Hi, I'm a 45-year-old male (divorced) with an adult son and two small, friendly cats. I have a background working with Centrelink in the Disabilities sector, but I'm currently on temporary disability leave due to a car accident and am focusing on my recovery. I plan to return to work within the next 6 months.
In terms of interests, I'm into gaming, tech, reading, and comedy, and I enjoy just chilling out. I’m not one for parties or heavy drinking. When it comes to house sharing, I value a relaxed, drama-free environment where communication is key, and the space stays clean and tidy.

I’m looking for flatmates who are mature, responsible, and respectful, with a laid-back attitude. Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys a quiet home, but is also open to occasional socializing. I appreciate people who respect shared spaces and making sure bills/rent are paid on time and that everyone is proactive about sharing housework.
