Genuine honest couple just looking for a fresh new start and looking for that place we can finally feel like its our home not just a house we're staying in...
I am a very positive, clean and friendly person. I am most often busy with my freelance business or my two beautiful children, a 8yo boy and a 3yo girl. We are all very interested in a healthy lifestyle, culture, literature, yoga and travelling, we love to cook as well. Seeing as I have children I am not a party animal and would therefore appreciate to share a house/flat with people who are considerate, respectful and who enjoy living a fairly quiet lifestyle. You can expect the same from us! However my children and I do love to invite our friends over for dinner or play dates on occasion. And if you are up to it, my kids don't mind getting into deep philosophical conversation too ;) We look forward to meeting one or more people that would be happy to welcome us to their flat/house. We can't wait to meet you!
Looking for a room to rent in or around Birkdale area (within a 10-15 minute drive). I have a 12 year old cat named Milly. She’s very well behaved. She enjoys coming outside with me while I have my morning cuppa but I do keep her indoors of a night. I’m easy going, open minded and respectful of others. Happy to have a chat with housemates but also enjoy time on my own. I enjoy having a drink after work. Responsible with bills. I’ve always had all of my bonds refunded in full. Looking for a place to call home over the longish term preferably. I’m also happy to look at doing a team up with our own rental property with those who are interested. Birkdale. I’ve checked out the prices and to make it affordable and comfortable we’d be looking at having three roommates in a 3 bedroom, two bathroom place. Reach out to me if you’re interested and we can have a chat.
Reliable, tidy, down to earth and respectful final year law student. Work part time and study fulltime. Have a small dog who follows me around and is extremely well trained and behaved. I cook and clean like a demon and am a quiet roommate/tenant. Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa but living in brisbane since 2010
I am a 19 year old retail worker looking for a one bedroom place to live. I am quiet and keep to myself. Ideally I am looking for a granny flat or studio. I am located in Brisbane and would like to find a place in the area. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a friendly 21 year old girl with an 11 month old puppy who is beautiful and friendly however she is a large breed. I work differing hours 5 days a week so need someone who is flexible as I can get home as late as 2am on weekends (although it is rare). I am a clean person so looking for someone similar, like to keep to myself but don't mind having a wine and a chat.
I'm a pretty easy going guy, I've travelled a fair bit, originally from London, lived in Auckland last seven years, moved to the sunny to be nearer to family. Clean and tidy, normally working alot, love the beach and a few beers, too old to be a party animal.
Hey I'm Kyle, I currently live in Nsw but work here in Brisbane on a week on week off type roster in a professional role. I'm looking for a place to stay whilst in Brisbane (I've been living in hotels since September and I'm over it). I like my privacy but do enjoy a bit of banter and the odd beer here and there. Ild only be at the house every second week from Sunday arvo through to Friday. The remaining 9 nights I won't be around to bother you 😂 Ideally the room would need to contain a bed and i would require access to an iron. Other then that, I'm easy to get along with. Negotiable on price and move in date, pending what's available.
Looking for a place to rent in south-east Brisbane (I'll be working in Metro South, exact location not yet known I'll update in a few days!) 22 Year old male, I 'm pretty quiet, clean and tidy. I spent 2017 living with 2 female housemates who kept me in check! I also stayed with 3 other great housemates in Wynnum early 2018, however I left to North Queensland for a contract job for 3 months and my room's been filled! They'd be happy to provide a character reference though. I'm a bit of a PC gamer, and also play acoustic guitar (though I'll be sure to be quiet late at night/ if you're studying or need some quiet). I just got a job with the Queensland Ambulance Service in Metro South so am back in bris and looking for a place to stay!

Easy going and tidy person. Currently employed full time with a border collie puppy. I’m out a few weekends performing at trick riding shows as I also own horses. I keep to myself but am up for conversation over cooking etc.
Hi my name is Emma-louise and I have a small dog named Angus ( who I love to pieces) I work fulltime in retail. I have lived around Brisbane for the past 10- 15 years and would love to stay in this area. I am a friendly approachable and social person but I also like my alone time. I am clean , tidy and respectful of others property and enjoy a social drink and some good laughs with the house mates. I would prefer to live with one other person (female preferred) but two is ok. I have all of my own bedroom furniture and some appliances . Would also like to live with people close to my own age.
I am a Primary Teacher, looking for a quiet place that is independent of other people, so I may continue to work hard, study or relax as needed. I am social, happy, easy-going yet focussed and determined. My friends are important to me and I make plenty of time to prioritise them. I have 1 hobby-come-business (hopefully!), plus I love volunteering with my local community group. I will need a quiet place with room to set up my little study space (either 2 rooms, or a spacious lounge). I'm looking for a place with very good/excellent wifi coverage (Telstra, but Optus mainly) so I can continue working and studying online. Just the reception. It doesn't need to be incl in rent cost... I'm also after a quiet place that has either aircon or ceiling fans. Why are ceiling fans so hard to find!? They're so good - cheaper than AC! To perhaps be a bit picky, I also need a bit of storage... Somewhere for my pedal bike, a small amount of camping gear (tent, chairs, 2 small fishing rods - not much) and maybe my washing machine (use, keep, or maybe sell...). That's enough about me for now... :-) Any other questions, please just ask. PS. The reason I am not "verified" via social media, is because I do not use any. I have a super-old FB account, that I haven't used for 4-5 years... Sorry for any inconvenience.
