My name is Conrad. Im 29 years old. I am working full time. Up at 5.30am mon-friday and home by 6pm. I dont mind a drink every now and then. Just getting back into exercise so ill be hitting the gym a couple times a week. I enjoy hanging out and having a good laugh but also my personal time and space is also important to me. I would like my own bathroom if possible. I clean up after myself and it would be great if my flatmate/s would do the same although im not a cleaning nazi. I also have a few items such as a pretty new washing machine and a 60" smart tv to contribute to a flatting situation. I have a couple of couches but they are starting to get a bit faded so ill just get rid of them if they arent needed.

I AM IN URGENT NEED OF A ROOM AS MY LEASE IS UP AND I AM COUCH SURFING. Hi, my name is Katrina I will be honest with all potential flat and housemates, from the start. I am a single woman in her forties who is beginning her life again after the end of a long-term relationship and raising her family, ( my children are 19, 20 and 24 this year and all live out of home), so I have no dependents nor a significant other in my life. I have recently graduated and I am looking for work to start my exciting new career. I am looking to move into a flat/room asap as my lease is up on good friday and if i do not have a place before than I will be staying at my ex's house. As a flat/housemate I would be great to live with for the following reasons * I am a neat and tidy person who never backs away from doing her share of the housework and chores. * I love animals, (except for snakes and spiders) so would look after any pets that are at any future residence. ( I do not have any pets of my own). * I am quiet so there would be no late night parties. * I pay bills and rent on time * I can cook and it is edible My negative points are * That I am a smoker who has cut down from a packet of smokes a day to about ten cigarette's a day. I do not smoke inside houses and have not since the birth of my eldest child.
$170 per head per week is our max budget. is a smoker but strictly outside only. We are looking for a team up (not fussed who or how many). We need to be out before the 15th. Hi my name is Cal and me and my mate Pat are looking for people to join us in renting a share house. Me and Patrick are currently renting a share house in Slacks creek with two other boys who are now looking to get places with their girlfriends. Our lease ends on the 15th of May and we are looking to find a place in the next 3 weeks. The areas we are looking for are anywhere from Shailer park to Wynum, but our ideal suburbs are Springwood/Rochedale or possibly Holand park (we aren't to fussed on the area). we have a washing machine, furniture and a fridge along with most other appliances and utilities. In the past 6 months Pat and I along with the other 2 boys have created a lot of good memories drinking together most weekends and hanging out. we want to live with some down to earth people who we can not only get along with but will also pull their weight around the house (etc clean up after themselves, pitch in with chores, pay rent onto, supply a shared item) About us: We are both 21, I'm an electrician apprentice, Pat is a horticulturist, we are both hard working and friendly people. Pat is a smoker (out door only), Pat may be looking to get a dog soon possibly. Pat's a huge music lover and I'm very work orientated. We require from anyone interested: We require you to have a stable income (2 payslips would be favorable), to supply a shared common items to the house for sharing use, we require mutual respect from each other in regards of living together (etc noise levels, mess, hygiene and use of house), previous rent history/boarding is preferable with a good reference but not essential. If your interested in the possibility of living with us please call or text me and we will discuss options, me and Pat are open to the idea of getting a 5 bedroom house or a 3 and we don't mind living with couples.
Myself and Cassie are both bubbly, outgoing, reliable, and considerate. We have lived together for close to a year and six months so far, and have not had any issues, and would like someone like minded to move onto a new place with us. We both have very busy schedules with work and socialising. Cassie works as a casual aged care nurse, and I work full time in administration. I have 1 cat, who has a bit of a sassy personality, she's generally a pretty chilled, and self-sufficient cat. I'll think of more later, but if you wish to ask any specific questions, we are both pretty open.
Looking for a chill, easy going, clean and reliable housemate? Hit me up! I'm looking to move to Brisbane permanently and find a place to call home. I plan on moving to Brisbane on the 1st of May, but I might be able to make that earlier if need be. I'm not currently employed in Brisbane, which I do intend on changing as soon as I do move. In my spare time, I'll be at home listening to music and playing video games. While I am quite a sociable and chatty person, I do keep to myself and respect other peoples personal space. I'm basically looking for a decently priced place to live long term. Ideally, with my own bathroom and something furnished (however it's not something I'm too fussed about). Preferably no more than 3 people in total living in the household, myself included. If you think your place meets the criteria I'm looking for, then feel free to send me a message letting me know a bit about yourself and your place.
I've just recently moved back home due to a break up and I'm super keen to move back out! I'm flexible with my stay, but would ideally like somewhere for the long run! I work full time, reliable with money, I like to keep clean and tidy, and I'm a pretty chilled person. I don't currently have any pets but I am wanting to get a dog in a few months time so I need somewhere pet friendly! I like to cook and will always clean up after myself, always happy to have a chat but also understand people wanting their own space 😊 Not a crazy party animal either
Hi there, I'm Flo. I have a gorgeous black mini schnauzer named BooBoo who only lives half the time with me as she also loves spending time with her "daddy" - my ex partner. I also love movies & TV and would like to share with someone who appreciates the cinematic arts too, but not a necessity. Other than the odd chat here and there ill happily keep to myself, just looking for a nice and genuine person to live with.
I'm a young, enthusiastic engineering student, currently studying at QUT, while also working part-time (3-4 days/week) as a concrete labourer. Hobbies include very fast bikes, trying new foods/activites and bodybuilding. I have lived in a few different locations and actually understand what it means to live with other people ie. respecting each others space, being clean and tidy and always getting rent in on time.

We are looking for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (or 1 bathroom) property. We abide by the rules, always keep our place clean and punctual. We don't have parties or get involved with parties, we also do not drink or smoke. For fun we go for dinner or the cinemas or study.
