Hi! We are a friendly couple who have lived in AU for over 5 years. We are looking to move either to a 1 bedroom or to live with 1 other person or 1 other couple. If we find a nice shared accommodation, we hope to live with a clean and friendly flatmate(s). We are looking to stay for a minimum number of 3+ months in our new space, with an unknown move out date. We love playing music (guitar, keyboard, djembe), art, exploring new places, making our own terrarium's/plants, living a healthy lifestyle and having interesting conversations. I should note that we are not *Not* party-goers and we would be not suitable with a flatmate that has loud or late night parties. We do, however, like having friends for a dinner gathering or music jam sessions once in awhile. Feel free to reach out to us!
I’m originally from Sydney but I’ve lived in London for the past 8 years and I’ve arrived back in June 2018. I’m easy going, have lived in shared houses in London, I’m clean and tidy, I work full time in the travel industry, so I love to travel, eating out with friends, I'm allergic to cats and dogs (or any aminal that sheds hair), I’m currently living with the folks and craving for my own space.
I'm a young professional working in the CBD for a hotel chain. I generally spend my spare time at the gym, the beach or hanging out with friends. Have a fairly outgoing personality and will always contribute and keep a clean apartment/house.
I work full time in accounts and studying part time. I'm easy going and quite laid back, I enjoy cooking and baking, weekend drinks, bush walking, and some outdoor stuff. I'm looking for a room for myself, at the moment i need it for 3 months with possibility of extending it
My girlfriend (Augusta 22) and I (25) are moving to Sydney tomorrow and will be looking for somewhere to move into for roughly 4-5 months. We’re from the UK so out there on working holiday visa. I’m a carpenter so will be working construction and Augusta is a receptionist. Looking to meet new people and explore a new city. Both of us are very relaxed, easy going and open to anything. We’re also neat and tidy, and respectful of people we live with. Love to have a few drinks, but we’re not alcoholics. We are happy to get stuck into just about anything. I know we’re a couple, and nobody likes couples, but we have pretty much the same output as 1 person. Neither of us can cook so we eat out most of the time, we love the planet so always turn lights off, and my body is 100% efficient so I don’t need to shower... (just kidding, I shower, but they’re very short). Also we don’t believe in public displays of affection, so there will be no “get a room-ing” coming from you guys. Let us know what you’ve got and we’d love to come and meet you!
We are a friendly couple looking for a nice place to live in, enjoy the city and have some good times with our new flatmates, just don't want a place to go to sleep but also make it a home. We are very clean, respectful and organized. We sharing and having fun but also appreciate quiet times and respect personal space.
21 year old French German Design Student, here for my gap year, I love to cook (with my European flavors). I am also always keen for a laugh. As a German, I am quite organized and uncluttered. Very social, but not loud, I believe I am a great roommate to have (I'm the kind of roommate that you like to talk to, but you don't feel oppressed by me)
Hi, I am Sergio and my girlfriend is Lorena, we arrive to Sydney for learn English and working in a part time job. We are from Spain, we are so social, responsable and want to share our adventure with good people!
I'm 28, a California native, and spent the past 6 years living in San Francisco. I've just moved out to Sydney for work - I work full time in sales for a tech startup that's launching an Australia office so typically 9-5 with the occasional work from home day. On weeknights, I'll usually be at a workout class or running outdoors, taking customers out, meeting up with friends over happy hour, or at home cooking dinner and catching up on netflix. On the weekends, I'll typically hangout with friends, try new bars/restaurants, and stay active. I grew up swimming and playing water polo, so am looking forward to being near the beach! Also planning to get scuba certified sometime soon and would love to do some traveling to some great scuba spots. I'm looking to live with roommates that enjoy each other's company and are social with one another, but also respect each other's alone time. Excited to be in Sydney and looking forward to exploring the city!
