Looking for a comfortable and quiet residence to come home to after long days at work. They will be early starts around 5.30am. I am very respectful of others and low maintenance some would say. More than happy to assist with house or flat maintenance. I am heading to Sydney for work which will be located around the St Peters region on public infrastructure projects. I am seeking a residence with own bathroom, and preferably furnished as I will be working as FIFO employee returning to Brisbane every few weekends to be home. Also my partner Anne-Maree will also fly to Sydney, maybe on a monthly basis to stay for max 2 nights. If you have a property similar to my above expectations then I look forward to you contacting me. Currently staying with friends at Artarmon, but too far from work. Regards - Nick

Heya, I’m Alex 22, Flight Supervisor from Perth. I'll be heading out East across to Sydney's International Airport for better career progression and a change of scenery. Looking to be in Sydney long term, 12 months plus. I’m a shift worker, working hours is through a 24/7 rotating roster, there will be early mornings however due to Sydney's curfew late nights will be limited. I have a pretty chilled vibe, am very relaxed. Majority of the time you won’t even know I’m around. However, love to get know people, few drinks after work at the end of the week etc. The occasional meal together is something I'm up for, to catch up with the household after a busy week. Italian being my background, I love to cook- can't go wrong with homemade lasagna. I enjoy my sports from football (soccer) to AFL & NRL, having a few drinks while watching games, also love to entertain with platters etc (my Italian background coming out). On days off, apart from spending time to relax, enjoy a run/ walk along the beach and/or the gym. I am very tidy/ clean and always willing to do the household chores. Would love to fit into someone’s home/ apartment with great vibes and people I can call mates later in the future.

I'm Amy and I work in the welfare sector. I'm looking to share with no more than two other people and need a large room or a place where there is maybe some storage to utilise and preferably with parking (or at least easy street parking that's not timed. I have a strong health focus. I eat healthy (apart from wine... wine is fine in my book!), and I train at the gym 3 times a week (When they open again I might go everyday! I've missed it that much!) I am a very considerate housemate. I've been told I'm very quiet! (I translate this to not banging doors, or have the volume loud on the TV, and am soft footed and softly spoken! lol!) Having said that I have on many occasions been described as 'bubbly', and like to have a giggle and good conversation with the people I live with. I'm really clean and tidy in communal area's. Everything has it's place and I'm really toughtful about that for others. I'm up for starting a new houseshare with others too. It's renters market at the moment and there are some bargains around. If starting up a new place I have some furniture and white goods I can contribute. Otherwise I'll sell or store :)

Hi there. My name is Raphael, I am a civil engineer and master's student from Brazil, who will be moving to Sydney for work in early February, and I'm looking for a long-term accommodation preferrably with cool flatmates included. I am clean, tidy, non-smoker, fairly quiet and respectful. I've lived abroad in a shared accomodation before so I know how it goes. I'm also fun to have around, love a good conversation, games and I like to cook (I make awesome swedish kanelbullar). I'm always happy to share a meal or watch a movie. Also I'm a professional singer, so when I sing in the shower it's actually nice to listen to! :) Music and Traveling are my 2 biggest passions, I also love going out to eat, to the movies, the theater (love musicals!), and running.

$500/week•31-32 year old female and male
Hi, We are looking for a permanent one bedrooms apartment and prefer one with parking spot availability. Our budget is around $350-500 depending on the location and the unit/room itself, bills and internet as well as facilities such as extra for parking is included within that budget. I am Carissa (31) and my husband Ridho (32). We are looking for a permanent place to move in around June/July. We are Indonesians and have been in Australia for 7 years, we spent most of our time in Brisbane and Gold Coast. We lived in Sydney in early 2017, and we are back now. I am a Kindy educator at Sydney CBD and I've been working in the industry for almost 3 years. Ridho finished his Finance degree at UQ already and been working in Australia and Overseas for different jobs and projects. He is now actively looking for work and passionate to call this beautiful city a new home. We both reliable, easy to get along with, and very like-minded. We travelled up and down Australian East Coast and Victoria multiple times, understanding local and other cultures since we got here. We are a relaxed couple and understand privacy and our responsibility to look after the property we live in. We pay rent on-time, we can do weekly, fortnightly, or monthly if needed. We both secured financially and also received constant supports from home country when the extra fund is needed. I'm interested in reading and watching series/movies, while Ridho is more an outdoor person that's into surfing. Both of us enjoy socialised, but we are not into a party house. Thank you for reading our intro and have a great day! We wish to hear from you. Warmest Regards, Carissa and Ridho

Hi :) I'm Stephen, 24 and I work full-time in Barangaroo in the professional services industry as a consultant. I'm looking to join either an existing share house or find flatmates to rent a new place. The type of place I'm looking for/looking to create is a humble home where we all enjoy each others company and are mindful of one another's needs. I can be both a quiet and chatty person so I'm after a social home but not a party house. I'm a newbie to share house living and have the intention of making some new friends along the way! A bit about me; I work regular to long hours and outside of work I live a pretty low-key life. I enjoy dining out, cooking, playing tennis, reading, obsessing over dogs and exploring. Like most I try to focus on keeping myself fit, eating healthy and finding good Netflix shows! I'm a sociable, bubbly person but also need my quiet time to recharge. I'm a clean person and don't mind doing the cleaning myself. I'd like to have the place nice and tidy. I have a partner of 3 years who I'd have around on occasion, but most of the time I hang out at his place which also means I'm not home much on weekends. With my move date, as I’m currently working from home due to COVID, I'm not in a rush and am using this time to find suitable people and a place. That being said, I'll be looking to move pretty much as soon as the restrictions are lifted and we’re back working from the office. I'm looking for similar professionals or like-minded people to join. If you think I could be a potential flatmate I would love to hear from you! Other: - It's no mistake my photos are of me with dogs; I'm a huge dog person so if your place has some four-legged friends, or you come with a four-legged friend that'd be a bonus! - Given my budget, I'd like to have my own bathroom or ensuite - It's important for me to have a room big enough to fit a queen bed and a desk for working from home - I do have a car that I use regularly so I'd need a carspot or available, untimed street parking - They key areas I'm looking at are Drummoyne, Chiswick and Balmain East and within 10 mins walking distance to the F3 or F4 ferry to Barangaroo
