Hey! My name is Sam, I'm 18 and super clean. I love surfing and playing sports. I'm looking for a place where i can get a lot of study done, but also have a laugh and an occasional drink with other flatmates.
I am a Maldivian studying Development Studies at UON. I have one more year left and I am looking for a great location to spend my last year in Newcastle. I am neat, a fairly good cook, and a lover of the beach, good music and good vibes.
I'm 24, work full time and am pretty easy going. Originally from Melbourne I moved to Newcastle 6 months ago and love it. In my spare time I like to keep fit, snowboard, read books and hang out. I'm pretty sociable and like sharing meals and watching TV etc., however appreciate my own and respect other peoples space.
Hi I'm Julie, I work full time in healthcare. The lease in my current sharehouse is ending so I'm looking for a new place. I'm friendly and easy-going with a good sense of humour. I enjoy having a wine and socialising with housemates, but also happy to do my own thing. I'm a non-smoker, tidy and respectful. I love food, music and wine - and travelling! Looking for somewhere to call home for a while, close to the water (or walking areas would be great). And looking to meet new people and enjoy Newcastle. Move in date is flexible. Happy to chat more, so feel free to message me.
I'm neat, clean, respectful and not just saying that. Work full-time weekdays, enjoy a weekend drink but my party days are limited / behind me. Pretty quiet throughout the week with work, and just like to keep fit, chill, watch sport. Have no problem keeping to myself as I have plenty to do, but don't mind a good chat / drink as well.
I'm a 3rd year pharmacy student who also works part time at a pharmacy. Tidy person with complete respect for personal space and belongings. Can make a killer Mojito :)
Hiya, I'm Andrew, I'm 25. I've lived in Newcastle my entire life primarily around New Lambton & Dudley with abit of travelling this year. I'm seeking a place close to the CBD and/or one of the many beaches around town. I currently work 4 days a week in Architecture whilst studying my masters, I love being near the ocean and being as active as possible, surfing/biking/skating/yoga, whatever! I do partake in enjoying a casual beer or red wine as much as the next guy too. I don't smoke also and think dogs are the best thing ever. I've lived previously in a flat with one other person, and consider myself a very relaxed and easygoing person that can respect others space & daily routines. I'm very clean, particularly in the kitchen. Ideally, I'm seeking a place that has good off street parking, storage for a mountain bike and within 25 minutes ride into the CBD. Feel free to contact me if you think I might be your guy :) Andrew
Moving to Newcastle from Sydney next year to study my Masters in Architecture at UON (starting in Feb), and looking for a relaxed household to call home from around late January to mid-February. While I'll probably be spending a lot of time in the studios at uni, in my spare time I also like to lift weights and surf (poorly), go for rides on my motorbike, watch horror films and hang out at local coffee shops and bars. I'd love to be a part of a home with similarly-minded active, creative people, who like to share the occasional beer or glass of wine, maybe get a pub trivia team going Thanks!
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. I have two weeks to find a new place and my current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I'm very clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming. I am open to living pretty much anywhere from Wallsend to Newcastle.
Hello! I'm moving to Newcastle in Feb and am looking for a place to live. I'm 25 and working full time. I like sports, hanging out with friends and going for adventures on the weekend! I'm easy going, cheerful and considerate and am looking for similar housemates to live with :)
Easy going couple, enjoy the outdoors keeping fit, surfing, bike rides etc. Looking for a reasonably modern place not to far from the beach. We are two clean and tidy people looking for a place to call home for the next 6-12 months.
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends. 6 months+ is preferable but short term is ok until i find something long term This move has sprung on me rather quickly so i will have bond, but only when i get it back from my current place (our lease ends 27th jan) I love to cook (so theres always yummy leftovers because portion control is for suckers) not a big party person (being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs) but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. (although some sort of happy interaction is pleasant and i'll be new to the area so friendly locals are always a nice find) i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
Hi there! I'm Andrew. I'm in my final year of uni, studying to be a lawyer. This year I'll be working two days a week and studying. Looking to move into an apartment close to, or in, the Newcastle CBD, so that I can walk to work and uni. I'm a tidy person with respect for other people's space. I'm looking to meet two other like-minded people (i.e. students, young professionals etc) to team-up and find a place, and hopefully be flatmates I can be friends with! I will need a place to park a car.
Hey! I'm a super clean & reliable, health conscious person who enjoys fitness; not into partying although I am a social person when it comes to outdoor activities. I don't drink. I love cooking. I surf & skate & am not home much because I enjoy being outdoors. I study at UON and work part-time. Looking for somewhere close to Bar Beach or Newcastle East beaches (within walking distance). Looking to move anytime in mid to late Feb preferably the week starting the 27th but can move earlier if I find the right place :) Message me if you think your place sounds fitting (preferably in Newcastle East, Cooks Hill, The Hill, Bar beach, Newcastle.)
