We're moving over from NZ for work on the 18th of May, working full time in Finance and Film. We're easy going foodies, quiet, and artistic. We enjoy exploring, walks, gaming, and motorbikes. We're looking for somewhere to live for a bit until we can find an apartment for just the two of us.
Hi all! I'm looking for a room in a friendly share house or unit. My current rental house is being sold in about a month, and unfortunately my previous lovely housemates are planning on travelling for the next 6 months. Ideally I would like to move around late May but can be flexible if needed. As for location I'm fairly flexible but I love cycling to work so a place within a half an hr ride of the city would be perfect! I'm a 25 yr old, recent-ish grad who works a full-time government job in the city. I'd describe myself as a clean, sociable, active, respectful, sustainably-orientated, happy-go-lucky person. On week day nights I mix it up between social things, soccer practices and nights in cooking, cleaning, bingeing netflix and having chats about the day over a cup of tea or vino. On the weekends I'm usually pretty busy but always up for a walk, drink, gig, gardening sesh etc Not necessary at all but I would love to set up my vegetable garden bed again if you have a spot in the back! Always happy to share the goods grown too! I have a BBQ to bring along and various household/furniture items. Happy to provide references etc, and looking forward to meeting you!
Hello I have two dogs a Gordon Setter called Hunter and a mini poodle called Spencer. I'm just about to start a new job. I love to travel, going camping and hiking and doing yoga. I enjoy a nice meal or trying new recipes at home. I like to have a chat with housemates about all sorts of topics or watch a movie, though I seriously love my own time doing my own thing and hanging out with my dogs. I'm pretty tidy and it makes me happy to have little systems to help make life easy.
Hey potential housemate(s) 👋🏻 PS: No the cat in the photo isn't mine haha. I'm a friendly, easy going guy that works part-time in the media and also as a triple-extra-full-time freelancer ... okay maybe it just feels like triple-extra-full-time, but either way it lets me get my creative fix 🎨 I've shared places here in Adelaide and in Sydney, so I know the value in being super tidy, financially responsible, mature minded, respecting personal space and noise levels. Although I like my own company and down time, I really enjoy being apart of a happy, social home and having those chilled chats with housemates over a nice glass of wine or a shared meal - so hopefully you like the occasional bit of banter too! 🍷 I'm looking for a place ideally close to (or in) the city that feels more like a home rather than a house full of random strangers #awkward. In saying that, I'm definitely open to anywhere that's has a good vibe, great people and a room that's big enough for my things (queen size bed + desk) 🏡 If you think I'd be a good fit as your new housemate or have any questions (in case my essay here didn't cover everything), it'd be great to hear from you! 😊
Hi my names Ash! I just moved back to Adelaide after spending the last 12+ months in Newcastle for work. I’m a friendly guy who enjoys socialising on weekends but also doesn’t mind just chilling out at home. I’ve lived in a number of share houses with males, females, students and professionals. So I understand respecting other people’s space and things and can keep things tidy. I’m flexible and easy going with everything so feel free to drop me a line.
hello future house mates, im coming to Adelaide for the first time and hoping to settle in for the long term. After a few years of travel and living abroad i think i figured out what i want to do with my life, and i have decided to go to art school. in an attempt to not go broke i will spend as much spare time as possible on side hustles and part time gigs. although i may not be much of a home body i would still love to find a house full of people that are keen on the usual shared meal. As for what i offer, bulk budget meal ideas, carpentry/handyman repair skills, friendly conversation and of course weekly rent :)
My name is Andressa. I'm 28 from Brazil. I'm Software Engineering. In 11th May I going to move to Adelaide to study Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Technology in IIBIT. I’m looking around $180 per week include bills in CBD or surrounding CBD suburbs. I love animais and nature. I would like to live with someone who speak English to practice it. I'm vegetarian since January. I love meet new places and learn about a new culture.
