My plan is to start a shared house with some cool people! preferably, engineering students. Bonus points if you study at Monash lol I am a first year engineering student at Monash Clayton. I am very clean and that's pretty much all I care for when it goes to living with other people, I expect them to be the same! boys, girls, couples, gay, straight idc what you are as long as we can get along! I am moving away from a apartment that I have to myself just because I want to experience the shared house life and potentially study with fellow students in the house sometimes. I am also down to party every once in a while. I am fairly smart so I maybe able to help you with maths and stuff too :D So feel free to HMU if you're on the same page
Hey, I'm Chris. 34 yo professional, currently working full time as an Account Manager in the Moorabbin area, and am looking at moving a little closer to work, traffic sucks all the way to Langwarrin. I'm a pretty easy going kinda guy and am comfortable having a beer or sharing a meal with my roomies, as well as knowing when it's time for individual me times. I like to keep a clean and tidy house, and am not afraid to scrub a shower or toilet. Weekends for me I'll be in and out, but during the week I'm a little bit homebody, read, watch Tv waiting for better weather again. I have a 2 yo son who is ace as, I have access every Sunday during the day and if the stars align for me Would love one night during the week in the future. Drug free households only!!
Hi! I'm Ting. Will be starting my postgrad course in data science at Monash in July. I love sports, burgers, coffee, and spending quality time with friends and family. I do crossfit, weightlifting, and surfing on a regular basis. Basketball, skateboarding, biking, and hiking are also my interests. I'm pretty chill and easygoing. I like to make friends, hang out, have fun but I'm not here to party. I want to focus on my study and build a career as a business/data analyst in sports-related fields. I like to plan ahead but still have some flexibility. I believe that being honest and be willing to communicate are important in having a great flat sharing experience. It'll be cool if we can be friends or workout partners but if not it's no problem, too. I've traveled to over 10 countries and done a 29-day train trip around the United States. What I learned the most from my trips is that a lot of time there's no right or wrong, it's just different. It's alright if we don't share the same values or views. I'd respect your opinions and appreciate that you help me to see things from a different perspective. Since I love sports, I'll be bring some workout gears and possibly get a surfboard or bike after I settle in. I'll keep my things neat and out of your way. I'll definitely respect our shared space and clean up after myself. Also, I'll respect your privacy and your personal life. Meanwhile, I expect the same from you. Feel free to talk to me or ask questions if you are interested in being flatmates. Or if you want to meet up, I'll be in Melbourne after July 10th. Thank you :)
We are both Canadians here in Australia on a working holiday visa and we are looking for accommodation. We work together at Chadstone so we are looking for somewhere close by. We are easy going, neat and tidy but we are also very sociable and love some good banter. We like to travel heaps for fun, go out every now and again but lots of travel!
I'm a friendly and easy going full time pharmacist working out in Dandenong but I'm looking to live a fair bit closer to the city than that, ideally some time before the end of July. In my down time I enjoy playing piano and video games and going out with friends for a bit of a drink and a boogie. I've been known to do a bit of baking and crafting as well! 100% LGBTI+ positive and pets are fine by me! I'm flexible with length of stay and type of residence, although I'd prefer not to live with more than 2-3 other people, and I would like a place to park my car (on the street is fine).
Relatively new to Melbourne and Australia. Doing my Master's at Monash Caulfield campus and in search of a place that's easy to get to from uni :) Originally from Lebanon but was raised in Kuwait. I enjoy my alone time but also like to mix with others and my hobbies are gaming and music production.
Hey guys, I'm currently at my second year at monash and I'm doing my master's in IT here. I 'm very friendly guy who enjoys making new friends and hanging out. I'm not a party animal, but i enjoy a drink occasionally. I tend to keep to myself. I'm very clean and prefer room/room mates to be that way. I'm very easy going and adaptable(no drama :D). I loooove watching movies and tv shows. I'm currently not working anywhere but will be looking out for part time jobs when I move in. I love pets though I dont have any. message me for any more details. Cheers..!!