Hi, my name’s Maddy and I am from the UK. I am coming over to work and explore Sydney and surroundings for about 6 months from January, am friendly and open minded. I graduated this year with a Masters in Biology, and hope to be able to use that to work in the natural areas around Sydney. I am hoping to be able to meet some great people and make some friends, it would be great if I could share a house with some other young, friendly people, who can maybe help me explore the city. I am not very messy, and enjoy baking apple crumble. 🌸
Hey! I am Lucas from Brussels, Belgium! I am 23 years old and I'll be in Sydney starting from February for my internship. I'll stay in Sydney for 6 months. I speak French and English. I am very social and like to make friends. I like to travel and go out with friends. I am open-minded and I adapt quickly. I am also very clean and tidy. I am looking for a flat/house to share with a few other people for the duration of my internship.
Hi, I'm easy to live with. I lived on campus for 3 years in Melbourne, I get along well with everybody and respect privacy and space. Up for a night out or a movie night. I always communicate so you definitely wouldn't have to read between the lines with me
Hello, I am Sandra from Belgium. Currently, I am looking for a new place where to stay in Sydney. At the moment, I am working in hospitality. I would describe myself as a social and enthusiastic person! I have always been living in shared houses and I really enjoy it. I like spending time with my housemates, having a nice dinner and a glass of wine! Also I enjoy my privacy, this is why I am looking for a private room. I am very respectful and I pay attention to cleanliness. Sandra
I am moving to Sydney beginning of February, and I'll be looking for a place to stay for a little while as I'm doing a WH Visa. I work in restaurants so am really talkative and entertaining (if I may say). I do speak 6 languages and love to share my day and yours with a bottle of red wine (as I'm French) for hours. I definitely like going out, restaurants, bars, I want to try them all.
I'm respectful of other's spaces, and will definitely be overloaded with studies and work so I'll mostly keep to myself. I love to make my own meals, so I'll probably be in the kitchen for 5% of the time and the other 95% in my room.
I am moving from UK to Sydney for a working holiday before heading to university next year. I plan to be working full or part-time whilst also finding time to travel. I consider myself easy going, fun and chilled out and I have a few hobbies, including photography, and travelling. I’m pretty sociable and I am always up for grabbing a drink and meeting new people, so preferably I’d like to live with someone who isn’t going to make me feel like I’m walking on egg shells. Ideally looking for a share house with guys and gals.
A young financial professional looking for a room close to work. Easy and social person who likes to exercise. Coming up from Melbourne, looking to settle before the 24th January.
I work full time as a Software Engineer. Love getting outdoors for a run and hikes. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I cook simple meals every now and then. I usually try to get out on weekends and overall I'm not home too much, but I would like to host a couple of close friends sometimes. Been living in Sydney for a year now. I'm in no rush to move and can be flexible around your preferred dates. I would like a fairly long term stay (at least 6 months)
Montrealer who was living in Toronto and now Sydney for an Aussie adventure on a 12-month working holiday visa. I'm active, social and love to travel. Looking for flatmates with similar interests and who like going for dinner, drinks and want to explore the city with me.
Hello! We are two young professionals (one Aussie, one Brit) moving to Sydney from London for an adventure. We're both clean, tidy and considerate housemates and have been living together in flatshares for the last 4 years in London. We're looking for a home (not just a room!) where we can get to know our housemates but we appreciate everyone needs their own space too. We're both into our sport, like staying fit and enjoying the outdoors and are looking forward to eating and drinking our way around Sydney!
I am pretty easy.. courteous, thoughtful and tidy. My time at home is pretty much down-time.. meditate, study, cook-ups and chill.... into quality (books, magazines, wine, company) otherwise am pretty minimalist. I have travelled and lived abroad a lot, and have worked in different fields in music and entertainment, fashion and film... so there is no shortage of anecdotes. I am into cultural diversity and social equality. I respect anyone who can master an instrument or recite swathes of cool knowledge.. and its always good to laugh from within ;->
