New to Brisbane. Looking for a house mate either guy or girl to rent hopefully in the cannon hill / Wynnum or surrounding suburbs area in preferably a house or townhouse. Wanting to find a place by end of Feb / start of March. Would like someone clean, neat and tidy. Easy going and friendly. All of which I am as well. Wanting to split the rent 50/50 make it cheaper for both of us. Not here to rip anyone off. Having a rental budget of 650/700 total a week then split that 50/50.
I’m a fireman in the Brisbane metro area, I don’t have any pets.
