I’m Adrien (with an ‘e’ cos it’s French!), in my twenties and studying full-time at RMIT and working part-time. I am looking for a room near the CBD so that I don’t have to commute long distances to uni and work. I have been living with my Aunties since moving to Australia but have also shared houses ( yarraville and Preston area) in the past therefore I am very familiar with the whole concept - respecting others, respecting shared areas and all the usual... Also growing up I lived with my grandparents therefore I am very aware of leaving shared areas clean and also living with them made me more mature for my age. And because of that too, I am a quiet person and I’m not a crazy party person but I definitely can have fun when I want to. Of course I’ll have a night out occasionally and I’m also very keen to have the occasional shared meals and some drinks! If you’re into curries, I’ll definitely make you my grandma’s special creole chicken curry!! I will also go away sometimes on the weekend to spend time at my Aunties’. I love hiking & being outdoors, going to the gym, watching shows on my laptop, love listening to music, like cooking and baking as well as having a nice chat and a good laugh with nice people and good food and drinks! If I sound like the perfect housemate and if you’d like to try my very popular (I’ve been told) chicken curry with a nice red, as well as learning French, message me back!
Hi. I'm looking to live with one or two females aged 35-50 ideally. I'm down to earth and earth friendly neither a vegetarian or a carnivore but leaning more toward the veggies (ie happy not to cook meat at home if that is your preference) I like to write, sing, play the guitar (just a beginner) speak French (a little) and visit the sites and delights of Melbourne. Hold a special interest in theatre and music and enjoy discussing this interest with others. Listen to community radio mostly PBS, RRR, RN, INNER FM, JOY and watch very limited TV as there is not much on free to air that interests! Enjoy listening to Podcasts of Science shows and new Musical theatre in particular. Looking for a place that really feels like a home where I can relax, unwind and share a cuppa or something stronger from time to time! I'd like to live with a non smoker who has no pets (allergic these days) Working part time and looking to compliment this with a second job. Move date can be negotiated. Have references from current and previous housemates. Look forward to meeting you. :) Thanks
Hi, My name is Raz. I work fulltime in a childcare centre as a chef. I am outgoing, friendly and always up for a chat. I am clean tidy and always clean up after myself. I do not smoke cigarettes or have a pet although I am okay if you have a cat or a dog. I am looking for a room close to work ( Abbotsford/Richmond ) preferably with an ensuite(not a must) and accessible by public transport. I love fitness, I eat healthy and love the nature. I love meat and vegetables equally.. so if you are strict about being vegan or vegetarian.. then we won't be compatible. I work 7am - 3pm Mon-Fri and usually go for a 5k run every second day, yoga and cook dinner most evenings. I also work casually as party helper serving food and drinks on weekends/weeknight. Otherwise if not working on the weekends, I tend to go out and about hiking, exploring, hang out with friends, eat out and I run 10k with a group of friends on Sundays.. very active lifestyle. I am Malaysian born Australian and have been living in Australia since 2004 away from my family. I just moved to Melbourne since march.. Currently renting a room in a friend's apartment but a family member is moving in with her permanently. If you have any question for me, please do not hesitate to ask.
I'm an easy-going, quiet guy. Tidy, clean. I respect everyone and their privacy. Relocated to Melbourne from Sydney area about six months ago to be around friends. Now looking to move closer to the city. I'm ideally looking to team-up and find a two or three-bedroomed place with a little outdoor area and enough privacy to suit everyone. I'm flexible on moving dates.
Hey everyone! I'll be moving towards Melbourne in early November I'll have work (getting transferred) and am looking forward to moving. Currently reside in Coffs Harbour and won't be able to inspect a place so communication on things will be great. I'll require at the very least a bed as I'm planning to just bring the needed stuff and ship the bigger items up. I'm outgoing and talkative, I enjoy going out, cooking, music and generally just trying my best to enjoy my life. I'm openly gay so if that is an issue I can understand so please be upfront. Obviously will try to respond to but work drains so best days will be Wednesdays and weekends. I'm more than willing to communicate over social media and such. I will be there from this date so if we agree and the room gets taken please say so. Cheers in advance.
Hi everyone! I'm Elisa, Italian and I've been living in this amazing city for a year. I'm looking for a place to call home and it would be fantastic to share a house with Australian/ native English speaking people. I'm studying and working as an ESL and Italian teacher (mostly in the evening time), I love travelling, surfing, going to gigs, wine, animals and good vibes in general. I get along with everybody, I'm very clean and tidy and well aware of other's space. I also like having my own privacy. I'm I am looking for a (long term) room that is fully furnished and very close to public transport. I'm also ideally looking for dte and openminded flatmates to call friends, who enjoy a chat or a beer in the evening and love sports. Cheers! Eli
We’re fun loving and friendly people who lead a healthy/active lifestyle. We love good food and good laughs. Reza is a human optimization coach and I'm in the start up industry. We love meeting new people. We also love to cook and travel.
My husband and I are quiet, caring, non-smoking people who really like to relax at home. We like deep chats, books, swing dance, and dogs. We care about the environment (I’m a community garden member) and prefer left-leaning politics. I’m studying to be a chef so I’m a pretty great cook too!
Full time student, part time work. I'm easy going but still clean, really friendly and outgoing but I won't get up in your space if you won't get up in mine. I've got experience living with people before and am responsible with paying bills but most of all I'd make a great roomates because we can play boardgames together! My interests includes: watching shows and movies (would love to share a netflix account), hiking, sketching and making art, swimming and keeping fit, meal preping and more! Things you need to know: I can sometimes be forgetful or scatter brained with chores - they will always be done eventually- but id be better with a roster. I'm certainly not the person who will be on your back about your dishes. I'm social and like to have people over but usually just one person at a time and we'll keep to ourselves, certainly not disrupting the house! I'm not looking for a party house just a friendly and accepting preferably like minded home :)
I’m a leading hand for a construction company. I work from Monday morning on Saturday so I’m quite busy throughout the week. I usually skate/surf most weekends so I like to keep active. Don’t mind heading out for a beer/dinner from time to time. If I sound like the ideal housemate please send me a message.
Hi, I'm Adam! I'm new to Melbourne, just moved down from Sydney, and originally from Newcastle. I will be working as an engineering design manager in Southbank. Love travelling, sport, going to the gym and just super easy going in general! Looking for a furnished room in an area not too far from where I'll be working. Tenant reference letters available upon request.
