Already lived by myself in Sydney, clean up after myself, not loud and easy to get along with. I am quiet and pretty personal so I am happy to do my own thing but if we get along I would be happy to hang out as well. I have a passion for computers and am very tech savy and when I'm not busy with Study or personal stuff I'm either watching TV, Reading or doing some form of art. I am currently working with The Department of Defence in Raymond Terrace. Contract ends in May need somewhere for me and my puppy Luna to stay for that time while I study online and look for other work. I currently only have my L's so I need somewhere close to work or with good public transport.
You won’t even know I’m there, unless you need me to lend a hand. I’m a musician so I love music, I love riding my motorbike, I’ll be at work all week and probably won’t be around on the weekends. Even though I can't add a lot of the suburbs, I will consider anywhere within 30 - 40 mins or Beresfield.
Considerate, well-traveled and experienced at communal living. I like a home that's both a sanctuary and social that respects others. I am active, love getting out in the wilderness whenever I can and study & work online. Looking for a spot that has a bit of extra space or garage for creative projects. Flexible with move in dates.
Hello, my name is Kirra, I am 20 years old and moving down south from Townsville, North Queensland. I have lived on my own for 2 years now and I am very clean, look after myself, I like to stay very active and I am very easy going and social. I have a beautiful little cat named Bailey, she is very well behaved, makes little to no mess (only her hair) and is very good with other animals, especially dogs.
Hi there! My names Lauren, I’m 28 turning 29 in March and am looking for a room to rent. My engagement recently ended and we are still living together but it’s time I moved on and away from him. I work full time as a manager in retail. I do own a dog his name is benji, he’s a staffy X and is two years old. He doesn’t bark, doesn’t chew or destroy anything,he’s not aggressive to anyone he does get a little over excited when meeting new people but he won’t hurt anyone. I do also have a pet rat named dozer but he is reaching the end of his life and won’t be here much longer. I do smoke but only every outside, all in all I’m a nice, genuine person, can be a bit shy at first, and I’m very much a “homebody”
We are full time students from Sydney who have completed a degree and now doing further studies at the University of Newcastle. Therefore, we are looking to rent a property, preferably long term, that is nice and quiet. We are respectful of people, clean, mature, responsible and organised. We would love to share a home with someone who is friendly and easy going like ourselves.
Hey my name's Emily, i'm 19 from Forster NSW & i'm heading to uni full time on the 25th of February. I'm a tidy person who loves netflix, the beach, gym & many drinks, I love a good party. Im looking to move close to the uni, I have a 1 year old burmese but if it would be a problem my boyfriend is in Forster (2 hours north) and will take him in.
I'm from Canberra, coming to Newcastle for University. This is my first time living out of home but I'm very independent and able to cook, clean, manage finances easily etc. I'm very easy going and love to have a good laugh. I'll be studying electrical engineering, so will often be cramming or on campus. I'll be working part-time also. Would like the option of having my cat with me but my family are also happy to take her. Feel free to contact me if you think I'd be suited.
Hi guys! I’m a 21 year old nanny from United States as well as a Psychology student at the UON. My partner, Harley, is a 25 year old Diesel Fitter, originally from Western Sydney, who enjoys motorbikes and a good laugh. We recently returned from a lengthy visit to the States are are looking for a space to move into that is shared with other laid-back and friendly individuals, who are both respectful towards each other and respectful towards the space. We both remain pretty busy between work and school but are hoping to be able to come home to a positive, warm and fun environment in the end of the day. We are both responsible and respectful and take pride in both the place we live and the condition we keep it in.
Hi, I'm Hannah, and I'm looking for somewhere to live while on placement in Gosford this February-March. I'm a 4th year speech pathology student at UON, so I'd also be happy to stay somewhere around Newcastle and would happily consider a longer-term stay (up to about 9 months-ish). I'm a quiet but friendly person who likes to focus hard on her studies and spends most of my free time reading and Netflixing. I'm definitely not looking for a party house, and don't really drink, but would happy to be a deso sometimes :) I'm pretty chill and easy to get along with, and would love to meet some new people although I also love my time to myself. I'm hoping to live with someone around my own age. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you think we'd get along :)
I am a student starting at the University of Newcastle in February and need a place to stay while I'm up there! My house is back in Sydney and I have a part-time job here so ill only be at the house the couple of days that I have class. I'm a neat and tidy person with an easy personality so I wont be any trouble around the house! :)
Hello Everyone, I am an International student and will be commencing at the University of Newcastle in Feb 2018 as a fresher. I prefer to find accommodation near the University for convenience, which is at Callaghan. I am an easy going and spontaneous person with interest in exploring new cultures. I like to be organized and keep things neat & tidy in my day to day life. Moreover, I love adventure and on the other hand, enjoy a laid-back evening at home. I respect people's personal space and expect the same from others, and not mind spending time with my room-mates.
Hi! I’m a first year Biomedicine student looking to move closer to UoN, Callaghan. I like to think I’m extremely sociable, yet respectful of privacy, tidy. I’m not a very party oriented person, so I’m looking for a non- party house, however I do enjoy going out and making friends. I mostly like to indulge myself in books, music or fitness, so incase you’re looking for someone who doesn’t disturb you at your will, that’s me! I maintain a healthy lifestyle and don't smoke or leave a mess, and always clean up after myself and I'm super easy going!
I'm a quiet student studying at UTS. I generally keep to myself, although I don't mind hanging out with others and meeting new friends. Any accommodation would be extremely helpful!
I'm a second-year architecture student, who loves to cook and has a friendly outgoing personality. I am happy to take on any responsibilities and household chores that the flat requires. I'm interested in a short-term contract as my previous arrangements have been delayed. I would like to get settled in before Friday the 23rd of February. I am looking for either a place within walking distance to Callaghan campus or parking available (on or off street). I have been working during the holiday break and plan to find a part time job in Newcastle. I have planned to move into a house however it is still waiting for certifications to allow me to move in. This could take from one week to six months so I need a flexible lease agreement that allows me to go by the week rather than being locked into a contract.
