Hey, looking for a nice chill house environment with nice house mates who are up for a chat yet also respectful of privacy. Always up for netflix, video games and board games when not studying. I'm pretty easy to get on with and will pull my weight with house chores:)
Hey my name is Kenny, I'm a quiet, clean and friendly person to live with. I pride myself on my ability to be able to fit in and make friends in new places, but I respect peoples privacy too. I have 2 jobs, about to start an online course next year, and also run a small IT technology service business. I can cook and I always clean up after myself. For fun, I love to go to the gym, play soccer, play games and hang out with friends at cafes and quite bars or pubs on the weekends. I would love to live closer to the city, as I’m currently quite far away from my new job, in a location with a quiet but busier nightlife. Kind regards, Kenny Rai
About Me: Hi, I am a 29 year old female working full time at Monash University as a Research Assistant. I like to think that I am fairly clean and tidy but I'm also not a clean freak that is worried over a few dishes in the sink. I currently have two (large) dogs that are inside when I am home but otherwise remain outside during the day and sleep outside at night (only live with me part time). They are well behaved and very friendly. I haven't had much time for hobbies around my work at the moment but with what spare time I have I go to the gym, walks, camp, cook, sew, watch too much sitcom on repeat and catch up with friends. Overall I consider myself quite relaxed and easy to get along with, I am also always up for a chat or interesting debate. Looking for: I am looking to move within an approx. 30 min commute to Monash University Clayton. I am currently inspecting rental properties that are up to around $500 p/w ($250 with a housemate). Ideally I would like to move at the end of November/start December. Happy to team up with someone to find a house or have someone move in once I find a place. I come with most furnishings (fridge, lounge, dining table, kitchen utensils and a spare double bed if needed etc).
Hello future house mate(s), my name is Juben ,30, masters student in software development. Well I guess your right, I am currently looking for accommodation (somewhere I can call home), amongst awesome people in this great city of Melbourne, I am a student at Deakin university and a part time disability worker (so to makes me reliable with rent and other bills). I like to think of my self as a neat individual, especially on the weekends outside school and work time (yes, you can say I'm almost a mile away from an OCD individual). I am so particular about cleaning after myself, with more clean-ups there after. I love music, any genre is fine by me, as long as it sounds good, socialising when I have the time (outings or just hanging out with other house mates if they are available). So if my profile interests you, and you feel we can make an awesome team or you have a spare room available in your house . Hit Me Up!!!
Hi, I am 21 yrs old student studying and working all weekdays. Have some leisure time over the weekend. I am a swimmer and shopaholic. I am very neat and tidy person and easy to communicate with.. I’m an international student from Dubai, I work 7 days a week and I’m mostly busy with work or uni , I’m looking for a room to move into with quite atmosphere, I’d prefer if it was a fixture of females and males let me know if any rooms are available for inspection .
Will be a Monash student( Feb 2018 ) Looking for a Room close to Monash University ( Clayton ) or 1 bus ride to uni. Room with ensuite bathroom is preferable ( Rent budget incl utilities cost ) Friendly, Adaptable, Clean, and Quiet
I'm very friendly and easy to get along with, however I also like my own space and respect others' privacy. I am very tidy and like space to be clean and minimal, so you don't have to worry about a mess. I am usually either at work, at the gym, the library or will be in my room, playing video games. I don't party, drink, do drugs, smoke, and won't have friends staying over. I am currently working a couple of stable hospitality jobs, and have good money management skills, so rent and bills will always be on time. If have a room around the South Eastern region of Victoria, then hit me up for a chat to see if we suit each other, cheers.
I'm an amazing cook and I make great coffee. I watch a lot of NBA and I'm constantly keeping myself up to date with new music around the world. I'll be studying at Monash, really looking forward to it! I grew up in Dubai - I can slap together a hummus like you've never tasted before.
Looking for a fun and wonderful place to live. I can cook great meals and love binge watching TV. I'm studying graphic design and consider myself a fairly creative person. Just really looking for people I can create a home with. I will be getting a dog so i'm looking for a pet friendly house ASAP :)
Hey guys, I'm a full-time biology student based in Brisbane with my partner, Kieran who is an engineer. Only recently he has been put on a work placement in Melbourne for a mere two months. I realize that's probably not a time period any of you would look to rent out your place compared to a longterm tenant where you wouldn't have the hassle of finding someone new only shortly after they moved in. However, we are a quiet couple, that doesn't party, would take good care of your place and genuinely just wants to find a cozy, tidy place we can call home for the time away from home. It doesn't have to be big, we'd just like our own little place, preferably with a full working kitchen as we love to cook delicious meals after a long day of work. I'd love to hear from any of you out there, that's got space and heart enough to take us in for that annoyingly short time. Thanks and best regards!
