Hi, I'm Sam I work full time at the Sydney Opera House, freelance videography and study screen and sound production part time at UNSW so I keep myself busy. I'm looking for a home with mid to late 20s & 30 somethings. I love going to gigs, reading and always have a new creative project up my sleeve. I'm searching for a neat (but not OCD neat) comfy, laid back home that socialises but where I can have down time in.
We are both sociable and courteous house guests, we clean up after ourselves, and are never loud. We love traveling, are both recent college graduates looking to work in Sydney for a couple of months before doing a road trip around the country. We love nature, going out and enjoying new experiences. He is a biologist and I work in marketing, but we are both passionate about conservation, although we may both get hospitality industry jobs while in Sydney. I am from Miami, USA, and Will is from England, nearish to London. We are both football fans too! We’re initially looking for a short-term rental (2 weeks) that will allow us to secure a longer-term rental in Sydney (~3 months) by being able to view properties once we’re in the country, so we may well want to stay put for the right place if the option is there.
We are a 22 y/o French couple arrived in Sydney the 20th of september, and willing to stay 1 year in Australia. We are exciting to discover the City and sharing experiences with people we meet and a house to live in. We love good food (vegetarian food also), going to pubs, dancing, doing sport, walking, photography and sharing a drink at night ..! We are tidy, clean, and respectful and we also love cooking great meals :D We also need to work in Sydney.. We will do a roadtrip starting in mid December along the eastcoast up to Cairns and then going to New-Zeland. But first of all we want to enjoy life!! We speak English, Spanish and of course French ;)
Hey, I'm Ray.. in my early 30's. I'm sociable, tidy, organised, and I work as an EA just north of the city. Pretty laid back around the house, like to keep things clean, tidy and organised. Most nights I chill after a long day at work (netflix!) I'm fairly new to Sydney however have a strong base of family and friends here so I'm often out exploring on the weekends. I have a thermomix and cook sometimes, however with my busy schedule I more often than not eat out. I'm friendly - always up for a chat however I often keep to myself during the week. Weekends I'm open to going out for a meal or drink if you're interested however not expected or essential. Looking for someone with a similar routine, possibly a young professional or student who is house-trained, respectful and financially responsible. I'm looking for a place with my own bathroom and plenty of wardrobe storage - if this sounds like you and your place please get in touch :) * I'm not keen on moving often as it is a hassle, so although I've said three months for the right place and housemate I would welcome the opportunity to staying longer.
Hi Potential roomies! My name is Emily, I am 31 & a full time professional working in media. Little bit about me, I love my wine, food and exploring new restaurants/bars, theatre, cooking, binge watching tv shows (when I have time, which is never!) - I am really looking for a house that enjoys hanging out together but can also respect personal space. I am from Sydney but have spent the last 8 years living in Melbs and Toronto - now back in Syd for good. Feel free to shoot me a text if you would like to organise a meet up. Thanks! Em
During the week I work for bassike in the city and study marketing at UTS. So my weekends are busy catching up with friends and family. I try to exercise every day, whether that's a run or a gym class which means I'm very rarely home. I love planning getaways, having a wine, reading a book or watching a movie. I'm house proud so I value keeping things neat and clean. I'm also big on respecting privacy and space. If have a room that might suit please feel free to message me. My move in date is flexible for the right place.
I am a very easy going and friendly person and get on with just about everybody. I have lived in shared accommodation for the past 4 years during my time as a student, and so know the importance of respecting others in the house. I now work full time, so will not be in the house during the day much during the week. It is more of a homely base I am looking for.
I am fun loving person, likes making new friends, explore new culture and places and qn excellent companion
Hi I'm Dallas. I'm a 26 yr old single gay guy working in banking in the city. I do a bit of volunteering, keep fit and love to travel. I'm out and about most weekend nights, but also love the odd night in. I'm looking to live with easy-going, social housemates who like to keep things fairly clean and tidy.
