I am hardly home as I travel so much throughout Australia. I am trauma nurse from Sydney but my home base is Skennars Head as most of my family are here. I now travel throughout QLD and NSW nursing in ED. I am tidy (OCD) and keep to myself but love a good conversation and a beer every now and then. Love dogs more than humans!
Hey flat mates. Recently left Byron to be closer to work. Looking for a room but have furniture to furnish most of a house. Happy to bring anything with me they may come in handy. I manage a local pub and do boot camp three mornings a week. I play soccer, surf and be outdoors as much as I can. I see myself as clean, tidy, proactive and easy-going. If it sounds like I’d fit in to your house, give me a message, please. I’m available to move in from Monday 13th Thanks Alex
Hi :-) I'm a yoga teacher, English language teacher, do a bit of freelance writing and am also about to launch a social enterprise (vintage style meditation mala beads) to help train and employ disadvantaged women in India. I'm in to fitness, dance, yoga, meditation, long walks in nature, swimming in the ocean, day spas and charity work in India. Generally and early to bed, early to rise kind of gal. I'm a healthy, easygoing, considerate person and looking to move into a place that has a chilled out and homely vibe. Looking for a place in the Lennox Head, Skennars Head, Shelly Beach or East Ballina area.
Self-employed working with Computers. I do Websites and related Computer jobs. Very clean, tidy and responsible. Non-smoker. Have a BSc Degree in Food Science/Technology. Born in Europe (The Netherlands). Have lived in Australia for 12 years. Recently separated, unfortunately. Not a party person. Prefer calm/quiet environment where I can relax and get the best out of myself. Love most animals, my Food/cooking, nature and beach walks. Currently living on the Gold Coast in Robina QLD. Prefer a quiet furnitured place with not more than 2 housemates. I enjoy having quiet and peace around me so TV or radio is not very important to me. I do not need much space.
We are an active, motivated health-conscious couple. I study Osteopathy at SCU and my girlfriend is also studying some units towards her masters. We run our own business selling cold brewed coffee from a tricycle and do markets and festivals in the northern rivers. we are nonsmokers and have the occasional craft beer or red wine. We both balance hospitality work, our business, and study with a fun outdoorsy lifestyle. Looking to move into a big beautiful coastal home with the right people or find a studio to call our own.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living in Ocean Shores short term and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I work from home making natural dyes and doing botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
Hey, I'm quiet and employed and out quite a lot- not partying, just have friends and hobbies. I've lived alone and with friends for a long time. When I'm at home, I'm usually chilling in my room or planning to go out. I am a pretty cliche independent, quiet 40yo.
Hey we have been living in lennox for the past 10 months. Organised to bring our dog up next week and our land lord changed their mind about us bringing in a dog to the house! So we have a dog and no where to live!!! We both love the beach and the dog is very clean and well natured! Please give us a call if you have any rooms available!
I'm Alex, a 28 yo doctor looking to team up with a group of likeminded, professionally employed legends in a share house in either Lennox or Suffolk. I've been in the area for 4 years now. There are some stunning larger properties around and I'm interested perhaps pooling our dollars to score an epic pad for the summer and beyond. My budget is up to $350 So the serious bits first- I work variable and long hours with lots of on- call so need to live with people who are respectful of my need to rest between times ! (ie, I need a peaceful home to come back to, not a party shack). I think it'd work best to live with people in the same boat (full time workers, aged late 20s-30s ) who work hard during the week and know how to relax at its end :) Otherwise, I (try) to live an active and healthy lifestyle with abundant market trips, beach days, coffee sampling and cooking afternoons. Sometime that plan goes out the window and I survive on frozen dinners, wine and The Bachelor. Would be awesome to find people who would be keen for a few runs, a serious game of three-hundred, a philosophical debate or 2 or some weekend adventures. I've got no strict moving dates and am happy to wait until the right people/place presents itself. If this sounds like you, shoot me a message and we can chat :) Alex
Hi, my name is Liv and I am from the UK. I have recently started working near Alstonville and am looking for somewhere to stay in the area up until Christmas or new year depending on availability. I'm a pretty chilled out person, I love to read and make jewellery in my free time and I'm also trying to get the hang of surfing! I also love live music, arts, food festivals, markets and hiking. Please get in touch!
I am a mature aged student studying full time at University. This means I have a changeable schedule where exam times can be hectic and stressful while other times are more relaxed. I am usually quiet but I do like good conversations. I like to create a respectful environment so that everyone in the house can feel like it is their home. I am considerate of my flatmates, so I am tidy and share the household responsibilities, such as cleaning, so that the common areas feel comfortable for everyone. Thanks for reading my post. I look forward to hearing from you.
We both work full time locally and out of hours enjoy surfing, yoga, the occasional wine and spending time with friends. Clean and respectful, we bring a bit of fun and banter to any house.
Hey potential housemate :) I currently study osteopathy full time at SCU, teach a little bit of yoga and massage as well, but otherwise squeeze in as many activities and random fun things as i can manage.. I'm well travelled and house trained with plenty of experience sharing spaces. I'm really hoping to find a place to call home.. wether its with others or on my own in a studio type space is ok. I would like to have a second small space (doesn't need to be a bedroom) where i can setup a treatment space for massages (maybe 5-10 per week at most?)... this could maybe be a study, a sun room or a clean garage for example? (the table doesnt need to be permanently fixed and can easily be packed away for a sleeping space for guests or for other purposes?) I don't need to be out by a certain date, but i am exploring possibilities (this includes collecting people to move into a new place together.. let me know if you would like to be in the loop) Also if you only have a small space that can be utilized as a massage space i would love to hear from you!
I'm approachable and easy-going, love to have a laugh, but also understand the luxury and necessity of space in a share environment. I've been sharing for 9 years, call me a share veteran. Looking for a chilled space to share with my outdoorsie cat, Freddie Merkitty. I'm working 30-40 hours a week between Knockrow and Lennox. I grew up in the area and have recently returned to my roots after completing a writing and philosophy degree.
We have great stories of our travels and adventures, we are clean, respectful, non smokers and love animals although don't have one :( Brigette loves to cook and garden and Jon is technology handy, quick witted and together we are social but also like down time.
Hi there, I'm a high school teacher from Newcastle. I have a job in Evans for next year and need to find a place to move into by the end of January. I like music, travel, cooking, making things and getting outdoors. Also love a bad rom-com and Friends re-runs. I'm friendly, clean and easy to get along with. Interested in flat mates, team ups or living on my own. Hit me up :)
Hi my name is Tayla I’m 21 and from PERTH Western Australia. I’ve recently been employed as a radio host. I start on the 23nd of January but am hoping to be moved over by the 17th. I’m a super clean person, I like to think I have good banter ahaha but am also extremely caring and well raised ps I like to cook
I am a young motivated, enthusiastic women. I'm easy going, like to surf and ride motorbikes. I'm a happy soul looking to call a new place home in mid to late January. I'm independent and like to keep things clean. I work most days and nights so I am not often in the house. I also respect my house mates and can give great references if needed. I orginally grew up on the South Coast of New South Wales in a place called Narooma. I love kicking back with friends and having chats over coffee/tea or even some red wine. For fun, motorbikes and surfing is always good, but I'm always open to doing new and adventurous activities. I love the outdoors and people with similar interests. In my own time, I prefer reading, practicing the guitar going for walks. At both my jobs I work as a barista and I love it.
