Hey! I'm an Engineering student at the University Newcastle looking for a place to rent. Duration: 6-12 months. Internet connection: NBN. Ensuite: Preferable. Smokers: No. I'm an open-minded person and accept people from all walks of life. Tend to be respectful of other people's space and boundaries, although I do love a good discussion. In essence, the best way to describe me is as having an INTP-T type personality. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Leila. I am a registered nurse and I have just gotten a job at John Hunter Hospital and I need to relocate for this job. I am friendly, outgoing and tidy.
I am working in Newcastle 3 days a week, live in Sydney, and would like a place part time to live in. Pretty relaxed, easy to get along with, like a wine or 10, and wouldn't mind making some new friends in Newcastle! Originally grew up in North Lambton going to high school at St Pius.
I am currently working part-time at aldi, whilst also studying secondary science teaching at university. I'm very easy to live with and know the drill with share houses as i have lived in them for around 4 years. I get along with just about anybody and am not afraid of a party every so often. I play a lot of sport namely soccer, between work, sport and my girlfriend i won't be around the house all the time but would definitely been keen for household activities and the like
Hi future flat mates! My name is Liam, I am a hard working 21 year old guy who loves to chat, have a laugh and just relax. I'm clean, well kept and always open to having a conversation.. I like to keep my possessions in tip top shape and am a bit of a clean freak for those sick of dirty housemates! I am working full-time in Hamilton as a sales executive and would like to move nearby, I'm not local to Newcastle so I would love to meet some Novascastrians to show me the rounds :) I love cars, catching up for a cold one and going out and about. I require a garage to park my car, willing to pay extra for this.
Hi I’m Chloe. I’m 18 years old, work full time in Newcastle CBD, for the most part I keep to myself however am happy to have a chat if wanted. I’m very friendly, responsible and tidy. I work Mon-Fri (meant to be 9-5 haha) and usually am out seeing friends and family on weekends. I also have a 8 year old jack Russell x Harmony, she’s calming as she gets older but will always get excited to see you! I’m free anytime around work to view the rooms and would be looking to move in the next fortnight. Would be looking at around a 6 month lease? Thanks Look forward to hearing from you 😊

I'm a teacher working in Glendale area looking for accommodation for 2018. I currently rent in Maitland but have owned my own home for 20+ years prior to this and bought up three children. I like healthy food and lifestyle, cooking, shared cleaning and gardening. I'm also a yoga teacher and enjoy bushwalking and outdoors. I'm after a space where I can rejuvenate after work and prepare for upcoming lessons. I rarely watch TV but do enjoy a good comedy or movie. I would like a household that is quiet by about 8.30pm weeknights. I'm not a total bore-I like the odd glass of wine on weekends with a nice meal.

Hi I'm Lea-Anne and I'm looking for somewhere to live. I've just moved to Newcastle and am staying with family for the moment whilst I find a place. I am open to most suburbs, would prefer ones listed or surrounds as would like to be close to town however I am open to different ones too. At this stage I am looking for 6-12 months however could be longer. I am easy going, happy, healthy, friendly, I am house trained haha clean and cook well. Open to being friends with my flat mates and doing fun things together at times as well. I am an animal lover and I am a non smoker. Looking forward to chatting and meeting new people and hopefully find a great place to live, thanks. Note: If you are going to be rude and abusive in contacting me, like one recent person when I declined their offer, do not bother replying. I don't know how some people expect to rent a room with an attitude like that!
Looking to move out of home for some independence😁 I work 4 days a week permanent part time at Darrell Lea Charlestown & am currently studying TAFE online to hopefully eventually work in the animal industry. I’m friendly & neat & I absolutely love animals. I would prefer to find somewhere I can bring my puppy - she’s a three month old German Shepard x Lab who is mostly an outside dog & is also toilet trained.
21, studying part time. Have a almost 3year old daughter, non smoker & non drinker.. I'm a very quite easy going clean and respectable person Have renting references..
I'm quiet and pretty much keep to myself. I currently live by myself and want to move from my current residence but can't afford to by myself. I currently work as a casual at 2 different jobs (Belmont and Kotara). I love to cook and I am very crafty. Tink is 7-8 years old and a very well behaved and lovable kitty who is desexed and is an indoor/outdoor cat. I have a house worth of furniture so you would just need stuff for your room.
I am a laid back extroverted guy with a good sense of humour. Have lived with flat mates for 20 years and enjoy the company of others. I am definitely not boring and enjoy a good laugh, a few drinks and good banter. I am clean, respectful of others and their property. I work in Sydney but will be spending a good amount of time in Newcastle. I am a manager working in a HR field and have my life sorted. I don't have pets and I am not a crazy nutter. Have a tendency to make others laugh and can tell a good story. Can afford rent and will always pay on time but would prefer bills built into Rent as I would prefer just a flat fee every week. Would be looking to spend Friday night to Tuesday morning in Newcastle and the rest in Sydney. Hope to talk to someone soon. Prefer my own bathroom, no more than 2 flat mates and don't mind pets but prefer dogs. Prefer around Adamstown or the beach, mayfield or Hamilton. Cheers Jeff
Hi, I’m Shane, I’m moving from Wollongong to Newcastle because I want a bit of a change and Newcastle is as far as I can move away while keeping my current (great) job. Not only do I need somewhere affordable to live while I tie up loose ends and settle in, it’ll also be good to experience the whole housemate thing, I’ve lived on my own from the get go and it kind of feels like I’ve missed a rite of passage. I’m an easy person to get along with, I have a good sense of humour, I’m friendly enough but I like my me time as well. I’m pretty tidy and I’m well practiced at doing household chores. I’m not a culinary master but I enjoy cooking and I’m ok at it. I work as a (passenger) train driver, I am a shift worker and I don’t expect anyone to be silent when I’m sleeping at odd times but I’m probably not suited to a (constant) party house. I try to be healthy and when I have spare time I’m usually off on long walks on a beach or cycle track or anywhere interesting, I also do a bit of traveling whenever I get the chance. I’m hoping to live somewhere convenient (shops/transport/beach) but one thing that I definitely need is a parking space for my car. I would also hope to live with friendly people of a similar age that are reasonably tidy. I’ll be staying (in temporary accommodation) in the Newcastle area from the 26th of November and will be happy to meet potential housemates anytime from then.
30 female, newly single, love my fitness and also a sneaky wine with some good banter. I'm clean, want to live with someone who will feel like family and like to chat and hang out but also likes space too. :)
Currently living on campus at the University of Newcastle, looking to move into a sharehouse. I go to uni at the Callaghan campus and work in Hunter St Mall, so would like to live somewhere between the two. I'm easy going, love the beach and socialising- would love to live somewhere relatively tidy and respectful but definitely enjoy going out some weekends and being around good people!
