I'm a full-time pensioner, not long returned after some years in Asia, teaching English. I don't smoke, drink very little. Looking for a room in a house, not an apartment. I do a lot of reading and writing on the internet. I also do a bit of on-line teaching and happy to help a co-tenant who needs help with their English. I'm not into partying or loud music. I do my own cooking most of the time. Like to help around the house, do minor repairs, a bit of gardening. As I don't have a car, walking distance to a local shop is desired. A PHOTO of the room to rent would be appreciated.
Looking for cool flatmates to share a place with, I work full time in realestate, active, love fishing and boating, dont mind a drink on the weekends and very sociable , im OCD clean and tidy,Im only moving out of my place after 5 years in nobbys as they are selling
Hi potential housemates! A little about me, I moved to the coast early last year to continue my studies to which I am now in my third year and work (too much!) in hospitality around my uni timetable, so this keeps me pretty busy. When I do manage to break free from those commitments I tend to end up in or on the water, out for comedy nights or when others are free we hit up wet n wild etc (yes we're big kids haha). I also have a 16 month old collie x. This is usually where everyone panics after reading COLLIE and runs! Since a pup I have constantly reinforced boundaries for her and she's extremely well behaved, almost always asking permission before she does anything. ***please note - She is an outside dog mostly. I take her everywhere with me, and the majority of the time when we're home she'll be goofing off in the backyard. Having said that, I do prefer her to sleep inside. She has a mat and I keep my room extremely clean. This is more a safety thing for the doggo and I understand if it does not fit the dynamic of your home. I won't be offended, please just let me know :) I'm looking for a balanced household, where everyone contributes to maintaining a clean house and respects each other. It would be great to share some mutual interests/ hobbies and catch up throughout the week. I've entered in numerous suburbs as I'm not really fussed where I end up, as long as it's close (ish) to the beach etc. Both the doggo and I come with ample references, so if you'd like to know more please ask away.
I am a very clean, tidy, organised person and seeking a flatmate who is the same. I live a healthy lifestyle (no drinking, partying, etc) and eat clean while at home. I work full time and I’m generally out of the house from 6am to 6pm.
Myself and my partner are looking to team up with another person in order to find a house together. Preferably up the north end of the Gold Coast as it’s more convenient for our lifestyle. I study full time currently at Griffith university and my partner is beginning a beauty course in February that takes place in Robina. We are laid back people that are sociable, but also respect space, and peace and quiet.
I am quiet & keep to myself, but will enjoy a party if you want one. Housetrained, clean, tidy & like to have a laugh. I do smoke, but only outside & have my own ashtrays.
I feel like I’m writing a tinder bio for dudes, how fucking A W K W A R D. Have just started a new position as a Law Graduate with a firm in Runaway Bay (near Harbour Town) so I’m looking for somewhere close to call home for the foreseeable future. A typical afternoon/evening after work for me looks like watching TV with a G&T or beer, going to play a game of squash, or maybe smackin some twelve year olds on the new CoD. On the odd occasion, I might disappear to Bond on a Thursday night to go out with my mates but otherwise I don’t drink a whole lot, or head anywhere near Surfers. I like to go to bed and wake up early (read: 6am) most days. Looking for a trustworthy and mature roommate. I don’t want to live somewhere I feel like I need to lock up my belongings before leaving the house — that would not feel like home. Sauce bottles belong in the cupboard. Looking for a place from February onwards.
Quiet honest down to earth and easy to get on. scrupulously clean and tidy. Social drinker only I work for myself and have done for many years. Always pay my rent on time. Enjoy the beach, movies, live theatre and coffee . Not really looking for a share party house. Looking for a large bedroom with large wardrobe with and own bathroom preferably with just one housemate. I am looking for something long term anywhere between Southport and Calypso Bay. Preferably Hope Island Sanctuary Cove however it could be mid Gold Coast for the right situation. I know I am being very particular in my requirements but I do not want to waste anybody's time.
