Hello future to-be-flatmates! :) I am a Korean-kiwi in the land of roos! Full-time worker based in the CBD so I would prefer any places in relative close proximity to the city (and close to public transport to the city is preferable). Parking space is a must as my job requires a bit of driving. Other than that, I can be quite flexible! I believe clicking well with flatmates is the number one importance in a sharehouse. I have flatted before in Australia and in New Zealand. That means, I will tidy up after myself and will pull my own weight when it comes to sharing chores around the house. I'd like to think I have graduated/retired from my party-every-weekend days. I can be a bit of a room hermit but not cos I'm unfriendly or anti-social. I will always be up to chill with anyone and everyone if people are keen! Would love to get back into an active lifestyle, so would be a bonus if flatmates are active! :)
I have just been living in Geelong, then Altona with my best friend for the last couple of years and sadly our time living together has come to an end (she is moving to Mansfield). I'm 27 and work full time at a not-for-profit in the city from 9-5 so I am home most nights. I enjoy socialing and debriefing about the day that has been over dinner or a hot cup of tea. Always up for a good Netflix binge of a night. Tidy and pretty easy going. Plant based and love good wholesome food, so will always jump at an opportunity to go to brunch at a local cafe. Like to get out in the fresh air for regular walks or I do yoga to get my body moving. I also have a 3 yo staffy X rescue dog called Remi. If you have anymore questions, let me know. Look forward to hearing from you, Clare
I work part-time in retail and attend Victoria University full time. If I'm not at work or uni, you can find me at home reading, studying, watching tv, at the gym or sleeping. I am very clean, tidy and private. I enjoy the occasional chat at dinner or watching tv together if you like. I'm not sure what else I can say about myself if you have any questions message me and I'll answer them. :)
I moved to Australia in January from the UK and have just moved to Melbourne to see how life is like in the City, I'm a model and photographer so Melbourne seems like the perfect place to use my skills, I'm 24 and love meeting new people, I have a bubbly personality and am always up for a social but also like my down time so can understand when people want there's, I'm also friendly and always clean and respectful of other people.
Hi There, My name is Joel and im a 20 year old young man Looking for a lovely new place to call home. I am very easy going, more than down to have a chat or to give people some space if needed. I clean up after myself and will be more than happy to do my fair share of work around the house to keep it looking spick and span. I would call myself a slight film buff and am currently working at the Pan Pacific Hotel
Hey! My name is Alexandra and I'm a 22 year old student completing my Bachelor of Business from Melbourne, Australia. Before Melbourne, I lived in Singapore for around 10 years. I have two affectionate, well behaved cats named Ava and Arabella who will be coming with me. In my spare time, I watch a lot of sports mostly AFL, baseball, NBA but unfortunately I'm too uncoordinated to play them. I'm also really big on cooking and baking and I'd love to be able to share that with others. I'm a big beer fan so you'll find me trying lots of new beers from time to time. I also like to play guitar, among other instruments and spend a lot of my time listening to all sorts of music. I'd consider myself a social person and would be happy to live in such a place but as most people do occasionally need time by myself.
Hello! My name is Marc, I'm a 30 year old process engineer looking for a great new home :) Outside of the normal 8 to 5, you'll find me occupying my time with a variety of interests. I play mixed netball, and do a bit of running and cycling on the side. I also follow afl and cricket, but am by no means a sports/health nut. I'll just as easily be found watching various TV shows/movies or doing a spot of gaming. Big fan of pub trivia too! I love listening to and discovering all sorts of music, from straight rock, to rap and hip hop, funk, alternative and electronic - all played at very normal volumes of course. Ive got a side interest in all things space: astronomy, sci fi and trying to develop some photography skills. Of course, I also love food, coffee and catching up with friends/housemates for all the normal socialising - a wine after work on the couch or catching up on the weekend over a beer in the sun. That being said, I also have a strong respect for quiet, reasonable sleeping hours (as its also vital for me) so won't be throwing parties. I'm looking for people who are going to become friends as opposed to just 'housemates'. Looking for 1-3 people who are similarly aged with similar interests, like to have a chat around the house and social activities if or when the opportunity and overlap permits (but of course, no expectations - each to their own!). Very clean with dishes/kitchen/communal areas is a must - I clean up after myself and it's important to me that everyone else does too. I believe we should all chip in to do our part, and take care of the little things when they're needed. Considerate and quiet during night/sleeping hours, especially during the week (as I consider myself to be). Totally appreciate that people have diff schedules, but if you're cooking a late meal, I think a little awareness and consideration is all it takes to keep the banging around in the kitchen under control and everyone happy :) But don't get me wrong, I'm all about an open, communicative, happy and fun household. I love having a laugh, am easy going, open and up for a good chat about anything! Flat dinners anyone?? I'm strong on sustainability and environmental consciousness and would like some similar mindsets on that front. I'm a vego these days but don't care if you are or aren't and certainly not a preacher. Looking to move around 18th May, but am flexible after that. Ideally two other people, but definitely flexible for the right place! $250pw including bills would be ideal. Due to previous work (I'm now here long term), I've now lived in 7 different share houses in 5 cities with both males and females - so I know the expectations, the goods, the bads and consider myself a very responsible housemate. I'm open and communicative, friendly and reliable! Please text/email me for any questions :)
I'm a freelance writer and production coordinator for a film company in Melbourne. Looking for a room in a sharehouse, studio or flat, or to team up to find a place close to public transport and amenities. I help to look after my Mum, who has MS, part-time. So, for the time being, I'm looking for a room to stay in half the week, 4 days or so.

