I'm a French student in 4th year of an advanced master in engineering. I have the opportunity to do an internship in UC, Bruce. I'm looking for a place to live and why not people to meet. I'm very quiet and tidy, I could play the guitar and share my passion about discovering new tracks. I don't smoke at all. I've been playing Team Handball for 15 years. I love chatting around the table on the evenings. Please contact me if you want to share a place to live with me during my stay in Canberra between May 1st and August 2nd.

Prefer a furnished room with own bathroom in a furnished house/flat and access to gas stove, washing machine, fridge and wifi internet.

I am often away, have no pets, my children live interstate. I am nice and easy however keep my distance and do not invade other people's private space. We can cook and would love to share a meal and chat :) We enjoy watching movies and sports, love reading, a little into fitness, non-smokers,no pets. We are basically from India born and brought up here but have moved around quite a bit and hence we are adaptable. So if you are seeking tenants please contact us.We are hoping to join you by end of April 2017. Thank you
Hi, my name is Stephen and I'm moving up to Canberra from Melbourne for work. I'm starting a 6 month contract role in financial services and looking for a place I can call home whilst in Canberra. I'm easy going, organised and friendly. Some of my favourite hobbies include squash, bike riding and vinyl collecting.
Hello, I'm Vignesh, a Prospective student in Australian National University. I'm going to pursue my Masters in Computing. I love Movies, TV shows, Video games, and Working out. I also cook. Looking forward to finding a place which does not burn a hole in my pocket.
I'm Sarah, I'm 23 years old and I'm studying at UC. I'm doing my masters in occupational therapy. I have lived in share houses for 3 years now so I am used to living communally and understand about communal cleaning. I am clean, tidy, friendly. I like to have a chat with people but respect people's personal space.
Hi everyone ! I'm Chloë, i'm a french student and i'm here for 3 months for an internship in a research lab at the ANU. I search a room in a houseshare/flatshare. I'm really easy going, i love cooking, and i'm really friendly. Cheers !
Single professional thinking of moving house when my current flat mate finds a place she'd like to buy. Easy going, enjoy a few drinks and a laugh, but keep it fairly low key on work nights. Also spend a bit of time away with work. Looking to move in with a like minded person. 6 month lease was just a number, would be happy to move in for a few months to see if it works first, and plan to be in Canberra for the next year or two.
I'm joining ANU as a Post-Grad student for the Semester 2. I'm great to talk to, friendly and responsible hence there won't be any dues on rents, bills, etc. Like to keep the place I live tidy and would expect a roommate to be the same as well. My favorite pass time would be to watch movies or TV shows that are trending. Love to shop around and get a few drinks once in a while. I'm a dog-lover and love to babysit them for friends or family. Can cook pretty well and a food-lover. So I'm pretty sure I could be the best roommate you can get :)
I am a 22 year old IT professional who works at a Television production company in the city. I'm clean and tidy, and have lived with room mates in the past, so I can share a bathroom without leaving the toilet seat up or my towel on the floor. Im very easy to get along with, and am more than up for a chat, however I do respect some personal space and quiet time. Personally I love to watch movies, go for walks about and experience new things. I also like to laugh, so having some housemates with a sense of humour would be a plus. There would be a couple of upsides to living with me: - I'm mildly handy. I can fix all sorts of broken things around the house. - I work in IT so free tech support for you. - I don't mind doing something in the garden if I have to. - I hate late bills, so you'll always have rent and bills paid on time. I am currently finishing up my current lease in Belconnen where I have been living for about 18 months, and will be moving early to mid May. Overall I am a well grounded mature person, and if you think I might be a good fit around at your place please don't hesitate to drop me a message or give me a call.
Great company, not the cleanest freak you'll meet but I like to keep things tidy.. don't go out much anymore so you won't be having me waking you up 3 am in the morning drunk.. trying to join the army and just need a place to stay where it's easy to get around for work.
Hey ! I’am Vamsi from India. I’d recently been selected to be an exchange student at the ANU to conduct research on Solar cells in partnership with Panasonic Australia. Since I’d be new to Australia , I am looking for a house close to the University. I’d be in Canberra from the 27th of March to The First week of July. I’am a 21 yr. guy looking to add to my International Experience. Hoping to hear from you soon 😊
Hey there, I am a young kiwi looking to fly from the nest (even though kiwis can't fly). I was born, raised and have never moved from a small city in New Zealand and am ready to venture over to Canberra to begin my studies at University of Canberra. I am currently a full-time student at UCOL (my current course finishes mid May) and part-time employee in sales- yes, I never seem to get a day off. Some hobbies which I have also include some rather nerdy things such as gaming, cosplay and playing some good ol'fashioned card games. I do have a taste for the finer things in life such as fast speed internet, 2 minute noodles and memes. I enjoy being social and trying new things, I never back down from a challenge. I am more than willing to compromise and cooperate with everyone I live with (it also helps that I'm a passionate baker and love cleaning- vacuuming is my favorite). All I am seeking in return is a good experience with some relaxed, friendly people. I look forward to hearing from you soon, Robyn
NOTICE: I insist on the location I listed online. So if your location is not listed, please don't waste your time. I would work by bike or on foot, no bus. And I insist on a "big" room which can contain a book shelf and big wardrobe for clothes. Sharing bathroom with maximum 1 person. Preferring ensuite room. ---------self-introduction--------- I am a first PhD candidate in the department of computer science of ANU since 17th April 2017. I need move in before 4th May. I came from China and am an easy going person who respects others and responsible for my duties. I am interested in high-tech inventions which my major is involved in. Besides, gym, all kinds of yoga, cooking, reading, traveling, watching movies, and chat are the things I would like to do for relaxing. Embrace multi-culture communication. Btw, I really love pets, especially cats! ---------what I'm looking for--------- I am looking for a long-term quiet place to live. Cause I need reading or coding at home after work. For cooking, I prefer gas instead of electricity. Cause gas brings better Chinese food than electricity. I prefer center heating or at least not too hot or cold. Maximum 300/wk including all rent cost, namely, bills and the internet.
Hi, I'm Ilka, 20 years old. I'm a German student planning to study at ANU from July to December. I'm an open person who likes to spend time with friends, chatting, cooking, baking (and eating of course ;) ) and going out. But I'm also very relaxed, respect other people's privacy and like to spend time on my own from time to time. I live in a flatshare in Germany and I love it! That's why I would prefer living together with other people in Canberra, too. I am also a competitive swimmer so I might be out for practice early in the mornings or in the evenings. :)
Hello Everyone!! My name is Emily, I am 25 years of age, work as a nurses assistant at Calvary and study full time at CIT in enrolled nursing. I am easy-going, considerate, sociable, trustworthy and respect the privacy of others. I enjoy cooking, health and fitness. Looking for not just a house mate but a friend. I am a friendly trans girl with varied interests. I am a member of multiple student clubs at both ANU and UC. I am active in the canberra queer and gender diverse community. I enjoy board games, drinking socially, dancing and improv. I clean up after myself and enjoy cooking for myself and others. I have been living in Canberra since 2004 but spent several years in Sydney studying chemical engineering from 2012 (unfortunately I did not complete my degree due to a series of medical crises within the family). I am currently studying at CIT and looking for work.
