Canadian with Aussie citizenship looking to move to Melbourne from Vancouver Bc. I'm a cook, and am usually more than willing to cook dinner for others, especially if feedback is provided. Will most likely be working full-time once I move, and after settling in, will be actively pursuing an apprenticeship. Hoping to find roommates on the more social side of life. Bit of a gamer, and a music producer from time to time. Looking for any kind of rental, as long as the kitchen is decent, and has a gas stove. Already paying for Netflix and Spotify family and more than willing to give those out for free. Super clean, super tidy, and would like to find others who are that way too.
We are matured couples who are clean, tidy and respectful. We are looking for short term fully furnished accommodation with PRIVATE/OWN bathroom for min. 4 weeks starting 18 January. It can be anywhere in Melbourne but we have no car and need easy access to public transportation. Willing to pay the entire period upfront if without bond and with all bills included.
I am a fun loving, down to earth. gentleman who is looking for a place to stay with positive people. I get along really well with almost everyone I encounter and enjoy a good conversation. However, most of the time I'm at home (which isn't that often) I am either sleeping or watching film/tv in my own room. I make a great housemate as I am very considerate, hygienic, clean (but not ocd), easy going and lighthearted. my best attribute for you would be that I am a deep sleeper, so you do not need to worry about tip toeing around while i am asleep. Regards, Josh
22, studying in film and screen studies / journalism currently. Doing barista as part time job. Love doing arts stuff. Most personal time like to reading, painting or playing soma guitar. Also active beans. Been to gym quite often. Scuba diver and gonna get yoga instructor certification in Feb. Ya best housemate. Clean, social, respectful love animals except bad cooking :3
We're looking to move in with some cool people. One of works in sales, the other at a uni in arts research and teaching. We're clean, respectful, fun and friendly. We have a 2yo golden retriever who is fun-loving, friendly and hilarious. He’s well trained, walked daily and comes to work at the uni sometimes. We’re both very easy going. We're quite social but understand the need for down time and privacy.
Im a outgoing and happy person. As well tidy, positive and respectful. From Sweden I’m going to Australia to work and explore. I love photography, yoga, freediving and I don’t mind to go out for a beeer once in a while. 🤙🏾 I’m traveling with 2 mates (a couple) we are looking for a place that rents out 2 rooms but we don’t mind living in different places as well.
I am quite busy juggling work and study and am looking for somewhere relaxing to call home. I enjoy a solid Netflix and wine session and do like to go out with friends on the weekends. I get along with most people and am always up for a chat but I also respect privacy and space and am more than okay on my own.
Hey, I'm Georgia and I'm looking for a room in the south east (Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda, South Yarra, Elwood)! I currently working part-time in hospitality on chapel street, hoping to find some more work too. I will be studying fashion merchandise management part-time as of March. When i'm not working I enjoy hanging out, going for walks, going to wine bars, a good netflix binge, exploring, going out for a good boogie etc. I'm friendly, clean and have furniture to help move in if needed.
Hey Everyone :) I am moving to Melbourne at the beginning of January and looking for a place for myself and 2 small doggos near st kild or anywhere that is an easy commute to st kilda. I am friendly and always up for a conversation :)
I'm a playwright / composer currently writing a new musical called 'Post'. I work at a small independent theatre in Prahran and love it! I value clear and open communication and really like to cook (for myself and others). I enjoy social interaction and am quite flexible about living arrangements, as long as I have a place to recharge and write/compose (my room).