A professional, currently started a Electrician position in Dandenong Industrial area, I have apropriate record of references , easy going some sort of proffesional in BBQ, love going out week ends , clean and tidy looking for proffesionals who are nice clean and tidy. I am ready to move immidiately. Please feel free to contact me for a short talk and a inspection. Regards, Feri
I am friendly, respectful, and mature age man working part-time in emergency services. I am a reliable and caring person. I don't smoke, do not do drugs, and drink socially only. I am into fitness and like to exercise regularly. I am studying a Master degree through Charles Sturt University by distance education. I am normally a quiet person but don't mind if others are not. I am an early starter and normally come back late in the evening.
Easy going person, mostly keep to myself unless i get along really well with my housemates, LGBT+ & Gender-Fluid, i have issues living with "Aggressive" males, looking for a decent sized room in a friendly house, open to sharing meals & cooking for each other as a house unit, looking for long term stay.
Hi guys I’m a nursing student at Monash Currently working part time as a barista/bartender. I have quite a medical background. However I’m a fun individual to be around, never shy from a conversation or a drink yet respect others’ privacy Hit me up if you have an ensuite room or a studio Cheers
I am new in Melbourne, I am an electrical engineer and I am going to lookout for a job as soon as I arrive at Melbourne. I am a clean and tidy person and always clean up after myself. I am not noisy and I respect my roommate's privacy. I enjoy going out on weekends and hanging out with my friends.
I'm a recent Melbourne University Graduate moving closer to Clayton for work, towards the end of January 2018. I'm a friendly and sociable person, but of course like to enjoy some personal time and relax at home :) I've been living with roommates for the part few years now and am comfortable with shared living spaces. I'm always up for a chat if you like and am very respectful of others. Anywhere close to public transport and shopping centres would be perfect for me. Furnished rooms preferable. So if you think I'll be a good fit for a room, feel free to shoot me a message! :)
I am a social worker who works full time during the week. Go to the gym fairly regularly after work though I am always up for a chat and some telly. Love to socialise and spend time with friends over the weekend. Have a fairly busy social life so tend to spend most of the weekend out apart from the occassional Netflix in bed kind of days. Looking to share a place with like minded individuals who value and respect their own space as well as the space that is shared, who will pull their own weight around the house and maintain a neat and clean living space.
I'm 22 y/o, I like being social and I'm very easy going. As much as I like to go out and do things such as exercise, I really appreciate having a relaxed and quiet weekend. I want to live in a house/ apartment where the vibe is relaxed. Also i'd like if we can have a chat and be able to share a drink/ dinner every now and then, but also a place where privacy is respected. If you feel the same way about that, let's see if we can become new housemates! :) Cheers.
My name is Jaden. I am 28 years old male from Taiwan (Mandarin/English speaker ) I am tidy, neat, very friendly and easy to get along with. I came to Australia for my internship, and I just finished it last month. Now, I want to rent a room, stay here few more months to experience more nice spots in Melbourne. In the same time, I am working part time around 4 days a week. I love listening to music. Most nights after work I like to just chill out and watch netflix.
Hey I'm Sarah. I'm an arts student at Monash Uni. I'm a bit of a book nerd, and not much of a party goer. I'm basically an old lady in a young(ish) body. Looking for a quiet and friendly place to rent, preferably with another female or a couple :)
Hola! I'm am looking to move to Melbourne, I currently live in Sydney and am finishing my under-grad degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. I am looking to move mostly in the Eastern Suburbs area, I am unsure about when I'll be able to move but it will definitely be around the start of 2018. At the moment I don't have a car so living in walking distance (aprox. 20 mins) to a train station is essential, though I do daydream about the idea of riding my bike everywhere. Preferably I would like a house of all females, but it is not essential. I am a private person and like my space but I also like socialising over board/card games, TV, meals, and I do like the occasional kick around of a ball. I am a neat person ( got to have a clean kitchen otherwise I go insane) and like to bake when I have time. I am a hardcore reader (don't know how I'm going to bring all my books with me...) and am learning the Cello, though you won't have to worry about noise cause I'm reluctant to play with any sort of audience. I also love my sport, right now I'm playing Soccer and Roller Derby and would like to continue this when I travel south. Other things I like to do in my free time is play video games on my PS4, learn German, write and draw.