We are 2 students female friend from Thailand looking for private room. We are both sociable, friendly, clean and respectful. The place need to be closed public transport. We are potentially the chillest people you will meet
I'm a considerate, moderate guy looking to share with 2 or 3 mature, moderate, and considerate people (approximately over 38 years of age). I prefer not to live with sports enthusiasts, TV sports watchers or reality TV followers (sorry but that's just not me). If there is a TV (I can live without one) I do enjoy science, nature or social-science type docos. Quiet at night when trying to sleep is important to me. I'd like to live with people who need and value that as well :) I'm civilised and have no antisocial or illegal habits. I'm clean and quiet living yet reasonably social (though not really into big or loud group situations generally). My background is telecommunications technical support but I'm currently doing warehouse/delivery type work. I enjoy art house movies, support most "progressive" things though I'm not an eco-zealot or "lefty" per se (though I'm not "right wing" either) . Prefer not to live with persons working from home (not enough personal space balance for me). I like a balance between personal space and company.
I have recently moved back to Melbourne after working in India for last 10 years. I have a Masters degree from Monash University and am looking for roles in Consulting. I am articulate, quiet and clean, and would be happy to chip in to keep the place neat and clean. I like my space and quiet and not into late nights or loud parties. But I would be happy to have a chat at the end of the day. May be even cook together or share a meal. I like to meditate and exercise every day to keep the mind and body fit and balanced. I require a furnished place to stay for 2-3 months, after which my wife will join me and then we will move into an apartment. The ideal place would be conveniently located close to public transport, shops, library, park and the pool.

I'm a Business Analyst professional who has been recently shifted to Melbourne from Sydney. I'm working for a leading Australian clothing brand in South Yarra. For the time being, I'm staying in my friend's house and will have to move out as his wife and baby is coming back. I'm a very friendly person. Like to keep my home neat and tidy. Love sports, hanging out with my friends and would love to have an occasional beer or two with my house mates. That being said, I also love a quiet time. Understands the word 'Privacy' and appreciates the basic house sharing etiquette.
I'm a professional speech pathologist who loves a healthy and energetic lifestyle. I'm a pescatarian who loves a good glass of bubbles. I'm a very neat and tidy housemate who loves to keep the bathroom and kitchen clean. Staying in and playing board games or watching scary movies is a hobby!
I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hi All, I am a full time IT worker from India & need a private studio apartment for me & my wife. I am usually a quiet person & mostly busy in my work. However over weekends would love to roam around. My work area would be Clayton so preferring nearby area but flexible with it too. I am a private person yet am quite easy going also. Currently, I am mid completing my further studies as well as working full time (mainly night shifts) in the health sector. I am looking for a house to share with fellow minded individuals who like to keep a clean tidy house, and mature enough to respect and be mindful of each other. I am not a smoker and I am drug free. In my downtime, I tend to catch up on my sleep / hitting the gym / the occasional cooking / movies / travel.
Hi! I'm an international student from China, studying design in Monash Uni, Caulfield campus, so I hope to live somewhere easy to get to my campus. I'm very easygoing, would love to hang out with my flatmates or just stay at home quietly.
We like to stay clean and help out our fellow flatmates and friends on every occasion possible. Prefer to cook at home, preferably vegetarian food, but no fuss. We love music and pretty much all forms of art. We like to paint and do crafty things when the time permits it. Hope to find a cosy room and good vibes all around.
Hey! My names Claire I'm looking for temporary accomodation for 3 months and willing to move in as soon as possible. I'm 22 working as a full-time dental assistant in Carnegie. I'm a very clean and quite person. I'm also an extremely easy person to get along with. If you'd like to meet up and see if I'd be suitable that would be so great Thank you! Claire
Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm 23 and looking to move into a private room in suburbs closer to the city. (Clayton, Huntingdale, and surrounding suburbs) Please note that my budget is strict which includes bills. I'm a Uni student so as expected, my funds are quite limited. I study at RMIT doing Social Science. I also work casually in Cheltenham. - I take pride in my respect for other peoples homes, and their privacy. I'm a big fan of hanging out in my room or a lounge room watching movies or TV series. I have my own furniture that I must bring with me - or at least have to bring my bed. I would prefer to move into a place with similar aged people, but the gender of the other house mates is not a problem.
