Hello I'm Lisa I'm 27. I'm looking at renting a room in a sharehouse or I am interested in team ups too. I am a support worker in disability so I get work all over Adelaide but mainly stay south and south west, so I would like to find a place that's central to there and here where family is south. I always pay my rent on time as my pay check is fortnightly. I love any pets I'm clean quiet but like the occasional catch up drinks I also have Foxtel which I would like to bring with me and willing to share it if would like to watch it and also would like somewhere that has internet so I can use to send my work emails for but not a great issue anymore question or enquiries ur welcome to contact me via email or text as calls I may not be able to pick up during work thanks for looking hope to meet some great people cheers, Lisa
We want to start a new share house ! I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I'm currently in a 3-bedroom house with someone renting a room, and I'd like to explore options for when my lease expires in September and I am not sure if my current housemate would want to move with me. I want to start a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. I come with my English Pointer cross and a few bicycles. All of us live inside :) I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'll be looking at areas near the beach between Henley and Brighton, also along the southern foothills maybe(Mitcham, Panorama...) This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. My current house is pretty good but not quite perfect, so I want to keep my eyes open for the ideal housemate/house. If I find that, I would also consider breaking my lease here.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I'm an education student at Flinders Uni and 21. I am currently finishing up a semester abroad overseas and now doing some travelling before I return back to Adelaide early July, so I'm just looking around at the moment to see what's available. I am friendly and easy-going, non-smoker and like to keep common areas tidy (especially the kitchen - I am a total kitchen neat-freak but hate when it's not left clean by others). I also have my own furniture for the room. I found the last room I rented on here which turned out to be a great match, so hoping I have the same success. Looking for something for at least 9 months with a possibility of extending to a year. Bonus points if you have a dog Room needs to have a decent sized built in robe to house all my stuff :P
Hi there potential roomie! I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in a team up or to become a roommate of someone who has a place within 15 minutes of Hyde Park/Goodwood. The essentials: I am clean, organised, and reliable. I will pay rent and bills promptly. I have a maximum budget of $150 per week for rent and will go up to $170 if it includes internet. I have said I am free to move in on the 12th of June, but happy to move in before that date. About me: - I currently work full time as a barista on King William Road (free tea/coffee is on the cards!), whilst also studying a Bachelor of Education and Languages at Flinders University. - Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker. - I'm extroverted and like to get out as much as possible but very partial to chilling on the couch binge-watching series' on Netflix or some good ol' Masterchef (aka food porn show). - I currently have an indoor cat who literally does nothing but sleep all day, but she can live with my mum if you are not interested in pets. - I love to cook and bake, and happy to cook big meals to share! Like walking into the house with that glorious baking smell? I'm your girl! What I would like in a housemate: I am hoping to not just live with someone, but also become friends. Anyone who is fun, chilled out, and tidy would be lovely. If you're fitness orientated that would also be fantastic but not an issue if not. Lastly, someone who will not be discriminatory to me as I am vegan. If you're interested, message me and we can meet up over coffee :)
Hey my name is Tyler I'm looking for a safe and quiet place, close to the beach as I love the water, I'm currently studying full time at Flinders Uni and work part time as a landscaper. My hobbies are biking, swimming, rock climbing, gardening, sailing and recently diving. I have full police clearance and no criminal record or convictions with all paperwork available upon request. I'm seeking a housemate who respects the house and the housemates themselves. As a student it can't be a party house and reasonable hours would need to be kept. I don't smoke and rarely drink. Don't care if you smoke or drink. If you are interested in my ad please get in touch. Thank You.
I am a happy person looking to team up with someone in a nice house. I love fitness and try my hardest to be motivated daily! I dont judge and i do my best for people to be happy around me. I do like to drink on weekends and have fun. I do have a partner who is a chef! He'll probably come around sometimes so you must not care about that. I also have one cat so you must not be allergic. Will accept dogs if you have one.
Im a full time professional with a quiet but busy life. I enjoy the beach, good coffee, good food, good wine and good conversation. Id like to live with people with a similar lifestyle, not in a party house, with females only. I've lived in share houses for the last few years. I am planning on getting a small dog so need somewhere that allows pets. I like my home to be a clean and welcoming place to relax. I am respectful of peoples space and privacy but happy to hang out as well.

Hi, My name is Anita:) I would love to find some suitable accommodation preferably around the Glenelg area or city area. I own a property in Margaret River WA which I rent out so at this stage just looking to rent. If sharing, would prefer to share with someone a similar age (40's-50). I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Easy going ex-chef who loves exercise, good healthy food and a home that feels like a sanctuary. Shortly returning home from a stint in PNG, I am studying Masters of Public Health at Flinders and will also work from time to time as consultancies come up.

We are an easy to live with couple; clean, tidy & sociable! We enjoy going for dinner & drinks, catching a movie, seeing tourist attractions or just chilling at home. We both enjoy exercising regularly; anything from long walks, outdoor workouts or just going to the gym. We would make great housemates!

I'm very clean but not over the top, love to cook and enjoy good company. I love a wine and chilled nights in but am a social person. I want to live close to the ocean but I don't mind where. No idiots or creeps please.
We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
