I'm young and enthusiastic about living independently, I have a large amount of experience renting and am just coming to the end of my own 1 bedroom apartment lease. I'm well organised, punctuality means something to me, which means bills are always payed before the due date. Other than that I'm happy to socialise and help keep the place clean, because mess drives me insane.
Nerd. Introvert. Work in progress. Nerd girl with delusions of literary grandeur & a love for music, bad movies, scifi & fantasy and my dog. I love games, books and comics. I love art and travel and poetry. I love to cook and bake and take care of those I love. I don't care much for clubbing or huge parties, though I am a fan of board game nights or hanging out watching movies or trashy tv. I have an 18 month old golden retriever named Mal who would be coming with me - he's very friendly and a big snug bug.
I’m looking for someone to team up with and get a place together so that it feels like ours etc but happy to consider moving in to the right place as well. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. If I can find the right person to get a place with - someone laid back with a good sense of humour who likes to have fun, is reliable and considerate with good vibes - that would be great otherwise I’ll get something myself. Only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone or pottering around in the kitchen. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can all just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and commencement or move in date - earlier or later is fine, happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
I work at Melbourne charcoal chicken so there’s always chicken and salads to bring home! I have a partner who I tend to spend weekends with and a couple week nights! I am from New Zealand! I am fun and bubbly. I love to be social but also love me time. also animal lover
I’m easy going, friendly, very clean and neat. I’m busy working Monday to Friday as an interior designer. I work out often and enjoy brunch and any outdoor activities. Looking to make new friends as well, currently living alone and want to try and save money so looking at living with others
Hey, I'm Craig :) I’m preferably looking in a leafy green location or bayside suburb listed. My move date's flexible. I’m in my 20s, a Melburnian, an electrician, vegan and health conscious. I’m chilled out, friendly, respectful and tidy. Love to keep fit...I run trails and marathons and love adventuring into nature (hiking, camping, kayaking etc.). I do a bit of yoga also. Enjoy a cider or craft beer every now and then at dinner. Please message me if I tick the boxes and you'd like to meet. Happy to go for a coffee and chat. Cheers ✌️

Hi Everyone, I'm Lis, Melbourne born and raised! I work in the inner suburbs as an Office Manager for an Oil company. I love the outdoors, health, fitness, travelling, photography, social time with family & friends! Looking for a private large bedroom in a shared house or apartment, with car parking, whether off or on street. Searching for a home with good energy, humour, drama free, relaxed with non-smokers, no drugs, no parties at home and no pets. Within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to trams/train station is my preference. I am looking at suburbs near the bayside and beach or outskirts of the city. Cheers :)
Very easy to live with 🙂 clean, tidy and I like to leave things as they first were. I’m very independent and get along with pretty much everyone! I don’t judge people. I’m very responsible with my finances. I’m studying a full-time degree so I need the quiet and I like the peaceful type of lifestyle. I’m an all around easy going person. I grew up travelling and living overseas as an expect and now have moved home and have been back in Melbourne for around 9 years. I’ve been living around the bayside areas. About my careers- I have studied quite a bit in my life, i have qualifications working with children and have done so for 3 years. LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 13 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates bathroom and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I am self sufficient, a good cook and fastidious in my space. I work full time in the city, I am in and out to the gym most nights of the week and walking my Westie. I like a glass of wine and a chat but also enjoy my own space. I'm not looking to mother anyone or for a companion. If we get on well then there may be a few more wines and shared meals otherwise I am happy to cook, clean, eat and entertain myself.
Hello! Me and Bidita ; We are a recently married couple, looking for a place to call home in Melbourne. Currently I am sharing a room with my friends. Since, my partner is coming over to Melbourne on Mid October 2018; therefore, we were wondering to stay in a place for a short term basis (preferably for 3 months) before we settle down here in Melbourne. Focusing more on family who are going away for a vacation. I am a professional working in Superannuation industry. My partner finished her studies from Monash, Caulfield last year (currently she is overseas). So we already have an experience of sharing houses in Melbourne. We are a clean, polite and friendly couple. Hope to get a good deal soon!
I am like the ideal roommate! I love to cook and was accepted in to junior masterchef, so my cooking is actually semi-decent. I also enjoy cleaning ... well I procrasta-clean, so the house will never be messy. I understand that you need space when you're living with people and will completely respect that. I don't host raging parties, so you won't wake up to people passed out in the living room (I had a roommate do this to me a few times), but I do like to socialize and have a few people over for drinks occasionally.
Re-locating to the bayside area after securing a full time job. Looking to share an apartment with someone outgoing and friendly. I am very easygoing & like to keep to myself but also hang out on the couch with a glass of wine at night. Looking to find an apartment to share with someone that is newish/modern & must have 2 bathrooms.
I work in mental health, both in a support setting and in an academic capacity. I'm a part time writer and a full time procrastinator. The latter of which doesn't pay great dividends unfortunately. I love to read books, and recently completed '1984' by Orwell and 'In Cold Blood' by Capote, both of which gave me nightmares. I have a big-ass bookshelf that I think is just the bee's knees. I'm respectful and friendly, and prefer to have a chat with a housemate if there's a grievance rather than hold it in and eventually develop a tumour from it. I generally keep to myself, but I also like to engage with my housemates and have the occasional meal together. For two years I've been living with actors, which has been interesting (and fun, and inspiring, and irritating). Open to the same or different. I'm naturally creative and like to make a space my own over time. In my last house I decorated the toilet walls with posters of 1930s actors and actresses - you know, for shits and gigs. It looked great. My philosophy with house sharing is simple: A house is a home, and should be a place of safety and respite from the big bad world 'out there'. As such, I like a quiet(-ish) home - I'm no Noise Nazi - where everyone contributes to chores and household items, pays rent and bills on time, and cleans up after themselves. You know, a place where functional adults live! I'm looking for: an unfurnished, mid to large-sized room, preferably with BIRs. Storage space is a plus as I have a fridge (might sell it though) and some small furniture (like a coffee table, unless there's space in doors for it), and some miscellaneous crap that for sentimental reasons I'm hoarding. Hit me up if you're keen or interested. DJs, practising percussionists, and anyone under 25 need not apply! Thanks, Daniel
Looking into my options for living arrangements come the end of my current lease in December! I would be interested in moving into an existing share house, or starting a new share house with one or two other people. I work full time in the CBD in Human Resources. I keep it pretty low key during the week, and enjoy spending time with friends/family on the weekends. Love a bit of Netflix, love a bit of wine time, try to get to the gym when I can. I'm looking for a tidy, comfortable, friendly place that I can enjoy coming home to, and people that I genuinely get along with! Any questions, shoot me a message :)
Hey I’m Tekea! I’m originally from New Zealand but I’ve lived in Melbourne Australia almost my entire life. I’m very down to earth, polite and respectful & considerate of others privacy and wellbeing. Easy to get along with and also a clean freak. Love to cook & have a laugh every now and then. I work fulltime And play sports on the weekend so you’ll probably wouldn’t notice me around the house cause I’m always on the go.
I am a 21 year old student who loves a good catch up with my flatmates but also like my down time. I am very clean, tidy and respectful of other privacy. I am very down to earth and relaxed but also enjoy a drink or two!