I'm looking for a new abode to call home in 2017. I've been living in Merewether for the past three years with an amazing bunch of friends but our lease is ending soon and I'm looking to move close to the beach and town. I'm a full time Radiographer, am very tidy and enjoying being able to go for walks to the beach each day. I don't mind an occasional glass of red wine (maybe with a good cheese if I'm really going to treat myself) and rely heavily on coffee and avocados to get me through the week.
Looking to move into a chill sharehouse, with like minded people! I`m pretty much the most laid back person you will ever meet. I study law, love the beach, enjoy a glass of wine, am tidy and respectful of fellow housemates and always up for a chat. Hoping to move in with people I can call friends and would be keen on having a drink or two! I`m a very hard worker and get busy with Uni during semester, but always make time to pull my weight around the house. If I sound like I would fit in feel free to hit me up! Peace :)
I'm an easy going, fun loving guy, not much of a party enthusiast but love socializing with friends and flatmates for an occasional drink. I love trying out various cuisines and you can always count on me to grab a bite with you... I believe in staying fit and enjoy my runs! In my spare time, I can watch movies and tv series endlessly :) I'm moving to New Castle for about 6 months for work and am looking out for a team-up or a flat to share... Cheers!
G'day :) my name is Gizem and I'm 25 years old. Now, I am living in Germany and writing my master thesis in the building faculty of the German University in Stuttgart. During the exchange program of my university I will be a student of the University of Newcastle for 2 Semesters (15th Feb. until 15. Dec.). I am looking for a furnished accomodation for a maximum budget of $ 175 per week. Apart from that, I am looking for flatmates who are likewise curious about new cultures and are open minded. I chose the Australian Uni because I heart many positive points about this country. I am very looking forward to experience all of this by my own. In Germany, I also live in a shared flat so I am well up in living with other people. I would really looking forward hearing from you as soon as possible. Thanks mate :) Warm greetings from Germany, Gizem
I am moving to Newcastle to work for 6 months and I am looking for a fairly quiet but friendly house to live in while I am there, I enjoy a social drink and a chat but also enjoy my own time. I am a clean and tidy person who likes a clear kitchen bench. More than happy to live with pets. I will be working full time and my weekends will either be spent visiting family outside of Newcastle or having my partner come and visit for the weekend, he is fully house trained and can cook.
Hi there, my name is Jamieleah i am currently working full time as an administration officer at The John Hunter Hospital so i am looking at moving closer to work. I am very easy going and i usually get along with anyone i meet! I would preferably like to live with other females as i do have a partner, during the week i will be working 830am-5pm, then gym so i probably wont be home until after 7pm to shower, eat and bed. During weekends i will most probably be at my partners or on the odd occasion i would like for him to stay with me also. I do have a little pugalier called Bentley who has such a beautiful nature but he doesn't have to stay with me as he has been living with my parents but i would love for him to come with me, but like i said he has a home for the time being. I do have an cleaning OCD and i am reliable for cooking my own meals, but i also don't mind cooking for more than just myself :) I would like to meet someone who has an open mind, free spirit and loves to have a good chat, laugh and become a new friend.
I'm looking to move to newy for a new start :) ideally would like to move into a place with some mates and make new friends. 22, work two jobs in Tamworth currently.

Hiya, my name's Laura. I'm 20 years old and study nursing and sociology up at UoN. I'm an free-spirited person, respectful and love a few beers with mates. With that said, I'm not a party person, just enjoy a good social hour. Lauren travelled over here on a travel visa from the U.K. early last year and decided she had fallen in love with Australia so much that she decided to stay! Her aspirations are to be a teacher, she is a down-to-earth loving chick who just wants the best for everyone. Enjoys a drink or two as well! Message me if you're interested! :)
Full-time student studying psychology and working part-time. Looking for a place around town or closer to the university. Easy going and laid back, interested, in sports, going to the gym, cooking, going out, and making friends.
Currently working full time in Hamilton, Monday to Friday so I'm hoping to move closer to the area. I spend most of my time working, in the gym or editing short clips. My ideal flat mate would be someone I can be friends with as well as flat mates. I am sociable but also respect others privacy and quiet time. Somewhere where my partner would be welcome to occasionally visit or stay. Willing to team up or move into an exisiting place.
