We are looking for an additional female (20s age range) flatmate in a share house in the advertised areas (bayside brisbane suburbs). We are all super friendly and down to earth and would appreciate someone like minded to join us ☺ we are looking to rent at the moment, and will most likely start renting in late january or february. Just a bit about ourselves: - Tessa works as an ecologist part time. - Paul works as an officer for the government full time. - Alex works full time in retail. We are all outdoor people, and Paul has a boat. So be prepared for weekends of fishing and tubing! We are looking for a large home with plenty of space. So that will ensure your privacy. We will all be at work for most of the week too so it will be a quiet household, however socialising will be still be on the cards. Our budget for rent is approx. 120 to 180 pp/week. Send me a message if you want more information ☺
Howdy, I am looking for a place that i can call home for the next 9-12 months, I'm a friendly and out-going person, love to joke around but also understand the importance of privacy and personal space. Enjoy fitness and the outdoors as much as i love a good movie at home. Work at a sports club which entails me working late most nights. I like art, road trips, festivals and quality conversation. Ideally looking for people who are open-minded and around my age, but i don't discriminate! Always happy to meet new people and will happily sit and watch the footy with your mates - mi casa es su casa - as long as they're a maroon's supporter. Not much of a drinker but will drink you under the table if the time comes to it :P Definitely interested in teaming up to find a nice, decent sized place (with a pool too dude wtf is this heat) to shack up in, so hit me up and we can talk business over a drink!
Reliable, tidy, down to earth and respectful final year law student. Work part time and study fulltime. Have a small dog who follows me around and is extremely well trained and behaved. I cook and clean like a demon and am a quiet roommate/tenant. Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa but living in brisbane since 2010
Hi there, My name is Alec and I'm looking to move into a place in early march around the Cleveland area. I'll be re-locating from Country NSW. I work full time as a Financial Planner and am looking for somewhere for around 6 months so that I can get familiar with Brisbane before my partner joins me and we get our own place. I'd prefer a granny flat, however will consider a share house. I'm easy going, neat, tidy and pay rent on time. I enjoy going to the gym, getting outdoors and playing sport, so ill be out of the house most of the weekend, but am more than happy to relax and have a chat. I tend to get up early and go to bed early so housemates that are similar would suit.
Working full time as a secondary teacher. Need to move closer to work. Would be willing to rent whole place closer to the city (Camp Hill area) for ~$400
**** FUN, FRIENDLY AND EASY GOING **** We are looking for someone to help us find a fabulous home in the bayside area of Brisbane. We are 25 & 29 and both from Wales. We are Primary School Teachers, here on our second year visa. We love to socialise, and enjoy a drink on the weekends. We are super easy going and love to have a laugh. We are clean, tidy and respectful. We are looking for like minded people :)
Working full time on public sector, early riser and exercise most days. Into rock climbing and running. Have been renting for 18 months and am now keen to team up to hopefully move into a larger place. Prefer a female flat mate. Im very tidy and generally busy.
I currently work full time however am leaving for the Defence Force at the end of March 2018. I am looking for a room for 5-6 weeks in between my lease ending at my current place and my enlistment day. I’m a non smoker with no pets.
I am tidy and house-trained and a qualified chef (working approx. 4 days pw). I am respectful and tolerant and always smoke outside the house, never within. As I work evenings I will be at home for some of the daytime hours. It is important for me to live close to public transport as I do not own a motor vehicle. I am from the South Island of NZ and enjoy living Bayside. I appreciate most music, like to read and cook and enjoy a glass or two of red wine in the evening when I am not working. I think you would find me a quiet flatmate best suited to living with one or two others.
Hi there, my name is Roger and I've been thinking about teaming up or renting a room in Manly/ Wynnum/Redcliffe or somewhere very close to the beach. Renting my own house out for a few years here in Perth, I work FIFO so ill be flying in and out from Brisbane to Perth to fly to work. On my RnR I do photography. I am 51yrs young hahaha and I don't drink or smoke or do drugs, I don't need any of those to have fun or enjoy life. I'll be flying back to NZ a lot more to see my family as well, very clean, no dramas with house cleaning. Very respectful and no need to worry about rent. I am looking for a large room and has an ensuite or my own bathroom. Would also be able to lock my car in the garage while in the mines. Roger
Happy to socialise but am mostly quiet and easy to get along with. Cruisey about cleaning-as long as it gets done but do keep a clean kitchen. Well, to be honest, as long as there's communication I'm pretty cruisey about any topic. I'm a looking for somewhere that can be 'our place' not me moving into a pre-established 'my place'. Im a young 30, work almost full time hours (very secure job though). Will be getting a dog as soon as I can so very important to me that flatmates can get along with dogs and a property with some grass and obviously allows pets.
I am a mother to a 5 year old. I am clean and tidy, I don't drink or smoke and I pay all bills on time. I am not into loud music so I am looking for a child friendly house and a nice environment for my daughter. I work during the week and she is in Prep at school. I am looking for somewhere that has 2 rooms available.
Looking to team up and finding a place of our own. I am a 21 year old nursing student, due to graduate July 2018. I work part time as an assistant nurse in an oldies home. I consider myself to be a very clean, organised and reliable person. I enjoy chilling at home and also the occasional drink with friends. I do have a fur baby who will be joining us in a new home.
Looking for a room to rent, have a partner that will be around max 3 nights a week. Working full time day shift. Social person that likes personal space.
Hi, I'm Jack. I'm very clean, respectable and friendly. I'd like to ideally find a place south brisbane with NBN, also with roommates I can also call friends. Hang out for drinks after work, but also have some down time. PM me if you live southside, have a room available between $100-$200 (pref inc bills) with NBN. Cheers.
I work evenings, and while that might be objectively great for you, it kinda sucks to be honest. Although, I do see a sunrise every day. *glass becomes half-full* I enjoy cooking but lately I tend to cook bulk, easy meals in order maintain max-sleep intake. I enjoy reading and gaming in my spare time. I also like to paint and write but I dare say I won't share much of that with you. Also music, good chats and the occasional 'frothie are, for the most part welcome. I enjoy walking other peoples dogs, and keeping their cats in my room without telling them. I don't enjoy ranting about politics or criticizing journo's on the news (but i do it anyway).
Hi guys. I'm looking to team up and share the bills in a large home in or around the Seven Hills / Carina area from January 2018. About me, I'm a clean, tidy, respectful professional who loves all things outdoors. I'm sociable but like my own space, don't mind the odd beer or wine but not into big parties. I love music, both playing and listening, exercise, adventures and a weekend escape. I have two glorious daughters who will be around every second week. I'm wanting to find a like minded individual to share with, preferably female on account of my children's security. I'm willing to pay for three rooms in a 4 -5 bedroom house as I need to store a trailer, kayak, bikes and a heap of camping / outdoor gear. I and my children have shared with others before and can provide references.
I recently moved here from New Zealand and am looking to stay in a flat with people who I can socialize with, not just live with. I love my sports and am looking forward to jumping into some social sports teams once I'm settled. Love a cosy night in as much as a few drinks on a night out. If I sound like a good fit, don't hold back :)
Im from Sweden, about to study Interiour design at TAFE and am looking for a part time job on the side. Im considerate, adventurous and organised. I love to be busy and hang out with friends but totally respect the need of alone time when needed. When I want to have a good time I go for a hike, try out something new or go out for drinks. I do love hanging out on the beach and being spontaneous.