Hi My name is Adrian, I am working full-time, sometimes in CBD, sometimes in Oakleigh South. I used to be in biomedical research but out of the field now. I am quiet and clean, although friendly. I have lived in share-houses before and never had a problem.
Hi, I'm Aidz (short for Adrian), 30 y/o, from the Philippines! I'll be taking Masters in Design full-time at Monash (Caulfield) this coming July and I'll be arriving in Melbourne on June 26. I have a temporary Airbnb accommodation booked and I'm hoping to find a more permanent place hopefully within 1-2 weeks of my stay there. My max budget is $200 for rent + bills + internet, but of course, being a student, a lower rate (but still quite near the campus) is preferred. I'm a photographer and a graphic designer so that makes me an artistic person, I'm very much into music as well, I play the guitar (but I'm not bringing one, unfortunately) and can sing decently, I like searching and listening to new indie artists/bands, but the majority on my playlist are very old school. I also love playing video games, NBA 2K, FIFA, Tekken anyone?? I'm a bit of a geek and I quite know my way around techy stuff. I also love to cook so I can make some meals whenever I have time. I'm usually content being a homebody, but I sure love to go outside once in a while! So, show me around when I get there? Since it's my first time to live alone and in a different country, I'm not just looking for roommates but also (hopefully) lifelong friends that I can treat and also treat me as "family". My mom is an OC when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene and keeping things in their proper place, so somehow I picked that up from her, but don't worry, I'm not very imposing like her haha! I highly value my privacy and takes care very well of my possessions, so you can expect me to do the same for you. I drink, but not too much (those days are over haha!) I'm fun to be around and can get loud and crazy at times, but I intend to do very well on my studies so I can assure you that I'll be quiet most of the time. Anyway, if you think we get along very well, I'd really appreciate hearing from you!
We're looking for either a bedroom in a shared house with max 1 other housemate, a detached granny flat, or a 1 bedroom place for ourselves. We'd like a safe suburb, to be close to public transport, and a place to park. We're non-smokers, tidy, have no pets but love dogs (a pet friendly place would be ideal!) and are relatively introverted and quiet. Ash is a full-time PhD student and Ria is a casual teaching associate. Our move-in date is flexible.
Hey! I'm Phoebe, im 23 from Melbourne and looking for a new place to live since our current share house is splitting to go our own ways. I am currently studying Industrial Design full time at Monash Caulfield and so would love to be somewhere close to Uni, or at least easily accessible. On the weekends I work at Bunnings in the cafe and in the timber section (future roomies are welcome to discounts!). I wouldn't say I was a social butterfly, but i'm also not an anti-social person. I enjoy hanging out with mates after Uni for dinner and drinks, but also enjoy chilling alone with some netflix and a fine glass of red. Occasionally I might have friends over for a BBQ and drinks (a giant Weber which i'll bring!) but this wouldn't be too frequent, i'm not much of a party-goer but do enjoy the occasional hang-out. Overall I'd probably describe myself as a bit of a nerd who loves a chat and a shared dinner or two, but also values her personal space for studying. For fun I really love gardening (will turn any dirt patch into something great), video games, going out for dinner and drinks with mates, and also love getting crafty making things like furniture and other homewares. Around the house I'm generally always on top of dishes and keeping things tidy, I can't live messily and would prefer if my roomies were pretty clean like I am as I'm not a fan of cleaning up after others except for things like the occasional coffee cup. Happy to provide 5 references from previous/current roomies of mine if you want to ask them anything about me :) As for housemates, It'd be great if I could live with other mildly social nerds like myself, that would still be up for a drink or dinner here and there :) Hit me up if you think we'd make a good team!

I'm Australian by birth and for most of my career, I've worked in politics, government and media. I've recently had a sabbatical to complete a Juris Doctor and am thinking of a PhD next year. I'm divorced as well, but that was long ago. I have no kids and no hassles. I've just started looking for a new place to live as the owners here are moving back in. So I'm looking for an unfurnished room to myself. Ideally with no more than two others in house/apartment. Close to train. Non-smoker, male, late forties but with a full head of hair. If you'd like to meet me and show me the room, please drop me a line.
I am a 27-year-old male. I just finished my master degree at Monash University and has been working on my language programs. I am not a party boy and prefer a quiet and tidy life.
