triathlons, running and f45.
I am a well travelled, friendly, fun and respectful professional looking for a place to call home. I am not a party person although enjoy occasional nights out with friends. Very respectful of others space. Not a big drinker or into pubs but love hiking, cooking at home, reading, listening to music, going out to nature, exercising, dancing, practicing Yoga and meditation. I'm very clean and organised and hope to live with people who are of similar nature.
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying May be available to do art for your sharehouse Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
Hi ! I'm Lucie a French backpacker who is 21. I have just found a job in Noosa Heads for 3 months so now I'd like to find a share house. I'm very easy-going and happy with everything. I'm also a quiet, an independent and an ordained person. I love meeting some new people discovering their culture and their hobbies! I'm so sociable, so it doesn't matter if you use to have people at home! I'll be happy to share a drink or a dinner with my housemates or just chilling, chatting... I'm just looking for a share house for 3 months (at least) with my own room. I don't mind to share the bathroom and all the other rooms. For sure I'll participate for all the housework!
Hi, I'm Lucy and I'm making the move from Sydney up to Queensland. I am currently studying Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine. In Sydney I work as a nanny and in an admin role and have previously worked in hopsitality so I will continue on with this type of work. I love to surf, bushwalk and have a wine here and there. I really enjoy cooking (vegan - not bothered by others food choices though) and try to lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. I would love to find a fairly social house where we can hang out and have dinners or drinks but also respect each others down time :) I am a non smoker, no pets and will be working.
My boyfriend and I are looking to move. We have one medium sized dog. We are a laid back couple, easy to get along with, enjoy socialising but also like our own space. Would prefer a granny flat or separate space of our own but open to other options.
Hey I'm Kate and I'm 18. I'm ideally looking for somewhere that I can spend my time during the week whilst I'm working in Coolum as a childcare worker. I tend to go home most weekends but I'd be up for doing stuff on the weekends depending on my plans. I'm super clean, friendly and am studying and working so I'm not always seen a lot but I'm always up for sharing a meal or watching some tv. I love going out and about, trying new places and exploring all different places on the coast.
Hey Im Julian! I'm originally from Germany, but I will start a life in Australia. I love to dance Hip Hop, to surf and play instruments like Piano and Guitar. Im very open minded and love to try out different stuff. The best thing about me is I'm an optimist and I think you can get something positive out of every situation. Listen to some interesting stories and some talks are also some of my favorite activities I will spend my free time for.
I am active, young at heart, recently retired, female, who has just moved to the area from Darwin. I do a lot of outdoors activities, including cycling, swimming, body surfing, sailing running and walking. Needless to say, I am hardly ever home. I eat and live very simply and cleanly and looking for a share house with my own bathroom with like minded age appropriate people/person.. I have been house/pet sitting in the area and now looking for my own place. I like animals and will happily assist with dog walking and animal care. I am told that I am very easy to get along with. Ideally looking for a furnished room,, but will consider unfurnished. Looking in the Noosa area.
Hey! I'm moving to the Sunshine Coast at the end of the month. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 8 months and am looking to be closer to some beautiful beaches. I'm respectful of peoples space and like to stay tidy. I also also enjoy a glass of wine, staying active, and being social.
I am a single dad with 50/50 custody, I do my own thing most of the time but am not socially awkward or a recluse. I like to converse but can keep to myself, depending on who my roommate is. I am looking for a roommate that doesn't have a problem with having an energetic and sometime loud and excitable little family in their home. My daughter has a stuctured weekday routine and is in bed by 730pm on school nights so I am not looking for a party house. That being said, I am not looking for a choirboy type roommate as I am not that kinda guy ( I enjoy a beer or 4 maybe once a fortnight/month and don't care if you like to let your hair down on weekends). Thanks for reading. Az
Hey, I’ve just returned to Australia after living overseas and traveling for a few years. I came back as I missed teaching which is really fun (when they’re not being little shits) and I live for the weekends when I can go hiking, camping and hangout with friends and family. I’ve always lived in share houses so I know how to navigate them respectfully. I’m clean and tidy, love to cook and am very chilled to live with. I also enjoy banter and good conversations with a beer on occasion. Soooo pick me!! Haha
Can cook a mean spaghetti, always with red wine of course! Learning French and just came back from living 2.5yrs in Europe (Berlin and London), looking forward of the chilled vibes of the coast as my city slicker days are now behind me. Bit of a hippy, would love to have a vege patch if the place has enough space for planter boxes. I’m a massage therapist and also work with children, and will be doing my yoga teacher training in 2019. Love dipping my toe in alternative things like cacao ceremonies and gong sound baths, but also not too carried away. Basically have big plans about how I’m going to make the world a better place for humans and animals. Plus I’m also pretty hilarious... but I’ll let you be the judge of that. Have lived in large share houses before and love the energy and vibe of having people around, so don’t like if people hole themselves away but a bit of personal space is also healthy. Don’t know what else to write, hit me up if you wanna meet! Also looking to move mid-Jan 2019 but flexible on dates! Cheers, Jules
