Looking for a room or 2 in tidy house for myself and possibly 1 other friend if available. Clean and friendly will be studying at university and working part-time so will hardly be home.
Hello, As my profile states, I am 20 years old currently living in Adelaide with intentions to move to Queensland for study purposes and to open myself to a new experience. I consider myself quite active, enjoy being outdoors, going for hikes especially, and spending time with my pets as well as friends. I also enjoy drawing and playing guitar. I have been working in Hospitality for 2 years with intentions to pursue a job in Queensland within the same industry until I find another interest. I'd enjoy a household with a comfortable social environment, allowing people to come over and have the occasional BBQ, drinks and what not and I am especially interested in flatmates who would enjoy doing activities together. I don't ask for much except for a decent room with space for a queen bed, essential furniture such as drawers, wardrobes and a study desk. Would also appreciate a fenced yard for the dog. I have 3 pets, a pure-bred boxer Indy (1yo) and 2 tabbies, Cuba (3yo) and Lulu (2yo), who are all beautiful with individual personalities. They are all well-trained and very social, as well as toilet trained and have had no problems with any damage to my current property. I understand a lot of people feel uncomfortable with pets as they can often appear as nuisances though if you are willing to open your heart to them, I can guarantee you they'll fill it with love. I will take full responsibilities for the pets and ensure that your comfort is optimal as a roommate with me. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from those interested! Kind Regards, Ben
I graduated last year with a degree in aeronautical engineering, and have a job in a graduate program, so don't worry rent will always be paid on time (probably a few days in advance knowing me). I am neat and clean, I don't really party but love a good chat. However I can also keep to myself and give other people space. I am enthusiastic about most things, maybe not spiders haha. I enjoy reading, movies, the beach and nature. I can cook pasta, and learning other meals too (but I enjoy my frozen meals from aldi and woolworths) haha and don't worry, I would always clean up anything I use. Love pets! Both a dog and cat person :) I do not smoke, and don't drink either (but I'm always in a happy social mood with friends). Used to work part time during university as a princess doing kids birthday parties, or as an elf in Santa's workshop, sadly I don't own those costumes anymore :/ I am looking for a unfurnished room with preferably my own bathroom, won't mind sharing if guests are over. I'd prefer a spot to park my car so it isn't in the sun all day, if that is possible. I get along with really anyone and any age, so not too picky with who I'd be staying with. :)
Hey everyone! I'm from Melbourne looking to move into Brisbane, either somewhere along the Springfield train line, in Springfield Lakes or inner city Brisbane. A specific range I know, but I have family on that line and would love to keep in regular touch with them. As I am saving up for the move, I won't be leaving Melbourne until around Jan 30th, 2020. I'm also currently applying for full-time work so I can pull my weight. (Quick update, moving date has been pushed back by 6 months, i apologise for the inconvenience!) More about me, I'm an actress, singer-songwriter and aspiring model. I also enjoy writing in my spare time, and hope to one day publish a novel. While I am currently 18, I turn 19 in early June. I hope my age isn't a problem! Other activities I enjoy are casual swimming, cooking desserts and a good party every once in a while. I have two cats myself that I will be bringing with me; one who is a carrier for the cat flu. This means she's had the disease before but will be a carrier for life and will most likely infect other cats. Please consider me as a flat-mate, and I hope to meet y'all soon!
I am mostly quite but I like talking whenever. I work and i play pool on some of my nights off. I have a cat and he is quite and easy going very much a scaredy cat persona. He is mostly clean and is a 50/50 outdoor indoor. I really love him and want him in my life. I get paid weekly and buy food when required.
(Not looking for a place untill 15th March) Im a super friendly easy going guy. Looking for a place where i can feel at home and make new friends with mutual trust, respect for one another. Ive taken friends in under my wing before and I know what its like to live in a shared household. I am very clean and respectful because of my experiences. Il be pretty low key this year, working as many hours as possible. I work from 7-3 mon-fri building decks/pergolas (carpentry), and any work I can get on the side. In my down time I like to go fishing/kayaking or really just anything outdoorsy mostly in touch with nature. Not a smoker but im not phased if you smoke. Not a massive drinker but have a beer or 2 every now and then maybe on a friday👌 if this floats your goat then i look forward to meeting you 🙄✌
I am a quite friendly and clean person. I will be studying fulltime USQ university. I am looking for a private room and prefer a private bathroom if available. I would be happy to share the kitchen and the rest of the house. I would prefer if the house has a backyard or a balcony in the room. I'm looking for a house that is not very far from the university.
Hi, My name is Jaemin I am 20 years of age. Born in New Zealand, Raised in Australia. Currently looking anywhere to stay as my parents have decided to move. Really easy going, don’t mind a few drinks now and then and going out on a Saturday night! I do like my own space and respect everyone else that likes there own space to. I work full time 6am-4pm Monday to Friday. Like to cook (well try 😜) play PlayStation and go on adventures.
I am a 24 year old that works in childcare. I am employed part-time but work 35 hour weeks, although considering the field I'm not on extravagant money (enough to pay rent, I swear). Working in childcare means I obviously have a blue card if that was ever a question/concern. My current lease date is ending around March, but I am flexible with this also. I work hours ranging anywhere from 6.30am to 6.30 pm and quite usually spend most of my time in my room, so I won't have an overly invasive presence in the house (hopefully). My only line in the sand/high expectations is internet quality as I do play video games online, but otherwise I'm quite content without luxuries like a bathtub, air-conditioning, heating, dryer, pools, etc (dishwashers are nice, but not a necessity :P). In regards to cleaning, I clean poo daily so I have come to appreciate cleanliness when I come home. I've also been raised to ensure that shared living spaces (kitchen, living, bathroom, etc) should be respectfully left clean for everyone else and would appreciate people that have a similar viewpoint. I am open to moving in to pre-existing households or developing a new share-house. Living with similar people that like pop-culture, board/card/video games would be a bonus but I'm not bias towards how other people live there lives. Hopefully I haven't scared you off and look forward to getting to speak with you :)
I go to gym regularly, looking to move to city , currently work 8-12 a day, i would like close to shops, restaurants and live entertainment close by, I would like house mates the are respectful, clean and tidy that will occasionally watch Netflix and have a drink. I'm easy going. would like to find somewhere to rent that is about $150-200 including bills.
