I'm a clean and tidy single dad of 2 boys of age 7 1/2 and 4 1/2 and easy to get along with. I have a small group of close long term friends. Basically I need to reduce my rent costs as I travel from time to time for work, kids etc and perhaps increasingly in 2018 and just need some time to get ahead. I haven't shared before so this will be quite new to me. I'd prefer a female room mate or perhaps mate(s) but would consider another single dad in a similar situation having kids part of the time. I have no pets presently but do love animals, maybe just not cats inside the house. Currently I'm in a house lease until end Jan 2018 in castle hill. I'm open to most suburbs within a 10km radius of parramatta. Ideally I require a property with at least a single lockup garage. A house with a backyard with some grass would be nice. I will agree to cut it and to cook the BBQ's. An accomplice in a new property venture appeals to me. I'm Proficient in most domestic duties and pretty handy. A stable long term employeee of 15 years, 39 years of age and counting...

Grew up near the area and work full-time between the Hills and North Sydney. Love playing sport (up to three nights a week). We've been housemates for the last 5 months and we're looking for third and possibly fourth person to team up with and find a big house in the Epping or Castle Hill area. Hi, I am a German student who is currently doing his master in computer science and because I am doing an abroad term in February 2018 I will come to Sydney for one semester. Myself I would describe more like the calm type of guy who doesn't party a lot. That doesn't meant though that I don't like to go out from time to time. I am also quite tidy and although I never lived in a shared accommodation before I think I am a great flatmate as I have no problems in doing things that have to be done. I think when I am in Sydney I probably will spend lots of my time exploring the city or trying to travel somewhere near the city. And of course I am going to study as well, which means that I will probably spend quite some time in front of my computer. When I am not doing one of these I will enjoy the weather or try to go for a run. If you have any questions please write me I will answer them! Best Regards!