Hi There, I'm Natasha, mid 30s, teacher, looking for a lovely place near the city and close to work. Specifically looking around Elwood, Elsternwick, Prahran, Balaclava, St Kilda East, Windsor, or close to my job near Toorak. Looking for an apartment that’s social but also know when someone needs their space. I am a regular early morning gym goer and in the evenings love to watch movies or checking out nice bars and restaurants with friends. On the weekends I like to spend time with my friends and family, visiting wineries and attending food festivals. I am looking for a friendly easy going person. Someone who is sociable but also enjoys their own space. Preferably a professional who is tidy and considerate, relaxed to be around and pays bills on time, but is also up for a few wines and cheese, or a movie on the couch :) I love to be able to have friends come over and visit, have some board games night and dinner parties. You would be more than welcome to join in too :)
Hi! My name is Ellese. I am a 28 year old Kinder teacher. I am originally from the far north coast of NSW. I first moved to Melbourne 6 years ago. In that time I've also had a short stint living on Hamilton Island and most recently 2 years living and working in the UK! I have lived both in my own and with others. I tale a lot of pride in where I live and always ensure that I have a clean house. I love to go for a swim every morning before work and will often go for a walk after dinner. My week nights are genuinely very quiet as it's "a school night". On weekends I like to catch up with friends for coffee or lunch and take it pretty easy. In saying that, I am also always up for a night out. I am a very social person and would love to find someone to live with who would be happy to have a catch up and get coffee but also respects others space and privacy. Hopefully I am the room mate you've been looking for!
Hello! I'm Amelia, I work as a PA in property, originally from the south coast of England, currently in London but moving to Melbourne at the end of December to escape the cold amongst other things! (not the law). Big into yoga, enjoy running, like swimming, love a glass (or 3) of wine and partial to a good box set. I'm funny-ish (hopefully), pretty easy going, respectful of others, good with a vacuum cleaner AND I'm not a weirdo - what more could you ask for?! :) Staying with friends when I first arrive so would be looking to move somewhere mid Jan but can be flexible. Looking for a house or flat share with similar minded and aged people, who like to spend time together but equally have their own lives too. Get in touch if that doesn't sound too awful! :)
Hi there I'm looking for a place that is within 15km from the city and walking distance to public transport. I'm a clean and tidy person who is considerate, I respect other peoples privacy and expect the same in return, I can be shy at first but eventually opens up to people :-) The type of flatmate I'm looking for is someone who is respectful, considerate, tidy and that includes respecting there flatmate's privacy, and most important is someone that doesn't treat the place as a party house or who uses drugs !

Hi there, I'm Lisa, I've just moved here from the UK to join Hayden here. He currently lives and works in Carrum Downs but we're looking to move into the city. Hayden will be working away 3 days a week so won't be around all the time. We're a pretty chilled out, friendly couple. I'm keen to build a life as an individual as well as with Hayden and meet new people. Would be great if we could occasionally socialise with our new housemates!
Hello! We're a pretty relaxed couple with a super friendly golden retriever. We're both working (I'm a physio and Al's a consultant) but work isn't our whole lives. We're hoping to be the kind of housemates you like grabbing a drink or sharing a meal with from time to time. In our spare time we like to head down to the coast, catch up with family and friends, and have mini-adventures. Neither of us are raging party animals and we're all house-trained (the dog included) so we pick up after ourselves and know how to clean to a 'my-folks-might-pop-in-for-a-cup-of-tea' standard.
David is half Swedish, half British and grew up in Brussels. Went to uni in Edinburgh and studied International Business. He speaks 6 languages and is super friendly/ loves meeting people. He's very active and plays beach volleyball and soccer. He loves watching sports and watches heaps of Premiere/Champions league. I, Ray (for Rana, pronounced Rain-a) am a pre-med student on my gap year before applying to med school. I'm obsessed with the beach, (anything outdoors really) hiking, and photography. I hope to get a job at Cabrini Malvern as an ER Scribe in January. We're both 23, really chill, I am super clean (I keep David in line haha), and we'll both be traveling and going out on the weekends. We'd love to be close with our roommates and also respect everyone's space.
Hey everyone! I work full time and keep myself fairly social. I am always keen for a chat but very respectful of privacy and understanding of how important some alone time can be within the house, so respectful of boundaries. I am essentially looking to find a new home with chilled out, fun housemates, hopefully to then feel that I'm living with friends rather than board-mates. I've lived in a number of share houses before, I'm very tidy and financially reliable, won't have a disruptive schedule and understand peoples privacy. I also come with a little husky who is extremely well trained and super cute.
