I'm a mature age student with a simple lifestyle. Will be studying fultime. I'm easy going, mild mannered, father of 3 adult daughters, keep fit, eatwell, into surfing, mountainbikes and motorbikes...reasonably handy around the home too! Moving interstate from Melbourne for study
We are a couple looking for a studio/flat to share for 3-6 months. I'm a full time PhD student at the University of Sydney (North Shore Hospital, St Leonards). I'm a clean, friendly outward couple and respects others privacy.
My name is Nikita and I am 27 years old. I recently relocated from Melbourne to Sydney and am very keen to explore this city. I am a health professional and my job requires significant amount of travel around West and North West Sydney. Due to the nature of my role, I will on occasion work from home. I am looking for a share house that is social (and hopefully housemates that enjoy cheese and wine as much as I do) but also allows for privacy. I am looking forward to eating my way through Sydney and already have an extensive list of cafes and restaurants I intend to visit. I consider myself to be a neat and considerate person, who really dislikes clutter.
My are an international couple, traveled in many countries and lived on all six continents. We are very friendly and tidy, love playing games and being active. I am a stand up comedian and a casual teacher, and my wife Sophia is a student at Macquarie University doing her degree in Social Entrepreneurship.
I'm a kind, caring and responsible young lady. I'm quite mature for my age. I work full time as trainee at a child care centre, so I study as well. During the week I found that I spend a lot of my time alone outside of work cause I work long hours, but on weekends I'm more social and happy to chill out! I like to keep things tidy and I respect other people's needs and privacy etc. I also love animals! Especially cats! I had to leave my cat with my mother in Melbourne. I moved interstate to work and become more independent. 😄
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
I'm a PhD candidate with Macquarie University and the South Sydney Rabbitohs. I spend 3 days at MQ, and the other 2 working days with the Rabbitohs in Redfern. Prior to living in Sydney, I was living in Auckland, New Zealand, and have been flatting for the last 5 years. Tidy and respectful. I love sport, reading and a good meal.
Looking for personal grannyflat or studio (not to share). We have previous sharehouse experiences, so we are respectful, responsible, clean and tidy people to live with. My partner and I are usually busy, with work and school taking up most of our time. When we don't have work and school, we often stay inside and relax or go for mini road trips and adventure around new areas. We are both easy-going people and are looking for a place to share together, having recently moved to Sydney from a small town on the South Coast.
Hello I'm a professional looking for a studio type close to my work place. I'm a tidy person, likes to keep my place neat. I'm responsible and always on time paying rent. You wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks
Hi, I'm looking for a private room and close to Macquarie Park. I'm quiet, tidy and respectable and like to spend my time chilling or being outdoors by the water or on my motorbike. I work full time as a mechanical engineer. I am non smoker and do enjoy a casual drink or two.
Hey there, my name is Matthias and I'm a German exchange student doing one semester at Macquarie University, looking for a furnished room. Best move in date would be around 21-04-17 and I wanted to rent a room until the end of june / middle of july. I consider myself a clean, sociable and active person, who enjoys the company of roommates, but I can also be by myself. I used to live in several different shared flats back in Germany and I'm looking forward to find a new place here. Somethings about me / stuff I'm interested in: Music (used to play in a band back in Germany) Health / Fitness (like to go to the gym or running; also into Scuba Diving) Socialising Travelling Cooking / Food Reading
22 years old, female, Veterinary Nurse. Looking to start a new lease with 1-2 people around Wentworth Point or Five Dock. Around that area somewhere. I'm super friendly and easy going, but do enjoy my own space every now and then! Looking to move around mid June when i get back from travelling. I enjoy the outdoors and going on random adventures, coffee dates, sneaky weekend drinks, food, the beach and animals. I laugh a lot and love a good chat! Working part time at the moment, will progress into full time eventually but will be looking for a night time job once i'm settled in a place. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested or have any questions :)
Currently looking for a roommate to move into a 3 bedroom place in castle hill. Two girls are about to move and we are looking for someone really friendly, fun, clean and happy to chat and chill together. Let me know if you are interested and I can organise with the owner for a viewing.
I'm an engineer working in technical marketing. Recently moved to Sydney from Manila but I’m not exactly new to Australia. I'm easy going, clean and very sociable but I like to have private time also. I do a bit of photography and filmmaking on the side so I’m pretty much preoccupied on weekdays. Weekends are spent outdoors or hibernating at home. Prefer to find a room in an apartment but I’m also down to team up to start a new lease. I’m flexible with move in dates as I have only a week’s notice period right now. Cheers!
Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney for a year..would be moving again in march. I am a professional working with a big4, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I take time out for running or swimming and prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping the house tidied up, cook 4-5 times/week and occasionally entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. 😁 Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house.
Hi there. I am studying my masters degree in Macquarie University and also running my own business which is a packaging design agency. I am looking for male and/or female to start a new share house together. If you are willing to keep the place clean (I mean it) and interested please msg me :)
We are from the UK and have been living in Killarney Heights for the past 2 months. Due to the location we are currently living in, meeting new people has been hard, so we would like to move ideally near the chatswood area and meet people around our age!