My name is Ella, I’m 29 and looking for a new home for me and my 3 year old springer spaniel Fred. I have just relocated to Adelaide from Melbourne and am hoping to find a place for a minimum of 6 months. I’ve been studying BHSc. of Chinese Medicine part time for the last few years and plan to transfer into Midwifery at the beginning of next year. I work full time at a restaurant in the city and keep a pretty low key home life. Most of my free time is spent hanging out with Fred, cooking or visiting mates. Fred can be overly enthusiastic at times but is well trained and a really happy guy to have around. I’m very clean and considerate of space that I share with others, reliable and prompt with rent and bills and would love to find some like minded folk to live with. Cheers, Ella
Hello, I'm Katie! Currently studying primary teaching at uni and working part time in hospo and nannying :) I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and respectful. I keep shared spaces clean and of course always pitch in with house cleaning etc. I'm fine with clutter but not cool with living in a dirty home. I'm a social person and love having a laugh and would hope to become friends as well as housemates! I am quite busy and do appreciate my own space at times and will respect yours too of course. A lil more about me; I enjoy being creative, cooking (vego), being outdoors, love animals, veggie gardens, playing cards, going to gigs n having a few cheeky drinks :)
Hi I'm Pranav, 26 yrs old, clean and tidy, like to keep to myself but also socialise and have a few drinks !!! I'm looking to move closer to the city as work is in the city. I love to go to gym and play soccer on my days off. I’m always up for a little adventure! I’m looking to live with easy going, like minded people, who are looking for not only a house mate but also a friend! :)
Hello! I am looking for a temporary place until my friend's current lease runs out. Probably the beginning/mid July, I will be moving out. My partner from Argentina will be staying over between 11th of June-9th July. Am happy to pay couple's rent in that time. (He is 28. Clean. Very friendly. Is a fitness instructor) I am a clean, friendly person. I enjoy cooking for others so would be happy to do some cooking if needed on the days I'm not working. I enjoy learning about other people and cultures so ideally wouldn't mind living with someone social but also don't mind living with someone who keeps to themself.
Hi, my name is Ricardo I am a freelance illustrator and artist and I work 5 times a week at the Art gallery cafe. I like history, art and learning Spanish. I am quiet yet sociable, responsible and have experience living with multiple people in one place. I am Dutch and I have been living in Adelaide for the last 2 years and planning on staying as I am quite fond of the city. Of course, this is all a very short introduction so I am very open to having a chat in person!
We are a couple of international students. My Name is Laura, I am 24 years old and my boyfriend is Alejandro and he is 29 years old. We are both Colombians. We are very friendly, clean and responsible with the payments.
Hi there, I'm Deanna. I am planning to move out of home soon. I'm financially stable and work full time as a software developer. I'm a bit of an introvert, but would like to have 1 or 2 friendly housemates. Definitely not looking for a party house. Ideally I'd like a room that is already furnished in a modern house. It would be nice to have my own bathroom, or at least not have to share with a lot of people. My move-in date is flexible, I could move in earlier or later. I'd like to stay initially for 3 months, and if I'm happy after that (and you still want me as a housemate) we could work out something more long term. I have a little dog named Sunny. She will be living with my parents. It would be cool if she could stay over on weekends, but it's okay if she can't.
Hi, I'm Nicolas, I'm moving from Melbourne to Adelaide, I'm a french landscape designer & landscaper. I'm used to live in shared house. I have been traveling a lot and love exploring outdoors. I don't smoke, drink occasionally. I'm into mountain biking, surfing, music, hiking and camping.
Just moved to Adelaide. I am from Canada here on a Work Holiday Visa and am working full time as a Landscaper for a local company. My partner Claudia is Australian and is also working full-time in retail and hospitality. We are both well versed travellers and get along with all kinds of people. We have lived in shared accommodation previously and make sure we do our part to keep things neat and tidy. We're always up to have a beer and a chat or simply just hang out, together or alone, at home or out in the city.
Hi !!! I’m Eduardo and Ana Carolina, we are Brazilians and we just arrived in Adelaide. We are going to study and find a work part time for the following 6 months. We’re very respectful and tidy, you will not have problems with us :).
Hey 👋🏻 I’m an urban planner with a steady consulting gig in the CBD. I enjoy being in peaceful, clean spaces and having time to myself but am also looking to share a space with people who enjoy socialising and want a new pal. I spend most weekends doing yoga, pretending I can cook and going out for a boogie. I don’t own a car and am mostly on my bike, so proximity to amnities is very important. I also own furnishing for an entire house (e.g. lounge room, white goods, too many decorative things). My current lease isn’t up until June but I’m attempting to be organised!
Hey! My name is Zoë and I'm a professional working in digital marketing and I also work as a bartender at the moment. I am looking to move out of my current share house to live with some new people :). I'm always down to hang out with a beer and have a good time on my days off and I can equally enjoy a quiet night in on the couch. I'm looking for house mate/s that are fun and social but can be responsible when it comes to taking care of the place. I'm very responsible when it comes to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Though I am a very social person, I respect and value personal space and can live harmoniously with many different types of people as I have in the past. Thanks :) Zoë
