I have previous experience living in share houses and I always make sure to tidy up after myself. I work six nights a week at a Chinese restaurant in Ringwood with Tuesday being my day off. Mostly keep to myself as I like to read and write but always down to chill with a coffee/beer and to watch a movie or have a TV binge. (or watch any AFL match because I am a passionate Richmond supporter - go tiges!) Not much of a chef but I can grill a mean BBQ. I'm a musician but I can keep all the noise of making music contained to headphones. 420 friendly and generally chill :)

They adore the 9 year old boy i currently live with and smother him with kisses and affection even though hes very hyperactive and disruptive. I am really easy going, i get along with everyone, i have an obsession with keeping things around me clean as i do have OCD, i will always treat others with respect and there property and i hope to be given the same respect back. im currently unemployed, that's because ive been caring for my sick nan for the last year, but am currently on centrelink and DO get payed enough to pay rent and support myself, but am currently looking for work! Also in my spare time i like hanging out with mates, having a drink here and there, not to much off a party animal but am still at a young age. if you give me the chance to move in, I wont dare to disappoint!!
Hey there! I'm Kristel, 24, looking for a place in an inner city suburb. Been living in shared accommodation for over 7 years, pay bills on time, can respect people's privacy, but always up for a chat! I'm a Psychology graduate, but work full time in a customer service role in the city. I travel, I read, bit of a foodie, can bake, enjoy eating out, but I usually stay in and cook most of the time. I watch Criminal Minds reruns, with a side of SBS. And I gym (ish). Keen to look for a place to call home. I'm also interested in team-ups somewhere within the inner city suburbs, or anything on the lilydale/belgrave line (Blackburn to city) I come with my own furniture, a washing machine, and a whisk. Look forward to hearing from you! Kristel
Self suffecient, tidy, respectful of peoples property and space! I’m a very charasmatic guy and easy to get along with, work a full time job mon-fri standard working hours. Generally out with mates on the weekend enjoying life. Adapt to pretty much any environment and always up for a good time. Always down to talk and socialise at home but do value time by myself! Looking for flat mates that share the same interests, full of energy and enjoy socialising as much as the next person! Guarantee to not disappoint
Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
APPEALING TO ANY GOOD SAMARITANS WHO CAN HELP!! I'm friendly and clean. I'm generally a private person but occasionally like the company of others to socialise and have a cuppa or a meal. I also am a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 12mths old and super friendly towards humans and other dogs! She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but bigger the better! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up! I don't have my daughter living with me. She's 16 and would like a 2 bedroom place so she can join me. It's quite sad due to break up she had to stay with my parents! So if I can't find a 2 or more bedroom place that's affordable and right location then I'll need something temporary 3-6 months while I look and not rush! I'm praying for any Good Samaritans out there who'll have what I need/want! So basically it's just me and the dog if only a bedroom in a house or if 1 bed/studio/bungalow place. The rent needs to be cheap as I'm a pensioner but also have child so got more income. I'm just looking for a clean quiet peaceful place to call and make a home! I'm needing to rest and recover from an abusive partner and already feeling so much better and getting on with life! Some of u may be put off but I hope u don't judge too quickly as I'm a honest dkind caring and big hearted person!
Very clean, neat and quiet. I spend most of my time at home due to disability so I take good care of my surroundings. I have been sharehousing for 2 years and I am willing to share food/cooking and cleaning. I have a rental history and some furniture/appliances (depending on where I end up, I'll keep what I need). Gluten free omnivore, love cats and can tolerate outdoor-only dogs. Looking for a quiet location with public transport in walking distance. Ideally I would like to live with other LGBTQ folks. I'm interested in art, writing, fashion, activism and self-advocacy, and I love to make lots of jokes.
I'm quiet, neat and tidy. I enjoy reading and watching movies. I work full time and about once a month like to get out for a bushwalk. Currently living in Blackburn, looking for a female to share-house with who likes having my cat around as much as I do. I don't like parties and late nights, so looking to share with someone who is considerate of peace and quiet. More than happy for your friends to come around from time to time; and my friends pop in too.
I’m looking for a place to call home while I begin working as a registered nurse. I’m a bit of a nanna and like sewing, knitting and gardening. I like to have clean common areas and mainly keep to myself (not a hermit though). I have an adorable black cat called Elvira. She’s a total princess but completely housetrained and very playful.
My name is Erin and I am 32. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (recycle at Coles) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
Easy-going, accommodating to all lifestyles, I don't mind keeping to myself, and I work in security so you know I can pass a police check! I'm currently working night shifts on weekends so I'm often nocturnal, but I stay quiet. I'm respectful to the needs of others and I'm perfectly happy to adjust to make things easier for everyone. A place with a pet would be ideal!
While my mum would say otherwise, ;) Our current landlord would tell you that Loretta and I are quiet, clean, honest & respectful tenants. We've for the past 10 months been renting out the attic space of a 5 bedroom house in Surrey Hills and basically we think we could be getting better value for our money. ------------------------ Primary criteria: ------------------------ * A private Bathroom/Ensuite. * Public Transport eg. tram and/or train line close by. * Trustworthy housemates. * We'd like a big enough bedroom (or an additional space) where both of us would be able to set up our computers eg. a study nook, either that or we're open to the idea of renting 2 single rooms and using the second one as an office. --------------------------- Secondary criteria: --------------------------- * One off street carpark. * Self contained / private entrance. * Clean common areas. * Internet speeds to be that of NBN or Cable. If your going to message me, please include first time round (to save my reply being a request for) price, photo's, the rooms dimensions & if possible a street name so I can check out public transport access, local shops etc. Kind Regards, CJ.
Hi! I currently live in a share house in Burwood, but the lease is finished at the end of March. I am looking to team up with 1 other person to share preferably a apartment with, or a unit with low exterior maintenance and air conditioning. I am friendly, easy going, and respectful of others personal space. My hobbies are cooking music and dancing. And I have a boyfriend who comes over a few times a week. Ideal candidate would also need to be easy going, clean, and pay rent on time. If you would be interested, please feel free to shoot me a message, or call me on Zero Four Zero Three - 741783. And we can have a chat. Look forward to hearing from you! =)
I grew up in a big family, lots of chaos so I've learnt to appreciate privacy, quiet time and tidiness. I'm in my second year at University studying business. I've lived out of home for a year now , I like watching movies, reading and cooking. I'm looking for a long term stay, close to a station.
Professional 40 year old female. Currently working 3 days a week (soon to be 5 days a week) in the city, so I'm looking for something close to public transport if possible. I'm an easy going, non judgemental person who gets along with everyone.
Aloha. Name is Nat, I work full time at an office and part time at a pub. Looking for a place to live as after October I'm out of living at home. I am clean, respectful and I am never home but to sleep, work 6 days a week. I am quiet, the sneak in at night is undetectable unless you have a dog because I must pat said dog for it to feel loved, it's the small stuff. Will on occasion provide a cheese platter because cheese is life and I like to share my passion for dairy. I don't snore and make a mean cup of joe.
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from surgery, scheduled sometime between Jan-March 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September, and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 (Jan-March). The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Jan-March.
