I always clean up after myself and Lucci and would love if the sharehouse also values a tidy space. Never had issues with paying rent on time/in advance. Here's a classic, but I'm well and truly respectful and vocal of boundaries. I also have some furniture and kitchen stuff I could contribute or leave.