I'm Ash, I'm 22 years old and work full time. Looking for a room that can fit a queen size and a desk would prefer something with a built-in. Keen to live with people around my own age who don't mind socializing and having a drink or two. I'm clean and tidy and respect personal space. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active and trying new things. No pets
Hi! My name is Brianna! I am 20 years old! I work Monday to Friday in childcare. I am extremely caring and loving, I get along with almost everyone. I do have anxiety, which makes it extremely nerve racking to move in with other people, but I’m sure once I become comfortable I’ll open up. I have a partner who I am with most weekends and some nights during the week so I won’t always be at home. I am vegan so all of my food won’t contain any animal products, I’m willing to share some of my meals as they are delish. I really want to stay in the redlands or around, my job is in Alexandra Hills and my family all live in the redlands. I want to move in with people who I can get along with and vibe with, I want to be able to have a friendship with the people I share a house with!
Hi I'm Monique, I've just moved here from Sydney and can't wait for my new adventure to begin!! I was the leaseholder in my place in Sydney for a very long time so I know how to treat a place with proper love and respect and how to get along with most types of people. I'm looking for a room or granny flat. I'd prefer for it to be furnished. I do need decent wifi. And space for a desk in my room or in an office space. I'd be working from home 3-4 days a week on my personal development website. I love long walks, yoga, being conscious but not in a annoying way, and just love my life to bits at the moment. I know that sounds a bit corny but I've made some big changes and it is all very exciting. I'm 46 and my previous flatmates were 28 ages and up. Not a party person. go to bed pretty early.. love hanging out in the kitchen for a chat and cooking something... like my own space too. a place with a backyard and a vege patch would be lovely.
We both have our own individual businesses we are growing as well as a casual job each to guarantee our living expenses are covered. We both love our tennis and hiking/climbing mountain. We are tidy and very respectful of the space we all need. Will & Tristan
I am 21 years old, have a full time job in the city. My partner is 25 and has a full time job at Loganholme. We are both from Brisbane/the Redlands have been together for 2.5 years. We are currently living with his parents but want our own space, as to why we are wanting to move out. We are both easy going and tidy people.
Am pretty keen to move in with the right people/person. So myself I'm working in medical laboratory science. As a roomie I like being kind, hanging out, chattin, cooking for/with people. At the moment I just am into meditating, exercise/eat well, board games, video games, netflix, skateboarding/snowboarding, playing guitar. I also grow vege's in transportable pots. I would like to live with 1 or 2 people that were into something like that, to bounce off of :) . I like quirkiness, like I tend to be geeky/insightfull or making jokes, but definitely responsible and easy going, and give space and like to have my own when I need it. Oah yeh and I notice there are allot of animal lovers out there :) which is great to see, I worked as a dog groomer for a while, so love dogs and any animals. I take good care of myself, my home and the people ( and pets :D ) around me.
I am a clean neat & tidy person looking to share with positive people. I enjoy socialising & my own space. I have a 14 y/r beagle who is no trouble at all. Sleeps most of the time. He keeps me fit with daily dog walks. Comes with glowing references. I enjoy keeping active including Gym. I also have washing machine, fridge & some out door furniture.
Hi my name is Sylvia and I am 54yo. I am an easy going person. Neat and Tidy. I am sociable but always respect other peoples space. I love to cook and thats where you will find me on my rare nights off. I work mainly afternoon and evenings and have alt weekends off. I do enjoy a cheeky wine time to time, and enjoy making a picky platter and sharing my week with friends. I require a furnished room anywhere from Tingalpa to My Gravatt
Hi my name is Tracey, I am a 58yr old single woman. I am downsizing due to a change in my current circumstances, and looking to team up with a like-minded female around the same age to share the costs of a house, or a 3 bedroomed fully self-contained studio or granny flat with myself & my 2 Cats. I need to move in the next month or so as I am living with my son who is expecting theri first child and they need the room. I am a quiet, clean/tidy non-smoker, respectful of others privacy, while expecting the same in return. I am a happy extrovert, up for a chat & socialize from time to time, but am also happy to keep to myself. Not into constant or loud parties/noise. My cats are currently being boarded free of charge, but only for the short term; I would dearly love to have a place to bring them home. They are well-behaved, litterbox trained, desexed, adult female cats, which have their own outdoor enclosure (if space available or enclosure needed) are used to being indoors/outdoors but mainly indoors when I am home. They are quiet and not in your face, not used to big dogs, but may get used to a small quiet dog or another cat. I am currently receiving newstart allowance of $600 to $622(varies depending on Centrlink)regularly a f/night, plus extra assistance for living expenses while studying. I am enrolled in TAFE studying a Cert III in Business/Admin (medical) . I am also actively looking for work, in admin/reception as I prefer my own income / independence. I can afford a maximum of $190 week, towards rent with bills included, ie power, phone, internet). Will consider short term lease to start, all being well looking at extending to long term 6 monthes or more. Could you contact me by e-mail me if you have or know of anyone who may be renting a place, or wanting to team up. Thank you Tracey