Lifestyle & Entertainment Producer. Super chill, relaxed, clean, easygoing. Love a good glass of wine and also love a good gin and tonic. Always down for dinners out or chilled nights in with a takeaway. Love to explore Sydney on the weekends doing hikes, trying out new brunch or dinner spots and just generally being out and about. Brit living in Aus and love it. :) Really looking for housemates that will also eventually be good mates but also understand need for own space too. Look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a 26 year old Irish guy moving to Sydney to work in professional services. I'm a big sports fan and I enjoy socialising, eating out, cinema, reading, relaxing with a few drinks and all of the usual things really. I am tidy, laid back and well travelled. Looking to move into a nice place with people similar in age and outlook to myself. My ideal place would be a share house with a group of interesting and sociable people. A private bathroom would be a nice bonus!
I'm from Brazil, 31, advertiser and married. We've been in Sydney to improve our English and maybe increase our career getting a good job in our professional area. I like houses so clean, tidy and we are a friendly and sociable couple, who like to hang out to meet new places. Currently, I've been sharing the apartment with more 5 people, in total we´re 7 people, so for my next house I'd like to share with maximum one more couple and I'm looking for a place with private bedroom and bathroom.
Friendly and active couple. Both professionals workibg full time. Look for a home with great people and looking for people that are happy to socialise from time to time and enjoy a wine or two!
I'm an easy going guy that likes to be social but also appreciate my down time. Enjoy going to the gym and being active. Love my music and playing guitar and occasionally binging on a TV series. I work full time as an engineer so will keep things pretty low key during the week.
We are a young couple from New Zealand. We enjoy socialising with our flatmates but also enjoy a bit of alone time. We have moderately busy work schedules, Dan is a banker and Rosie is a makeup artist. We are clean and respectful flatmates and would love to find a place to call home.
Recently moved to Sydney to start a new job. I'm 23 and working full-time in Double Bay :) Clean and considerate of other people and their space. Quiet during the week, more social on weekends and looking to live with people who are similar. Ideally looking for somewhere with parking available either private or street and close to Double Bay. Also interested in a team up to start a new lease!
Rosie and Dan: We are a young couple from New Zealand, looking for a place to call home. We both have a busy work schedule but are around on most week day nights and weekends. We are sociable people and would love to have a home where we can enjoy our other flatmates company and a glass of wine or two, however we also enjoy our alone time and would respect our flatmates. We are clean and would want to join in on the flat chores. In terms of hobbies we are pretty basic, eating, drinking, exploring new places and going to the beach.
I'm Irish and have been in Australia for 4 years. I'm fun, easy going, clean & tidy, love a wine & a chat (but don't bring the party home), and respectful of others. I love to travel, go to gigs, hit the markets etc.
We are 2 sisters from Germany (21 and 27) we are really easy going. We know what is important when living together, we are clean tidy and respectful. We respect each other's privacy and stuff. Right know we are working full time as a traffic controller and in hospitality. We are creative and open minded sisters.
We are all working full time in Sydney on a working holiday visa and are looking for somewhere pretty central to live. There is one couple and we have all recently graduated from university in England. We'll be staying in Sydney for 3 months and then travel to NZ and Asia before returning home.
I'm Alex, I'm 32 and work as painter. I work 5 days a week. I'm looking for a place to call home for a long time, it would be clean, not a "party share house", easygoing people, housemates that are up for a couple of beers now and then. I try to make the most of my free time by rising early and keeping active. I love go jogging to the beach after work, cook, movies and travel. I'm easy to live with, very clean and tidy. I'm generally pretty quiet but sometimes up for hanging out and socialising on the weekend. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have a room available or if you need more informations :)
Hi all! Recently moved to Sydney from London and looking to move anytime within the next few weeks for the right property and flatmates (currently in Bondi beach with family friends). Working professional in consulting / banking. Quite sociable and looking for a flatmate(s) who are too. I'd say I am tidy and respectable and love a good gym session or time at the beach. Would like to find a good sized room in a decent speced property with similar professionals. Look forward to meeting you. Cheers, Chad
Hey! I'm new to Sydney, from the UK and looking for a home away from home for the next year. I work full time and my evenings usually involve yoga and occasionally going to gigs or chilling out with a good book/ Netflix. On the weekends I like to unwind with long hikes, beach trips, visiting galleries and museums and catching up with friends for dinner or drinks. I'm friendly and easy-going, love a good laugh and having deep discussions about everything under the sun, but also respect or other people's need for space. Im not a huge party animal, prefering chilled nights with friends and a glass of wine... or two:)