Clean, tidy, quiet, non intrusive. I am studying a masters of social work and need a room for approx 10-12 months, for the first half of the course. I do not smoke, drink or take drugs and enjoy animals however have non of my own. I prefer to buy my own food and cook for myself, instead of share meals. Ideally, I want to pay 150.00 per week which includes bills, I have my own internet access on data plan.
Easy going, quiet, keep to ourself, clean, respectful. Looking for somewhere urgently anything from 1 to 6 months stay.. preferably something abit more private would be ideal but not a must.
Hi, Looking for something for my partner and myself to move into in the next two weeks. We both work full time. We are friendly people who love a chat and to socialise but also can stick to ourselves.
4 of my friends and I are looking for a share house to rent together or other accommodation to fit us all. We're open to also living with other housemates. The group consists of one couple and 3 others. 4 of us are students and we all have jobs. We are all polite, tidy, quiet, and respectful people looking to become more independent by moving into our own place.
Quite, like our space and privacy . Do like meeting others have a beverage or bbq. Greg is quite social as well and not home often. I work 3 days a week permanently but at times more. We do have 2 cars so are looking for somewhere to park thats safe as well. We have 3 Golden Retrievers girls , they are desexed and get along well with others , they come to work with me. We like our girls to have access to inside and out . They are fully vaccinated, are on monthly worming and flea control. We Like travelling, camping ,4x4, having a bbq, fishing, playing board games or cards.
I’m a quiet person, very tidy, when I’m comfortable around people I’m quiet a bubbly girl, love to socialise and always doing my own thing so won’t be in your way.😊 I do have a little fur baby, but he is mostly an outside dog, I currently don’t work but am seeking employment but I do study 2 days a week Needing to find a place that’s going to be negotiable about the rent price until I start working but once I start working I’m more than happy to pay more in rent
To unique individuals, I want to team up for accommodation i have found thats 300m from Darra train station. Its a nice set up. Price is $145 per week and includes quality things. Read my other ad to know more. About me : I’ve been away from all things, sleeping in my car and living near the beach from time to time, up the coast to my folks and back. Been doing most of that for the past few years. The new years resolution is to settle down. I am a dumpster diver and like things with the land. An avid recyclist, the bottles for cash exchange is just a few minutes drive, up the road. Where am I going? I’m not sure if I will leave Darra any time soon. Especially if i get people that can accept my few rules living with me. Darra is quite, safe and greeny but is accesible to many places via public transport frequently. Like i said, i want to stay for at least a few years. However I’ll be hitting on going to do adventures in my mighty Kia, travelling where ever it takes me. If i get the correct people, then i can do that sooner. I am not totally dependent however and that i need to learn how to do some basics. A vegan shop used to sell food at corinda but it no longer does and my dumpster diving hide-out totally closed down. So if you know how to cook up a healthy meal, preferably semi vegan / vegetarian and don't mind me contributing to your cooking, that would be ideal. I also want to spend 6 months totally away so i need a cleaning plan or somone that will keep the premises tidy and un-damaged. Its been memorable and i really am hoping this gets to you, unique individual. My aim is to not reach the common attainment but appreciate the simple things in life and understand and accept the fact that i don't really know where im going, though now is the time i got to be willing to try a little harder so all things that when i go back thinking ( back then ) , i want to accomplish them ( today ). I always appreciate the nature side of things and believe we need to think of our foot-print instead of just always money. Probably the most important thing I’ve learned so far is that the life we live is generated by ourselves - the things we do governs how we become. There’s more to life than business and money, we should live our lives whilst we have the chance. Like taking time out from the digital distortion, use our brain and hands to make things. We start to work and do businesses to enable nomadic lifestyles, then somehow get caught up trying to earn more, more - more - which happens easily when surrounded by other business people. You don't need to be working if your to stay here or be something for acceptance. I sometimes go back to centre-link in between finding jobs and i manage to always be ahead of my rent. You will need to pay a 2 weeks bond ( 2 × $145 ) plus 2 weeks in advance & you either keep paying weekly or don't pay for 2 weeks and your advance gets used up. Thanks for reading a bit about me, the people im seeking and the basics of the place. For more detailed on the property, view my other listing. Have a good one.

Hi there, I'm a easy going guy that works full time as an operator for a landscaping company, I like to chill out after a long day and do a spot of fishing or something on the weekends. I'm looking for a place on the northern gold coast or south Brisbane.
Hi, my name is Dale, and I'm a 29 year-old Nurse. I'm looking for a place to stay that's a little closer to work. I love music, good food, good company, technology, chilies (I grow my own), and football (soccer). I would make a good housemate, because I am clean, self sufficient, honest, and I don't need a reason to help someone, which I think is a hard quality to find in people these days.
I am looking for long term accommodation with the right flatmate who is in the same boat. I have a dog and cant afford the size accommodation I need on a singles budget.
About me: I am a very relaxed and chilled person, enjoy being active. Love having a chat and going out to the beach. I'm a reliable house mate, working professional and student. Looking for someone who is relaxed and tidy. I am a Full time worker; Part time student; Playing AFL - Div 1 reserves