Hello, My name is Zoe, im 22 this year and work full-time in the education industry. Hoping to move out (of my family home) around mid-year to be closer to work. Prefer lots of natural light, plants and wooden floors (also some kind of garden or terrace would be lovely).
Looking to move into a pre-existing share house or start a new one with some cool people. Hey guys, my name is Louise, I'm a 25 year old photographer and musician who makes most of my money working as a tree planter. I've been living in share houses for many years now, so I'm completely housetrained, i.e. I know how to keep a place clean and be respectful of housemates and I'm looking to live with people who feel the same. I'm hoping to find somewhere in the northern suburbs (brunswick, northcote, fitzroy, thornbury, preston etc). I'm into music, live gigs, art, food and going out with friends. I have a bunch of beautiful indoor plants, as well as lovely vintage furniture to make a beautiful house. If you'd like the sound of this post feel free to contact me on here and we can have a chat :).
I'm very laid back and generally get along with everyone, i am respectful of everyone else's things and space! (As i enjoy my own too) I enjoy socializing and having a few drinks for sure but I also work full time 9-5 so generally keep it pretty relaxed during the week. I enjoy going to gigs and am a singer songwriter in my spare time wont be up til' 4am Jamming out though keeping people up. Would also be happy to team up with someone.
I'm originally from Sweden but grew up in Singapore. I've been in Melbourne for 4 years, completed an undergrad of psychology and now working full time as a barista in the cbd. Easy, relaxed person who enjoys food, wine, coffee and music. (it's the simple things in life). I'm looking for a home that's relaxed during the week and not a party house. Want to find a home that has a good relaxed vibe with people who are keen for a coffee in the morning or wine/dinner once in a while in the evening! I have a letter from previous real estate agent that I'm a neat and tidy person who always pays rent on time!
Easy going, obsessively clean, mother hen nature, love music (rock and metal) often out on weekends supporting my friends playing, or festivals/gigs. Like a chat, but need to introvert as well. Very honest; more often than not blunt so if you don't like that I may not suit you. I have my own bedroom furniture inc. queen size bed, tallboy and 2 bedside tables & desk so need a decent sized room.
I grew up in northern rural Victoria and now lived in Melbourne since finishing school. I graduated from Monash in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science and currently seeking my first big break out of the part time uni job into something more concrete. I’m looking for a place to call home for at least the next year or two. As I’m not fully independent yet I will not commit to a place until I have a steady reliable income, fingers crossed sooner rather than later. Looking for a place close to PT and near shops as I have will not have a car for at least the initial duration of my stay. I’m very clean and tidy, super conversational and open-minded. I eat a plant based diet and live quite minimalistically. Most of all I’m looking for a home, a place where I can feel at peace and be surrounded by wonderful people with the occasional beverage and banter. Cheers
We are a fun, easy-going couple moving out of our Brunswick home in a few months. Here's a little bit about us: Elise: Works full-time as a physio with two busy jobs. Easy going and loves a chat / wine together and also likessome down time. Absolutely loves anything outdoors, crappy reality tv and seeing friends (mostly out of the house). Matt: Works full time in IT, therefore the tech in the house is all connected to all of the other tech. Loves AFL and is always keen to watch any game. Also loves a chat / casual hang as well as own space to wind down. We have a beautiful 1 year old dog (blue staffy) who absolutely loves affection. She doesnt bark and is fully toilet trained. Ivy is the most social girl, does not shed hair and is a dream to have around. She is an indoor / outdoor dog and is incredibly spoilt. We take her out twice a day so shes happy to chill when shes home. She would appreciate a backyard of some sort to explore. She will also cuddle up to you endlessly! We are ideally looking for 1-2 like minded people who are keen on a longer term arrangement, laid back and keep a reasonable amount of clean. We are social and absolutely love a hang / some drinks and keep things relaxed. Can't wait to meet you!
Hi, I'm Jess! I am 25 years old, I am a nurse and also currently studying to become a midwife so my schedule is a little busy around shift work and assignments but I enjoy going out for brunch with friends and seeing gigs or shows in my spare time. I am a country girl originally but have been living in Melbourne for the past 7 or so years so very much feel like home here! I am a quiet person mostly but social. I am a shift worker and there is a slight possibility that I may be required to work some night shifts this year and will definitely have to the following year so looking for housemates that can understand this and respect this when I have to sleep during the day. I am a clean person but not really a neat freak but definitely think that the common areas should be clean and I am happy to help out and do my bit to keep it that way. I am looking for a place for at least until after February 2020 whilst I finish off my studies. I'm looking for a room that will fit my queen sized bed as well as some other furnishings.
We are an easy going couple looking for another friendly couple or person to find a 2/3 bedroom place to start a new sharehouse. We both work full time, Luke in Signwriting and myself in Education (+study), so keep it pretty low key during the week. We like all the good stuff wine, Netflix, cooking, attempting to be fit and the occasional boardgame night. On the weekends we will be with friends, going for drinks, hiking and fun projects we can find around the home. We are looking for people who will be social, will want to eat, have a glass of wine or watch a tv show together. In saying this, we are also very considerate and respectable and like our own space too. Looking for people who are like-minded and like keeping their place clean. Message us if you are interested and we can go from there!
