Hello there. I'm looking for a room in the northern suburbs. I currently live with my parants till the lease expires on april 17th. Would be good to move beforehand as i will be starting my apprenticeship in bricklaying shortly. And i need some independence. I currently have 2 jobs, roughly earn $800 to $900 a fortnight. I have previous rental history also. Can anyone help me out. I'm a tidy person and like to keep to myself. I play, coach and ref basketball. And i like to go out on the weekends. I don't smoke or do drugs, and i drink socially but very rarely
Heya, My name is Michael and I'm a 24 year old student in my final semester of Aerospace Engineering at RMIT. I'm also volunteering/working a couple of days per week in an aircraft restoration workshop. I'm a pretty fun guy and I get along well with everyone. I love to get outside of the house, whether for a bit of exploration, a good dinner, or a few good drinks with friends. I'd like to think I strike a good balance between being neat but also relaxed in a house. I've just returned to Australia from Germany and will be needing some accommodation for the upcoming months (ask me to pronounce the longest German word for a bit of a laugh). I'd like to find a 3 month lease because I will be moving to Canada in July (so I need accommodation April, May, and June). Location is not particularly important to me, because I'll be doing massive public transport any way. I study both in the city and Bundoora, and work in Moorabbin. Closeness to a train station is a big benefit. I also have a bike if that helps in the nearby area. I'm looking for people who want to be not just flatmates, but also friends. Interests include video games, watching movies, drinking with friends (out or in), eating, eating, eating, hiking (low effort hikes haha), new experiences, new people, and my strongest love; board games. Get in touch with me :) p.s. the thing below that says 'no pets' means that I have none, but I love animals. So, if you have any, all the better!
Hey guys we're a couple looking for a room to stay in as we are finding it very hard to live with my mum and save to get our own place.. so looking for a nice chill place to stay, I work most days and my boyfriend is actively looking for work! So if you can help wink wink haha I have 1 cat and three kittens though they are very easy to maintain I usually let my big cat inside as normal and the kitties stay in the room and I leave a window open all the time currently so they can go to the toilet. That way it's not too much for my mum or you if we end up moving in together :) that way just one cat comes inside. A lot better than 4, the kitties always sleep in my bed though but are good going outside to play and go toilet. Same with mumma bear cat. Other than that we're a really polite and clean couple. Always generally quiet and and up for a chat every now and then. We're actually pretty boring people just living a normal life :)
Hi! My name is Coby. Hope you're having a nice day so far! I am looking for a room to rent at the moment and I am hoping to move in before the end of March or early April. Just a little bit about myself. I am a friendly guy in my early 30s, working for the State Govt. I'm very open-minded, honest, respectful, and down to earth. I like meeting new people, socialising, catching up with friends, travelling, exploring different places, having a laugh, and pretty much enjoy what life has to offer. I always pay bills on time, like to keep the house clean and tidy, and love doing outdoorsy stuff in my spare time. I'm pretty flexible with most arrangements and I'm a pretty easy going type of person. I'm looking for somewhere social but not too much though. Please contact me so that we could arrange a meet-up or an inspection. I am also interested in teaming up with like-minded people for a shared house. Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon! :) Cheerily, Coby
I'm a 20 year old female, I grew up in Broadmeadows, I moved to Mill park and the jacanafor the last 4 months. I am a single mother of my 11 month old boy. He is just a happy little man, He loves making friends and the best to cheer you up. His mummy's boy, only cries when his tired or when I walk away and he can't see me anymore. I'm in a shared house, in a room thats falling apart and was originally an enclosured outdoor dining area. Continuesly causing my son to get sick over night. Sharing all amenities and utilities with different people is just HORRIFYINGLY HORRID. Well being a first time mum to my baby. I like keeping everything organised, neat, very clean, tidy and most importantly baby proof. Im constantly cleaning after 2++ adults everyday and while looking after my son. I barely get any sleep and yes, I don't have to do it, but then my son living in filth and I won't have that. Im starting a hospitality course, every Monday to Friday. With rent costing so much a fortnight and being able to afford everything for my son, I can barely ever afford the house hold needs and musts and my food and everyday needs 🙂 I'm hoping to find a 1 or two bedroom unit at an affordable price. That place that will be my stress relief but more importantly, mainly a place to home. Oh yeah and I have a 4 and half month old kitten, who is fully house trained and She loves her cuddles and kisses. Plus she practically sleeps all the time. 😂 Well that's about sums me all up.. I can be a great best friend/friend as long as you can respect me but most importantly my presious baby boy.
Looking for a clean, relaxed, and friendly place. I'm pretty easy going, but believe in doing my fair share. I work shift work (full time), so a few nights a week I will be working overnight shifts. I'm a social person, but also enjoy some alone time too. Looking for somewhere that is close to Preston Station (or any station on the South Morang line). Any questions, feel free to ask 😊
Clean, honest, pays rent on time and friendly. Happy to have a glass of wine or a beer. Also happy to hide in my room and not socialise. Chris is studying a Diploma of Bioscience and Devon (DJ) is studying a Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery, both at LTU. Smart, funny, sarcastic. The whole package really.
