Easy going. Love to chat, share a meal but also enjoy my own time in my room. I have a cat Misty but you won't even realize she is there, it is the most chilled cat you'll ever see haha. I am working full-time and occasionally do some casual work which keeps me busy.
I'd like to consider myself as a respectful, polite, considerate, clean and tidy, responsible, happy, positive, easy going, self sufficient, does what has to be done kind of person. I like to chill in my own space as well as have a chat and a laugh with others. I do like to live the quieter kind of life now but enjoy a number of interests and activities. I walk 1-2 hours a day and most of the time my eating habits are healthy. Originally from N.Z, I've lived and worked in Aust. for over 40yrs, most of my working life in admin. which I still do now M-F 8am-3pm. I am hoping to find a granny flat for myself or a 2-3 bedroom house with someone who would be comfortable sharing with me and my dog, Suzie Q, a Border Collie 11 y.o. beautiful natured, well behaved, clean, wormed and vaccinated.
Hi! I am super chilled and love getting out and exploring as much as I can. I'm currently living in Cannon Hill but unfortunately my current housemates are moving to Melbourne when our lease is up. I work full time Mon-Fri in the Travel Industry. Looking to move around the start of October as current lease is up October 15. Looking for like minded housemates :)
Hey there 👋🏽😊 I’m looking for a medium to large room to rent, with built in, own bathroom or ensuite, MUST HAVE a Car Park if in inner city/doesn’t have amble street parking with no restrictions (In the suburbs mentioned above only and to share with only one other please 😊) My normal working week week is Mon-Friday. I either go to gym before or after work on a week day. I also work quiet long days so would like someone who didn’t mind if I wasn’t overly social during the week, as I tend to keep to myself. However in saying that I am very polite and bubbly person. My weekends normally involve keeping active, going out to dinner and maybe a drink or two with friends ever now and then (However my party days are well and truly over and would like to live with someone on the same page) - As I would like where I live to be a place to relax, not to party 😊🙏🏼 I also am quite clean and tidy and always respect the common area :) Only looking to share with one other person - as mentioned above, male or female I don’t mind. I rented my own place fully furnished so only have bedroom furniture unfortunately. Please get in touch with me if you think we would suit living together! Happy to sign a new lease together or move into an exisiting apartment 🏠 😊 I’m staying with family so any time from next week and onwards is suitable as a move date. Thanks for your time! ☺️
Hi there, my wife and I are moving to Brisbane for a change of scenery on the 28th of October this year, we have lived in Sydney too long now and its time for a change. I myself am a chef and she is a teacher that teaches English to foreign students, we are out going people, love to talk and get to know people and travel as well, I'm am a guitarist in my free time, and love to cook when I can. we are easy going, clean and tidy, and very respectful. we would like to get to know the area a little and what it's like to live in Brissy before we move into the area that we want to live in.
HI :) I'm 28, originally from the UK but live here permanently. I work full time, love most craft related hobbies, prefer being out and about but do love a good tv binge on rainy day. I have a slight obsession for plants and making things in the kitchen.
Hi I’m Dave, I’m currently traveling Australia from the UK, been here since February and in Brisbane about 3weeks. Looking for a nice place to live for about 4/6months in Brisbane. I’m temping in customer service at Mercedes-Benz at the moment and living in a hostel in west-end. I’m looking for somewhere to meet new people but with my own space to relax. I studied BSc Animal Behaviour and MSc Conservation Genetics at University. I’d like to do a PhD here, exploring the place a little first. I’d like to go to some of the nearby National Parks and I’m saving for some wildlife camera traps. Ideally, I’m looking for a private room with sociable people and parking available for my little Subaru. I’d like all bills to be included in the price I pay just for convenience.
Hey, I'm Matt. I am 27 and work full time as a civil engineer. I am single with no kids and am looking for a room in an existing house. I've lived in numerous different sharehouses over the last 9 years and have developed incredible friendships as a result. I spend most of my time working, and catching up with family and friends. In my free time I enjoy reading, practicing yoga and making music on my computer.
G'day I'm 26 years old, work full time as an electrician around Brisbane. Normally out of the house by around 5-6am Mon-Friday (and most saturdays). I try to live a fairly active and healthy lifestyle, while also sneaking in some beers or a glass of red on occasion. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and have been flat sharing for quite a few years now. Longer stays would be preferable e.g 12 months or longer. Would ideally like to live with like minded, motivated and friendly housemates who like to keep a fairly clean house. People who are up for a chat and a beer or the odd beach trip, I'm normally pretty flat out and out of the house a lot of the time. Would prefer at least 1 off street car park as i have two cars but its not a dealbreaker. I enjoy live music, surfing, playing guitar, weekends away camping, martial arts, among other things. feel free to hit me up if you'd like to have a chat, flexible with move in date, would prefer about 3-4 weeks notice. Team ups are suitable as I have a fairly new fridge, microwave and washing machine cheers!
Hello! I am Jarred I am a laid back, considerate 24 year old who generally keeps to myself and am busy between work and getting out and about on weekends but do enjoy a conversation and a drink with my room mates from time to time I am currently living with a friend not on a lease, so my move in date is very flexible. Any date after the 1st of October suits as I get her from my overseas holiday on that date :) I work as a Hydraulic designer Mon - Fri at an engineering firm in South Bank and on weekends I like to get out and go camping, skiing and adventuring in general When I am at home I am respectful of peoples space but always down to socialise and have some drinks I do own a jet ski (which you can always come along with) and some camping gear so a place to store them would be ideal but not a deal breaker! any questions feel free to ask :)
