Dot points first: - Nice, funny, love to have a laugh - Pretty quiet around the house - Introverted mostly - Love music, technology, - I like a well styled, tidy house - Don't like clutter - Love to discuss life or ideas whenever someone is up for it Read on for more info.... I'm easy to get along with - generally pretty happy, I try to be positive and genuine! I have lived in 4 different share houses over the last 10 years and have learned a lot about communication and how to live harmoniously! I prefer to talk about issues that come up rather than let them simmer and build resentment - it is important to me to surround myself with good relationships and good people. I care about the environment I live in - I want to come home to a clean, tidy and uncluttered house - I always pick up after myself, love to leave the sink and bench clear after cooking/baking. I'm a singer so I do sing a bit, but am always respectful - I am happy to adhere to some kind of curfew in terms of how late I'm singing - keep in mind I don't make heaps of noise everyday or anything, so you won't get sick of it. In case you're interested, I love singing RnB/Soul mainly but I have a fairly broad repertoire. I have a cat that I think I'm going to need to re-home as it can be hard to find a sharehouse where I can bring a new animal in - she's gorgeous and the most affectionate cat you'll ever meet - I'm not exaggerating at all. So if you happen to be interested in having a cat, let me know, but otherwise I'm going to try find a good, new home for her. Any questions, just ask!
I am an international student at RMIT city campus and working half-time. I am looking for a accomodation close to my train route. I am easy-going, non-smoker, quiet, guitar player.
I am a student at Monash looking for a room near the Clayton campus. I've been working full-time for the last 2 years and am getting back to studying to pursue my masters. I'm an easy going, friendly and relaxed person looking for a good place to stay and study. I enjoy cycling, board games and cooking. Looking to move in asap as my lease at the current place is about to end.
Hi I'm Beth and I am soon to be returning to Melbourne after living in Canberra for a year. Am very much looking forward to being back in the eastern suburbs of the best city in Australia! I work full time on a rotating roster so I work every second weekend, but get a weekday off each week. I am just as comfortable on the couch in front of the tv with my speciality French toast as I am going for a drive and a hike, exploring new cool cafes or out for a drink and maybe some pub trivia. In my current place I live alone, so have a little bit of furniture to bring with me. This also means I'm responsible and very used to cleaning up after myself. Would love to find a group of people to build a home with and like most people I enjoy a chat after work as well as appreciating alone time. Ideal situation for me would be a three bedroom place and I'd be willing to be paying a little extra rent than other housemates if I could have my own bathroom. I can be flexible though so please shoot a message with any questions :)
I'm a pretty quiet person and like to focus on the university course I am doing which is exercise physiology but happy to have a chat. I love sports and like keeping fit by running and going to the gym.
i’m Very respectful, I don’t like dramas, quiet, I like for my surroundings to be clean so it’d be great living with someone clean. I’m also friendly and like to keep myself busy .
Hi, I’m Nicola and Im currently looking for a room to rent long term in the inner eastern suburbs. Apart from a short stint living in the south of France I have always lived in the area. Im currently taking a break from career work in Human Resources and have a more leisurely lifestyl i spend my days in and out of the house. Im a very relaxed person who rarely complains. I like to find harmony in the house and it’s dynamics's. Living with relaxed and friendly people it very important to me. If you have any further question please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks Nicola .
I have been doing share accommodation in the house I have been renting, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently renting has given me notice to vacate the property due to him wanting to undergo extensive renovations before selling it, so I need to find a new home and new flat mates!! I need a reasonable size unfurnished bedroom as I already have my own Queen size bed + I also have a small computer desk and TV. It would be a real bonus if my TV can go in the Lounge Room and not in my bedroom. It is a brand new smart 4K HD TV that connects up to the net, I just brought it a couple of months ago and I also have an android box that can download from the net all of the new release movies and TV shows for free, so happy to watch a good movie or TV show with my flatmates on my brand new TV!!! I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for while, I would like to change into a different industry. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I will look after our home very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself after cooking / eating my meals. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and we can get to know each other more and I can inspect your available room and my potential new home and meet my potential new flatmates. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

My boyfriend and I will be moving from the Sunshine Coast to the area in 2019 for study at Deakin Burwood campus, we are both laid back, clean and organized people. He is a chef and I will be seeking casual work whilst studying so we would like a home where we can relax and hangout whilst also respecting much needed downtime. We love cooking for others (bonus), big music and animal lovers with good dress sense and are easy to get along with!
I am an international student. I recently finished a course of Master in civil engineering. I am currently working part-time. I am friendly and appreciate peaceful and reasonably quite place. I love sports and I usually train 2/3 days a week and play cricket on the weekend. I am love my space and i'm also clean and tidy. :)
Very chilled, easy going housemate, partnered with Atticus, my 3 yr old Maremma pup. Grew up in Melbourne, went to school in Kew and work in hospitality. I genuinely love people and a social, healthy lifestyle. Travelling and seeing the world is my biggest hobby, recently arriving back from India and Thailand. Hence the urgency for finding new place to live. At home, I'm very respectful of the house, cleaning and helping out with dinner is my forte! When cooking for myself, always make sure that I make extra for the house in case anyone else is up for a feed. In saying that, I love sharing a meal and going down to the local for a beer/wine. At my last humble abode, I had an amazing 3 yrs with my housemates. Always having a laugh and helping each other out. My pup, Atticus., 3yrs old, he is extremely well house trained, well mannered, outside and inside dog. Never acting up and mostly looking for cuds, loved by all he comes across. As for his breed, the Maremma, also non-allergenic, they are used protect penguins on the coast (If you've seen the movie Oddball). Of course I take him for 1-2 walks a day and you'd be more than welcome to join or take him for walks yourself! He's even great company to take down to the local cafe or pub with your friend's. As for having people back at the house, I generally make most of my social activities out of home. As most of my friend's are mature, in their late 20's to mid 30's. My hobbies include, guitar, jumping on the Ps4 from time to time, watching Netflix, walking Atticus, cooking and catching up with friends/family. I'd be able to bring a lot to the home, as I'm currently keeping most of my belongings in storage, which include - Fridge, washing machine, couches, kitchenware, outdoor setting, BBQ, flat screen T.V & home theatre system, bookshelves, decorative pieces, art and more. Of course any of this would have to be agreed upon, otherwise I'm very happy to leave it where it is. If I meet your criteria for a new housemate, I'm happy to come and check out the house at your convenience! As I'm on the hunt for a home after travelling. Ready to move asap. Rent and bond is in hand. If you'd like anymore details, feel free to let me know. Thanks for your time, Lachie
Hello there, Like everyone else here, I am looking for a share house to move into. Key areas of interest are around Blackburn - Surrey Hills - Doncaster or around Thornbury, Eaglemont and Rosanna. Walking distance to a supermarket and either train or tram stop are a bonus. I am working full-time (landscaper & draftee) currently but have plans to start an apprenticeship sometime in the next 12 months. Keen to move in with people who are like minded, between the ages of 22 -30. Both a mix of male and female. Down to earth, chilled but also up for having fun, a drink after work usually on Fridays and enjoys a good laugh. Generally I am a tidy person who cleans up after myself. Helps with chorus etc. My weekends generally consist of being outdoors, out riding, camping, or catching up with mates unless the weather is poor than it's movies and chill time. So if ya looking for one extra housemate, give me a msg.