Hi there, We are a young couple looking to spend the summer around Newcastle. We are super easy to live with - clean and considerate - and always keen to share a meal, a beer and a laugh. We have just moved south from Darwin and are looking to spend two or three months here working before heading off overseas. We are both working full time.
I'm a Very easy going person. I work 5 days a week in a preschool. I hate having a messy room so I'll make sure I keep things clean and tidy :) I'm from Maitland, so I'm more then ready for a change of scenery. I love to socialise but also Like having my own time as well. I do have a dog though, which I realise is going to be a bit of a struggle. He is a 3yr old English staffy, the most gorgeous, friendly dog ever, toilet trained and happy to be outside. If you would consider this, give me a message :)
Hey I'm Mitch, I'm a very easy going dude that is looking for a comfortable place to live. I'm clean, tidy and organised by nature but wont be a Nazi about it 24/7 haha. I am very sociable and have a great outgoing relationship with my friends/family but I'm not looking to join a rundown party house at all! Beers and Wines by the beach and maybe some eggs Benedict on the weekend sounds good to me. I also like to train at the Gym 4-5 times a week and go for Jogs with my doggo. She is a very obedient outside pet that is loved by everyone who meets her. She will reside with me so pets need to be considered but I can assure she is not a problem at all. I currently own a property in Beresfield but due to a split with my partner we are now going through the process of selling and I plan to rent for at least 12 months provided the place is comfortable and flatmates are friendly :) Location needs to be close to Newcastle preferably but may consider other options. I work full-time (40+ hours) and study part time Via Correspondence. So with work study and Gym Mon-Fri I will be out of your hair haha but when it comes to the weekend I'm very easy to get along with! :) And I am not lazy in the slightest so Yard/pool maintenance is not problem what so ever. Let me know if I could be considered. Cheers.
Easy going roomate, working fulltime in Maitland. Moved to Newcastle last year, still meeting people/ making friends. Likes to keep a clean house, loves to cook and chilled drinks on the weekend.
I'm Madi, a 21 year old studying law and communications at UoN and working at a law firm on King St. I am a laid back housemate who likes to share a few social drinks but respects private space. As a student and full time employee I understand need for a clean, easygoing livingspace.

I am a busy, tidy and laid back person with 3 well behaved dogs. We (as in the dogs and I!) are moving to Newcastle for me to start a new job as a vet in January. Rosie is an 8yo cavalier king charles who loves cuddles and snacks, Pippa is a 6yo border collie x kelpie who enjoys fetch, obedience and agility and Bessie is a 4yo kelpie who enjoys compliments on her large ears and games. I like coffee, cooking, entertaining the dogs and hanging out with my geriatric horse (who don't worry will live elsewhere!). Looking to live with other busy, likeminded people who enjoy canine (and some human I suppose) company.
I'm moving to Newcastle from Canberra for work and I'm really keen to live the beach lifestyle. I'm a 31 year old lawyer who loves the outdoors and being active; I love going running & I'm hoping to substitute my ski weekends with beach time when I move. I'm neat and enjoy my own space but I'm also happy with a wine & a chat at the end of the day.
pretty social fella, enjoys getting out and about the newy music scene. work part time and study full time so I'm generally pretty busy. my down time will often involve the gym or beach other wise chilling out listening to records.
Hey, we are looking for a third member for a three bedroom house. We are currently looking for a house/townhouse and will aim to move in in the first week of feb (cooks hill, merewether area). Our max price is 200/week/person. We are both easy going individuals who like to keep a neat and tidy house. We both enjoy keeping active, going to the beach and being social, however it won't be a party house. Sally works part time and is a full time studier at UON and I am working full time. Please message me (Alex) if you are interested in teaming with us. Thanks :)
Hi there! My brother Eli (22yo) and I (24yo) are looking for a 3-4 bedroom property somewhere close to the beach and CBD in Newcastle. We are both Novocastrians so are very familiar with the area. I am completing my final year of Law at UoN and work casually in a gym, my brother Eli works full-time so we are quite busy for the most part. We are both musicians (soul/blues/reggae/rock) which of course means a lot of our spare time is spent writing/playing/recording music together when we get the chance, so a place with a garage/space to play is preferable! If we aren't playing music we both enjoy relaxing with a beer or two, watching and playing sport and coffee! We are both respectful, laid-back and sociable characters who enjoy a yarn and a laugh. We are looking for sociable, positive, tidy and respectful roommates. If this sounds like you please don't hesitate to contact me!
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.
Hey I'm a hard working clean neat and tidy guy looking to move out and meet people my age. Wanting to become more independent. I'm a carpenter apprentice in the Newcastle region and enjoy going out but also quiet nights in
