This is the main reason I'm looking for a new place at the moment. Someone who brings visitor every other day wouldn't be a good fit for me.

3. Close to a tram or train station, as I use public transport to get to school which is in CBD

My budget is $330, but it depends on the room condition or location, I’m willing to pay more.