Hello I am 32 years old, working full time in North Sydney. If that wasn't enough, I am also studying part time doing my MBA from UNSW. I love food and also cook sometimes - mostly for the entire week at once. Love sharing meals. My lease is ending on the 25 March, so planning to find a place soon. Happy to team up with someone who is interested in leasing out a place together.I am very clean, tidy and social. I have a car (love it) so would prefer if I get a parking. Also, I love pets. Don't mind taking care of them if required.
I am a mature female science lecturer & health care professional, currently working in the city in close proximity to Central Station. I am a clean, tidy & very quiet person, who appreciates her own time & privacy, however I do enjoy a good intellectual chat. I am conscious of my health & wellbeing, preparing my own meals & exercising regularly. I do neither smoke nor do I take any drugs, I may have an occasional social drink but I am not a party person. I do respect your privacy & I expect the same in return.
Hi I am clean and tidy 31 YO moving up from Canberra for work, I am a divisional manager in a national company. I am looking for somewhere to live until I find a house to buy. I work long hours and I am away every weekend.
Hey! I work in software sales in North Ryde. At work most of the time and tend to be quiet when home. I cook up to 2-3x per week and always clean up after myself. My girlfriend stays with me 1-2 nights per week, she is quiet but amiable. Desired environment: Clean, secure, quiet, peaceful & well maintained. Desired flatmates: Professional(s) who clean up after themselves, are quiet at night, independent and respect others' space, privacy and property. No smoking indoors or parties.
I'm down to earth, I'm respectful, kind and always willing to help out and hang out I would never be disrespectful to you or anyone. I have a 6 month old dog name ace, he is the most loving and caring animal in the world he is part of the family. I'm sure when you'd meet him you'll only see for yourself.
I am a funny, tidy, friendly and sometimes crazy french girl. I enjoy good food and sharing moments around a good meal. I love cats, movies and chilling. But above all music !! I am sporty and try to keep the "healthy" stuff as much as possible. I love walking in unknown streets with a camera, contemplating nature or the city, improvising crazy stupid stuff, going on a roadtrip, discovering the world. I surf (beginner still), swim, run, tan, dance (all night), sing (watch out your ears...). I love partying but rather outside than in my house (messy mornings are not my things). Coming to study to Australia is my dream and I want to live it fully, to make the greatest experience of my life. If you want to share your culture, your values, personnality, that you are Chinese, Argentino, Canadian, Italian, Egyptian, Senegalese, Australian, Idian, tall, ginger, brune, male or female (or both), that you love animals, same gender or eating a nutella crepe with cheese... If you want to make me discover the way you live, I will be pleased to let you take part in my adventure :) Cheers!
I am a very clean person, funny, sporty and loves healthy food :-) I will move due to work to sydney and looking for a nice and funny roommate to live with. I also love wine and coffee ;-) I am still in germany but looking for a room starting in may.

I enjoy nights out with friends and quite nights in. I enjoy cycling and exploring areas and bush walks. I spend a lot of time out and about. I'm Chris, a 'young' 48 year old male, working in the public service. I'm moving from Canberra for a stint in Sydney until the end of June, but it could well go on. I'm laid back, easy going and like a laugh. I'm originally from the UK just outside Manchester. I love English football (I'm not a United or City fan), decent music (Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Eton John etc). I like a game of pool and a pint (or schooner) with friends. I will often be away at weekends visiting my kids and working in the city Mon-Fri office hours. Really just looking for a base for work for the time being. I'm not tied to a particular suburb, as long as it's a reasonable commute to the city. I don't smoke.
Hey everyone, I'm an astrophysicist who likes skydiving, rock climbing, SCUBA diving and more! But these things don't define me. I've been doing this sharehouse deal for a little while now and I've learned that there are very few people in this world I don't get along with. Equality and respect are the most important aspects of living in shared accomodation. The rest come's naturally =).
I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.
I am an full time student at Macquarie University. I am in my 20's and socially active person and enjoy networking. I do understand the importance of self space also living with me can be fun. I can adapt to change and am very accommodating.
Hi! I am a 27 year old student at Macquarie studying to be a secondary school teacher. I am looking to find a place to live that I can share with at least one other person. I will be studying for 6 months and then re-evaluating my living situation. Look forward to meeting some like minded people.
Kiwi aussie, looking for a fun share house with some quirky people to hang out with. I have only lived with friends or partners so want to give this a go.. I love hanging out and having a chat but also appreciate alone time. I like climbing, chilling and camping. I like other things to, not just ones that start with 'c'
Hi, my name is Vivek (25, male) and I am a postgraduate student at Macquarie University. I'm a clean and tidy person who respects other people's space. I'm easygoing and enjoy meeting new people. My hobbies include movies, music and sport (especially soccer). I study during the week and like to hang out with friends on the weekends. If you feel I'd be a good fit as a housemate, please drop me a message and it would be great to meet! Hope to hear from you. Kind Regards, Vivek