We are cousins from Nepal. Currently looking to rent a shared room together to cut down the cost. We are fairly quiet, so don't expect disturbances from us. We like to have chit chats about our interests like sports, movies, music etc. I also love tech news and all the advances and news that goes around. We are both Uni students so we will mostly be studying. We would love to share the house with people who respect others privacy but also like to have fun sometimes. Let me know. We could meet up and then you could decide if we are the right people for the room you want to let :) Ashik
My name is Reza, work fulltime, have a cat (Ginger)\ Looking to move closer to work (epping) Im easy going, respectful of others, pay bills on time, animal lover. I work at the Melbourne Fruit and Veg market so i can basically get fruit and veggies just about for free ( the main perk of living wit me lol) I like to cook, have no problem cleaning up , im sociable and like to have a chat over a couple of beers/wine , anyway if you would like to know more please dont hesitate to ask. Cheers
We are to begin with but once we are comfortable we are bubbly vibrant and social people. We are balanced clean and tidy people-not ocd type but when noone is around am known to have cleaning sprees and dancing horribly until I'm either over it, happy with my work. We are easy going, friendly, loyal, reliable, responsible and helpful. We like our alone time just as much as having a laugh with friends. Though we don't drink often we are not against being apart of an environment where others are drinking and having a good time. We love board games, lounging around in our trackies watching lame tv series like greys anatomy and vampire diaries and love playing netball and footy. I'm a unique princess tom boy that loves to get dressed up and take pride in my appearance but also love the outdoors with 4wding being another absolute favorite hobby. We are not a particularly die hard fan of any sport or team but like watching footy and soccer. we study and work very hard so we wont be there as much as we are gym freaks and train 5 times a week. We are starting again, so don't have a lot of furniture to offer and help persuade you to pick us!! But we are awesome so you'll overlook that small detail. :) If your a tough nut to crack I'm sure we can figure something out:)
We are an easy going couple looking for a room to rent, we like to keep things tidy and balanced. Very respectful of others belongings and clean up after ourselves. We enjoy going to gigs on the weekend, and walks to the park. We have 3 fish and enjoy writing poetry, performing, creating music and crafty arts. I have recently finished a diploma in early childhood education and have secured a casual position at a childcare centre . My partner has recently moved down from Brisbane and is looking to secure full-time employment in the retail/hospitality industry. If we sound like the type of people you'd enjoy having in your sanctuary, feel free to send us a message. thankyou
I'm a 20 year old female, 21 in about a month. Studying to be a youth worker. Not long until I start diploma course.. My partner’s name is Jordan Hyde, 20 years old, looking for full time work. He has his heart set on being a contractor but will settle with any full time job. We currently are not living together anymore but if I find suitable accomodation he may be come and stay here and there. I like to be neat and tidy and i don't have problems with paying and keeping up with the rent. I've recently given up a 3 bedroom house in Campbellfield, $340 per week. I love this house but I found myself struggling and getting worse each day. I'm still very young and studying. It's a struggle to afford my school stuff and basic needs renting such a big property on my own. I am currently looking to work on the 2 days I have off and Saturdays and Sunday's. I am a smoker but will only smoke outside as smoking inside only causes the worst smell through the house. I realise that there are neighbours and I have a lot consideration for others. I respect them and i know they have a routine and i won't disturb it. Im not loud or noisy at unlawful hours, i do like to make new friends. I like to treat people exactly how i would like to be treated. I am really interested in finding something smaller, more affordable and more suitable for myself and possibly my partner here and there. I'm very easy to get along with and like I previously stated, i love making new friends. “I have my fingers crossed"
I am 27 years old, looking for a place close to work. I am clean and tidy, I am looking for a double room that accept's couples but only for me as my girlfriend is over seas for the next few months but need to find a place for us both when she returns. I have adopted a stray kitten in the last few weeks so I also need to be able to bring her along with me which I hope will not be an issue, she is clean and is toilet trained. I work nights, sometimes till late so I am at home most days either on my laptop playing games or sleeping. I don't go out too much, I enjoy the odd drink, ale or gin but do not drink excessively. preferably looking to flat share with someone that owns the property or will sublet through the real estate so it's all legit. Looking to move out quite soon so if anyone has anything to offer by all means message me. My Budget is around 150 - 200 at max.
Hey my name is Kaleb, I'm 19 years old and I have been living in Australia for a year now. I'm originally from New Zealand and also work full-time as a forklift driver. I love playing video games and love playing sports especially Soccer willing to try anything. I also like meeting new people so going out for a night with the group would be awesome. Why I'm great to live with is I'm reasonble, understanding, will always pay rent on time, I'm tidy, love to socialise and to be honest I'm just looking for a place where I can chill and have a good time.
