Hey hey, I'm looking to join an existing sharehouse/apartment long term in the northern suburbs ( brunswick, fitzroy, northcote, thornbury preferably). I'll be working part-time/full-time before returning to studies next year. I've been in Melbourne for just over a year now so I'm still exploring the glories that this buzzing city has to offer! I'm a sociable and creative leaning girl who likes to keep active and busy, whether that be discovering nature escapes outside of Melbourne, trying new recipes/places to eat or going for breezy afternoon walks. I like spending quality time with good people, playing soccer/running and dancing a little too enthusiastically in the kitchen, the shower or on the dance floor. I also love searching for quirky op shops pieces which are sometimes functional but always funky. I'm very independent but I enjoy socialising and would love to spend the occasional night with housemates sharing good food. Not too phases about sharing with people who are older than me, I consider myself to be pretty mature and i love chatting to people of all sorts. It is important to me to exist in a space which is positive and friendly so everyone feels comfortable and at home!
I work at radio, hospitality and I do the odd roadie work asspiring tattoo artist /event producer / radio presenter looking for a place i can really call home and stay longterm. I've been living out of home for a year so i have multiple references and have the indipencance and self sustainibility to manage life
Heya lovelies! 👋 Please help a gal out and find me a place to live! Looking mainly to move to Northcote/Thornbury but also interested in places around Brunswick & Fitzroy. Want to move as soon as possible (hopefully this weekend the 31st June or anytime soon) and stay long term!! 🌟 About me 🌟 I'm a photographer and also do work in music. I love music more than anything 🕺 I go to a lot of gigs & I will give you amazing song recommendations and maybe even make you playlists if you're cool. I also like films, gaming, art, writing, all that jazz. I'm also studying full time doing photography at RMIT. I'm super chill and easy to get along with, some might even go as far as to say I'm pretty cool & funny. I'm also vegan if you're looking for a vego housemate, but chill about everyone else's diets. I also love animals so it's very cool if you have pets but I won't be bringing any with me unfortunately. Ideally looking to pay under $200pw and need to be close to public transport of some kind. A cool & creative household where we actually can actually get along and hang out sometimes is my kind of vibe 🦋 If you think I could be a good addition to your living quarters please send me a message! Thanks! 🌼🌼
Hey there I'm Tash - I've been living in sharehouses for the past 6 years or so. I am looking for a nice place to enjoy with friendly and tidy housemates. Currently I'm finishing my studies part time while working full time so a quieter household would be preferred, with space for wines/dancing on the weekend. xx
Hey! I work full work full time, and am a tidy, considerate and friendly gal. Looking for 6 or more months stay. I like going out for a few drinks, but also love staying in for a good Netflix binge.
I'm a mid-30s creative / analyst moving to Melbourne next week. Obsessed with cycling. Kiwi. Always have a project going or on an outdoor adventure. Plus there's yoga, design, film, good books. Work is data analysis / visualisation. Quite independent but also happy to be part of the right house-family for shared cooking, nights in/out. Looking for a friendly / clean / home-like houseshare with interesting, independent and emotionally intelligent people. Creative, open, environmentally conscious, gay-friendly, left-leaning are all compatible qualities. Looking to move in to a place around the end of July. If this sounds good to you, feel free to flick me a message.
Clean, easy going, opened minded 20 year old female. Studying a bachelor of human nutrition, in second year. I love staying fit and eating healthy by running and doing yoga and pilates. Coffee addict and love going out finding new cute places to eat!
I have lived in plenty of share houses and love the family atmosphere and the fun of getting to meet new people. I am clean and responsible, love to cook healthy meals and enjoy making the most of a home by creatively adding to it. I have a beautiful and delightful 3yo AmStaff who gets along with all other animals including even the most crazy cats. We would love to find a friendly and inclusive house to be a part of where we can contribute toward making it a home.
Hey! We're an Australian guy and a German girl looking for a new place to live at the end of July, as our current lease will be ending. At the moment we live in Preston and love the area, so we're looking around this side of Melbourne. We both work in hospitality (day shifts) and are often going on road trips out into the country on weekends. We're very clean and respectful of our other housemates in terms of noise and doing our share of the chores. We enjoy wine and beer out or at home, but we're not crazy party animals (any more haha) We're very friendly, well traveled types with many crazy stories and we're fun to live with. Neither of us eat meat and we both love cooking and dining guests. We currently live with meat eaters, so that's not a deal breaker. Rod has a car and would prefer off street parking if possible. If you would like to live with us, please let us know and we can catch up for a coffee or a beer! Cheers, Rod and Teresa
Hi, We are John and Lily, a newly married couple from London moving to Melbourne in August. We are both 26 and love music, food, drink, and culture. We have lived in multiple house shares in London and Liverpool and are sociable, like to hang out, go to bars etc., but we also respect people's privacy and enjoy our downtime. We are clean and easy to live with. John will be working full time in recruitment and I will be looking to temp!
