I've recently been offered a job at a winery for vintage, the winery in located in Angas Plains. It would be much preferred to not have to drive an hour to work everyday, so that's why I'm looking to get a place. I'm a respectful person who wouldn't decide to put holes in the walls, or break any windows or keep everyone up at night hosting a metal concert in my room. More about myself though, I play basketball as is apparent when you meet me (I'm quite tall). Another thing that you will notice when you meet me is that I will give the impression of a stupid trump supporter with my accent, but I assure you I'm more Australian than anything as I've lived in Adelaide for more than 16 years now. I'm looking forward to the next 3-4 months as it will be a great experience.
I love all things creative and full of life. I want to start a little veggie plot on our home, cook, make preserves, ferment, live in an environmentally conscious way with other free spirits. I am an an illustrator and I do occasional freelance jobs but I am also a farmer and have moved to Adelaide to work on Organic farms from Sydney. I spend my spare time, reading, cooking, eating, drawing and exploring.
I’m a hard working and easy going adult. I work almost everyday so I enjoy my sleep, I focus my time on my career but love to socialise with others. I’m easy to get along with and enjoy getting to know new people. I love all animals and thank goodness aren’t allergic to any lol. I might be young but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I make up for it in maturity, I would love to start my adult life and to see where life takes me:)
I am currently looking for a welcoming home for my 8 month old son and I for short term (6months). I work part time at Southern Cross Care in Mount Barker, working mostly afternoon shifts. I am a neat and clean person and have only been out of home for a year now but looking for something more affordable.
Hi my names Sophie i'm 19, 36 weeks pregnant and originally from London UK. I am usually a full time student but on break due to being heavily pregnant, my partner Bradlee is a fully qualified landscaper and paver but currently out of work due to having to care for me as my pregnancy is very high risk. we are looking for a room, granny flat or private rental ASAP as our lease has come to an end and have been staying with family but the house is very over crowded, certainly not enough room to start our family. we are both kind, clean and respectful people that enjoy our quiet nights in watching movies. I love to cook and socialise with people and i am very adventurous and down to earth. My partner is very quiet and kind of shy at first but opens up once you get to know him, one of the kindest generous people you will ever meet. we are looking for someone that is quiet and does not party to much as we are a young family but also someone that knows how to socialise occasionally and will be respectful and clean. thankyou
My routine consists of waking up very early in the morning and heading to the racetrack where I work with racehorses for the first couple hours of the morning. I then head to the Adelaide hills for my other job which is being an Educator in an Early Learning Centre. I am still studying this field also. Basically I am out of the house from 330am till 6pm, so I enjoy my down time which consists of movies and tv series. I’m looking for somewhere to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even longer depending on my situation. My partner and I are trying to build up a deposit for a house of our own. I believe I am very friendly, clean, laidback person. I enjoy the odd walk and adventure. I love all food. Not excellent at cooking but always try. Not a huge party animal, but occasionally I do get dragged out with some friends and don’t last anywhere near as long as what I once did. I still work with the horses on weekends but mainly spend this time visiting family/friends, at my partners place or just relaxing. I do have a little dog who is my whole world. He has been with me since he was 3 months old and he’s now 7. I have absolutely no idea what breed he is but a rough guess is Italian Greyhound/whippet thing with something else. Anyone who meets him falls in love with him and his beautiful smile. I would say he is an 80% inside dog and 20% outside dog. Amazingly toilet trained and a good boy (most the time).... He gets along with most dogs and cats if they don’t annoy him and stir him up. But he will stand his ground if needed. I need a place who is going to except him and love him like I do as I’m not home for most the day and I worry about him and just want him to be happy and comfortable. If you think Myself and Mouse would fit in to your home get in touch!
I am an easy going person, I study youth work online at the moment. Work casual as a soccer referee. I keep to myself if need be, happy to hang out and have a chat. I am quite self sufficient so not a liability. I love my sports and music, any sport and any music as long as its not blasted at 2 in the morning. I have lived with a range of housemates varying from young adults to older people. If need be I can give you a rent reference.
Clare and I are both currently live in Melbourne but are looking for a place to stay whist we are making wine in Mclaren Vale for 2 months. We are both very laid back people and easy to get along with. We will be working long days so will be out of the house quite a lot. Look forward to hearing from you
Hey I'm Sav, looking for accommodation while I study at TafeSA Adelaide in Visual Arts. I've lived in Adelaide all my life and still enjoying it, although next year I'm considering moving to Melbourne and/or working while traveling around Australia. I love music and most often have some chilled beats in the background going. I like to travel to festivals interstate and enjoy the experiences that people, art, music, and more from around the globe have to teach me. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, or going for trips in Adelaide Hills with my dog Cujo (Pug X Jack Russell). I have always enjoyed cooking really good food, having grown up with a mostly hospitality family memebers! I'm contentious about my consumption and waste, using as many reuse and recycle tips as I can. I'm mature and very respectful, I care a lot for the people around me. I'm looking for a share house with social, respectful, mature people that allow my dog to come along. A room that can fit a bedroom set including a desk, and a veggie patch or nice garden to maintain would be desirable!
Hi! Calum and I (Kat) are looking for a room to rent not too far from the McLaren Vale wine region. I grew up in Willunga and work full time, often away in the Riverlands for up to two weeks a month. Calum is from Yorkshire, UK, and is in Australia on his Working Holiday Visa, and is about to start working in Vintage in McLaren Vale. We met abroad in Uganda in 2017. We are personable, friendly, respectable and tidy, happy to socialise but know how to respect others personal space. We love to cook, and would be more than happy to share!
I'm originally from the UK, work full time for a winery 1/2 in the city and 1/2 in McLaren Vale. I am sociable, clean and tidy, and enjoy a wine.
