Hello, Location semi flexible -- Looking to team up for a Duo Household/New Lease. A few interests of mine include: NRL, the outdoors, most things creative and living a healthy lifestyle (trying my best). Happy to let loose on occasion, ultimately what i'm looking for though is a 'home' to rest and recharge. I'm clean and tidy, respectful always and generally pretty chill, can cook and am happy to have a chat while also equally happy to do my own thing/leave you to do yours as we please. If you have similar values feel welcome to reach out, hoping to team up with someone i can be comfortable with and vice versa. Traits I appreciate in a team/flatmate: open communication, open minded and positive, respectful, clean and organised, active and enjoys the hustle in whatever they do, can be professional but also doesn't take things too seriously. Looking to secure a place late June or early July, if our timelines are a match lets chat and go from there. Thanks :)
Hi! I'm currently looking to move in the Sydney area late July this year. I'm a quiet but friendly person and I clean up after myself. I usually don't use the kitchen very much anyway. My biggest hobbies are probably gaming and drawing so I'm definitely not the sort of person to have big loud parties or anything. I'm an approachable and easy-going person and I've never had issues with tenants or landlords in the past. I'm pretty flexible with most things - the only thing I really require is a private bedroom with minimal furnishing but I don't mind sharing any other rooms or abiding by preexisting house rules. Being close to a train station would be great and I would also really prefer high-speed NBN internet or at least plans to have it installed when it becomes available. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit! Happy to answer any further questions you have about me too.
A friendly, clean, quiet and busy investment advisor is seeking a medium or large size room in a unit or apartment, sharing with 1 or 2 person. A room without balcony, ideally has a single bed with good mattress, and a decent desk, or unfurnished. Willing to pay up to $280 per week including utilities and internet. At the moment, l would like to stay for at least 6 months. The suburbs I am interested in are: Mascot, Matraville, Beaconfield, Rosebery, Eastlakes, Botany, Kingsford, Daceyville, Maroubra, Kensington, Randwick, Waterloo, Waverley.
I moved out of home at 18, and have been paying my way since. I have ranged from living on my own, with another guy, a mother & daughter, and a house split with 5 girls. I work full time in the city for an IT consulting company, often stay back late, but also work from home every so often. Have an 18 month pug, loves people & dogs. He was sleeping when I decided it was photo time. Hobbies: Keyboard (with headphone), drinks & pool, walks with dog. I have inspected different Meriton 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments with pool, spa and gym around Mascot and Rosebery for approx 700-750 p/w, and now am looking for someone to take second half of rent. Let me know if interested. I can/wan't to be the only person on the lease - so you will not be locked in unless you want to.
A way of introduction I would say I'm a 30 year old socialite, very easy to get on with, very fun and bubbly but love to zone out and kick back. I have been based in Sydney for 8 years, originally from Manchester. Absolutely love cooking and staying active but I slack off too ;-) Very balanced lifestyle. I work full time as an event manager/stylist for a CBD based caterer through out the lovely hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, also work scattered shifts out of these hours dependent on work load.
Hey, I'm Mushi. I'll be moving to Sydney from Melbourne Mid-July for work, and am looking for a place to live. :) I am an easy and outgoing person, who is tidy and clean (love a good stress clean to relax). I love my food and coffee (and tea), and am always down for a chat. I am looking for a place to relax and hangout at nights and more of a family/friendly type environment. Thank you, ps, dont mind my photo ahaha. if you wanna check me out on socials insta @isthatmujtabaj
Hi, I'm looking for professional setup, not to noisy, own space, must have dryer to dry cloths, I do my own thing mostly, don’t really cook. I’m easy going, - no late night noise or party places , or flat mates who are in relationships with partners always over occupying the flat space all the time lol - Car Space required
Hi there! My name is Ayaka. I’m from Japan, full-time student and working part-time. So I won’t be at home much or often hide myself in my room to study. But I’d love to have chat over dinner with you, share a glass of wine or two with Netflix maybe :) I like movies, swimming and dancing. I really wanna learn salsa! I’m looking for a private room as I need my own space and time for study. I’m also open to team-up! If you’ve got any offer, please drop me message :) Thank you
Hi Guys Looking to move to Sydney later this year. I am looking for some space in a friendly creative home . I am a writer/director with a project on the go. I do have my own furniture so I need some space. I am open to a whole house or a studio, granny flat, or large bedroom with my own bathroom and extra room. I do have a little cat and an older dog so they need to be happy and safe. I am easy to live with and give good space and expect the same in return. I have ongoing income so bills and rent are paid on time . I am flexible with rent depending on what is available. So if you have anything coming up please contact me. Cheers Peita