Currently studying at La Trobe University. Easy going, pay bills on time, neat and would not mind hanging out and cooking dinner when time permits. Usually out doing either working or volunteering.
Hi There, I am an easy going, open minded and respectful individual, happy to hang out and chat but also value the downtime in a day. I'm a big fan of chess and films, happy to share this interest with all. Have deferred from studying arts at Monash to work full time in horticulture, so am looking for a home base for around a year. I have lived in Melbourne my whole life, but have enjoyed travelling through Asia and South America the past few years. I also have a super friendly 6 year old female Bullmastiff who is really laid back, loves people and sleeps most of the day. She normally sleeps in my room at night, but all other times is used to living outside. Cheers. Sean
Hi! I am an Italian student from Rome, temporarily residing in Switzerland for my Master degree in International Relations. I am coming to Melbourne in mid-July to start my new experience at the University of Melbourne and plan to stay until November. I lived in a share house in the past year and would love to find new sociable and open people to live with! I am tidy and clean and need my privacy here and then, but I am always in for good wine or a chat in company!
Hi! I'm a 22 year old girl from Norway moving to Melbourne next year to study philosophy and psychology. I'm well used to living with others, can cook pretty darn well and makes tacos and sangria on a regular basis. If you too love tacos and sangria, i think we would have a mutual interest in living together! (what more do you write in these things?)
Hi, My name is Rhiannon and I'm interested in the room you've advertised. Im a 20 year old student who was studying nursing but have since stopped due to it not being the course I am passionate about and I am currently trying to get into Acu next year to study paramed. Since my study has been put on hold, I have been trying to compensate with working so that I am doing something for the time being. I currently work as a swim instructor, pool lifeguard and at Mr.Burger. So my hours are crazy and are all over the place. I have a dog thats 7 months old who is a beautiful boy. He is a golden retriever cross border collie who is very loving but smart. He receives weekly dog training as i want him to be the best dog possible and get him out of puppy habits. I also get him walked three times a week (whilst im working) so he is engaged and doesn't become bored. He is an inside/outside dog but mainly just enjoys peoples company and pats. If i sound like the right fit for you. Please contact me
Salutations! My name is Tanielle Gordon, I am 20 years of age. I am a full-time student and growing artist studying Illustration in the Visual Arts department. I am actively looking to move to northern Melbourne suburbs with a budget of around $150-$160! I am a VERY polite, clean and tidy person. I will not leave a room without cleaning up after myself! Cleanliness is key. I like to keep to myself but of course always up for a cup of tea or coffee! I spend most of the week studying, when I'm not I like to dabble between skills and hobbies such as sketching, reading, writing.. or I'll just be out and about! Hey, you only live once! :) I am VERY respectful of others, their property and beliefs! I hope to find my future roommate/s that I can feel at home with. I would LOVE to hear from you! Thank you, Tanielle :)
Hi there, I'm a student from Melbourne University studying information systems. I am a great cook and love biking. I am an amateur DJ and a ballroom dancer. I'm looking for a good place for my last semester here, close to the city as I currently live in Preston. I am neat, quiet and vegetarian by choice.
I work full time as a sex worker. Monday-Friday 10am-6pm in a brothel. I do not work from home. Looking for private rent/sublet only. Furnished, or at least just a bed. I am quiet and do my own thing but also happy to share a meal every now and then. Looking to live with open minded people. Must be close to a tram stop or train station. No buses.
About me My name is Amy. I'm 24 years old currently living in Perth. I am moving to Melbourne in July and will be looking for a place to live as soon as I get there. Ideally my own bathroom would be great but not essential. I will need a place for my car also, does not need to be a garage as such but at least off the street would be preferable. I won't have a bed so if one is available (queen) that would be ideal. Although if I need to get a bed I can. I also don't have wardrobes so built ins would be handy to. (i'm not moving over with much!) I am clean, respectful and wouldn't mind an house mate or two who would be potential friends as well as I will be new to Melbourne. I enjoy going out to social events and anything music related (I am a huge fan of house music and love going to live bands) I like to keep fit also, so if you know of a good gym in the area let me know! I am a bit of an old soul so prefer to live with older people, however age doesn't matter as long as you are easy going and chilled. Cleanliness is important to me so hoping to live with someone/people who can appreciate a tidy living area.. so if you are looking for a clean housemate I am perfect for you :) I am looking for a place not too far from the city, no more than 15/20ish minutes from the CBD. Flexible with location as the suburbs I have chosen are just a rough idea.
Hey! I'm a student in the UK and moving to Aus in Sept 2017 whilst studying Public Health. I'm looking to meet easygoing housemates that may be willing to show me a bit of the city as it'll be all new to me! I love the outdoors, walking, cycling, yoga and surfing, but also down for a dance and a drink. I'm vegan and really enjoy cooking and learning new things. Would love to meet similar people, with a laid back approach to life. Hoping to stay at least 6 months but very flexible.
