I am 26 in July and I'm studying full time at Uni. I've been at my current place for just over a year now and I'm looking for a change. I am quiet and respectful but also a people person, I like having a good chat :) I clean up after myself and I'm not a party person. I don't really have a routine at the moment and would love to live with someone who is interested in going to the gym because I haven't been in over a year :| haha Please message me if I sound like what you're looking for. Thank you, Bree x
Hey there, My name Is Theo, 42 y/o very easy going male thats well organised with clean/tidy living habbits. I enjoy having a few brews, meeting new people, bbq's, & some good conversations etc etc. I am a big enthusiast of anything to do with cars, bikes, motorsports & love to have a tinker with my own vehicles. I am employed with almost full time hours for a large retail chain as a storeman/many other positions, get discounts on the essentials (Food & beverages), and usually start anywhere between 6-7:30 am in the morning. Every friday, and every second sat, sun, monday Im off so I can actually do some living & relax a bit also. That said, finding a place with off street parking for the car & bike (most preferably with lockable shed/garage access( for at least my motorcycle & tool chest) is pretty important because of the $$ Invested, and insurance reasons. If anyone out there is looking for a housemate that loves a bit of a laugh, having a few beverages, and is happy with what else you read on this profile, send me a message please. Cheers
Hi I’m Milly and I am bubbly, adventurous girl. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, I’m always positive thinking I love to have a clean home so I clean even if it’s not mine to clean. I do like to live a rather quiet lifestyle, and have a couple of friends over every other weekend or so.
Hi there ! Currently paying too much for where I live and looking to budget more appropriately ☺️ Easy going, works a lot but at the moment off for some medical issues. ALWAYS at the beach, but it’s winter so the gym it is. I have an indoor dog/cat (cat that’s a friendly as a dog and plays fetch) which is my fur child and will not leave without ☺️ Hoping to live with someone similar to myself and just have a nice space to call home.
Hey! We are both currently studying to become teachers and both work part time/casual. We are into anything outdoors, beach, walks/adventures but are also happy to lounge around the house on the odd lazy/rainy day and play some board games or settle in for some A+ Netflix show with some drinks and snacks. Neat and tidy and respect others privacy as we do enjoy ours. We are keen to find someone/a couple to find a space with so send me a message if this sounds like it suits what you are after :).
Hey I’m kodi, 18 years old. I am a very outgoing and bubbly person, I can cook very well and I am very clean to live with. I’m honest and trustworthy. I’m committed to work and won’t let you down or fall behind on payments. I like to go out on the weekends ( but not if I can’t afdord it ) ahaha. At the moment I’m living in Forster, 2 hours north. I work in the kitchen at Forster Private Hospital as a cook assist & kitchen hand. Currently I am on every night & get about 5 days off a month. Also at tafe doing Cert 3 in hospitality, have gotten my rsa and rsg out of it and doing barista work at the moment. The course finishes next month. I’ve started looking at work in Newcastle already but it depends where I end up living as I don’t get my ps til October ahah I was one of those slack ones that went for their Ls late 😩😩 so I’ll be relying on public transport til then. I want to meet new people I’ve been in Forster for too long hahah, I’ll respect any rules you have. I hope that was enough about me 😁☺️

I am a Registered nurse in the John hunter hospital, outgoing and good with people. Don't mind a beer however not a big drinker any more. Neat and tidy, respectful of others space but by far my biggest asset i come with a Rancilio Epoca espresso machine so if you're a coffee drinker you're set! I'm good with animals, have had dogs all my life so am happy to stay in a home with pets. I have full time employment, which includes shift work so will frequently be out of the house and will never have trouble paying bills.
We are 3 young adults looking to find a place together that is a little closer to the Newcastle CBD. We’re currently living together in a sharehouse but are unhappy with the location of our home. We all work full time Monday-Friday so our home is always quiet. We like to hang out together whether it be going out for dinner or seeing a movie we like to get out and about. We’re really hoping to find a 3 (or more) bedroom home that someone is looking to hand their lease over, or someone who is looking to move out with a couple of people.
Two LGBT+ people looking for a lovely home we can share. We have a Dog and Cat that need a home they will feel safe in. Clean and tidy, down for a drink or two, happy to give space as well as hang out.
Full time working female in her late 20's looking to share a house with one other working individual. I have 2 dogs, play guitar and enjoy cooking/being social. I'm tidy, respectful of space (and people's belongings!) with a good sense of humour. Preferably after a long term stay (12 months)
Is your home a blissful, amazing sanctuary that lights up your heart? Is the granny flat, converted shed or self-contained something on your property calling for a loving, creative, grounded & balanced being to inhabit it? Hi, I'm Jen. After many years of house sharing I feel a longing to have a space to call my own. However, I believe we are meant to exist in community, so I'd love to share the land & cost of overheads with organically minded, earth conscious & energy conscious people. A snapshot of me: I'm 36 and work in a variety of fields in the Arts, Self-development & Event Management fields. Last year I returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & I'm happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I enjoy my work as Studio Manager of an Art Studio in Wallsend, alongside building my own business as a Shamanic Womancrafter, Life Doula, Artist, Healer & Teacher, running women's circles & currently studying the women's mysteries & spiritual practises. I want to be radically honest here about who I am. For some, what I just wrote may seem a bit far out or 'hippy', but I hope for the right people, you'll read between the lines & feel what I'm about. I'm caring, empathetic, motivated, logical & got my feet firmly on the ground! Apart from all the usual 'fully house trained' stuff (even considered a bit of a handy-woman & come with tools to help with odd jobs & repairs around the house), I come with a fur child. Elkie is my 14yr old, female tabby cat. She's super chilled, doesn't wander very far, spends most of her time sleeping on my bed & loves a good chat. My wish list - We're longing for a self-contained space that is quiet & safe - Window & doors screened for mozzie protection - Separate bedroom to the living space would be ideal - Loads of natural light & air flow - Grass, tree's & nature are my daily medicine, so some greenery would be amazing - Bath & air con are luxury items I would thank the stars for! - Space for my art studio/office set up - Storage for my camping stuff, bits & pieces - Kitchen I can create in - No more than a 30min drive from Wallsend would be preferred & close to a water source would be magic! - Unfurnished, as I have everything. There are so many different types of properties, homes, families & living arrangements out there, so if any of this has kept you reading so far & you've got something that might suit, I'd love to hear from you. I know the perfect sanctuary exists! I look forward to meeting you.

An Architect by day, Illustrator by night - I draw lines and design spaces for a living. After having worked with a design studio in Malaysia for the past 4 years I decided to go back to school for a Masters program in Architecture. Currently hoping to start school at UoN from July. I keep to myself most of the time, yet always open to friendly chats and hangouts now and then. I tend to keep the space around me to extremely tidy and almost minimalist all the time, so thats exactly what you can expect from me. Love to explore new places, reading over coffee and laughing over silly conversations. Do get in touch if you have a suitable place and would like to get to know more about me or if you think we could find a nice place together.
I have a positive outlook and I'm easy to get along with. I love to connect with people but also like time to myself. I'm a part-time Student welfare worker. Things I like: Nature, Yoga, Chi Gong, Gardening, good food, outings, travelling, children, photography, self-development. and did I mention FUN?

I happy to pitch in and do my share of household chores and up keep of the home. I'm comfortable with pets. You won't find a better chilled out room mate. I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. I'm looking to move in at the end of June, but keen to secure now I look forward to hearing from you, male or female. David
