1. Quiet, clean, and tidy
(I can't live with someone who cooks or takes phone calls at 2am.)

3. Limited visitors ☆☆
This is the main reason I'm looking for a new place at the moment. Someone who brings visitors every week or every other day wouldn't be a good fit for me.
4. Someone who respects my privacy and boundaries, as I respect others', but I'm open to communication 😊
5. Someone who has experience sharing a house and understands how to live with housemates

[The place I'm looking for]
1. Unfurnished, or flexible with furnishing
2. Parking space available
3. Close to a tram or train station, as I use public transport to get to school which is in CBD

My budget is $330, but it depends on the room condition or location, I’m willing to pay more.

My move-in date is June 6th or slightly earlier.
