Couple of inner city Melbourne mates looking to make the move to leafy Eltham or thereabouts to get away from the traffic noise and flashing lights of the local Kebab WorX. Amy is a musician and community artist... I work from home and will host the occasional respectful rehearsal at the house and am always down to jam. I eat vegan where I can but happy to live with anyone as long as we all look out for each other! I play gigs regularly and work in the city so will be in and out of town but am hoping to spend a fair chunk of my time working from home and gazing at gum trees. Jacob, who's originally from Adelaide is a Thermal Performance Assessor, whatever that means. He is also a creative guy who loves getting up in nature's face and wrestling canines. He eats everything except dried fruit and loves a debate, preferably by an open fire. We've been friends for many years. Jacob calls me his 'best' friend, but I just call him a friend.. it's a little awkward but we're getting on with it... We're hoping to link up with some other like minded folk who dig the idea of a vibrant and peaceful creative haven out where the air is a little clearer and where the trees grow a little taller. Very open to sharing our space with dogs but no cats sadly. Realistically we're looking to pay between $130-$180 each p/week (but thats really pushing our budget). And happy to share with up to 3 others. Hit us up if you think you might be up for a move out beyond the 86 tram line... x Amy ~ and Jacob
Im a 45 year old from Darwin that likes to chill and have fun, I moved here a few months ago and have been taking my time to get to know this city.. So. I'm now looking for a large unfurnished space with an ensuite preferably but don't mind sharing a bathroom.A room about 4 x 3 m would be great but could be a big ask ... I like a good laugh with house mates but also respect their privacy , I generally like to chill or go camping ,fishing and dive in summer, I like to spending time with my friends (generally with wine ) Am happy to do something around the house, I'm very easy to live with, very clean and responsible with bills and house hold chores
hi folks, I am a mature ages student studying to become a Steiner Teacher. I am currently in my second year. I am looking for a home which is a non smoking space ,cosy and warm with a sense of space with a nice garden, I am neat and tidy out of habit and respectful of other people.
Trustworthy and reliable, always clean up after myself and happy to look after the place. I enjoy a bit of social time but also give other people space. Quiet person who is respectful of other members of the household. Currently looking for work but need to find somewhere to live whilst still looking. Enjoy going out to the footy, rugby league or cricket or a meal down the pub. Out most nights at training or meetings and weekends with sport.
I am looking to find someone to share a home with, where we share the costs and also a meal every now and then. I am neat and tidy and love a clean home. I am looking for a room in an already existing house. I am not too fussed on location as long it is the the east, or even south-east. I am open to someone with children, couples and even pets. I am looking for somewhere modern and in a safe area. I also already have a fair bit of appliances like a washing machine, fridge and my own bedroom furniture but okay to sell them if they are not needed. If I sound like someone you would like to live with or maybe catch up for a coffee to discuss further then send me a message :)
Hi everyone, I'm a 30-year-old student in my final year of university. I am looking for somewhere to stay from end of September/early October until at least January, possibly longer. I'll be doing my final teaching internship in Donvale for all of term 4, so I'll need a place easily accessible to Donvale. During this time I'll be full time in a primary school, and probably spending much of my free time planning lessons, so I'll most likely be super quiet and you may not see much of me. Having said that, I'm super friendly and have a great sense of humour, so when you do see me I'm sure you'll enjoy interacting with me :-) I'm also a super neat and clean person so rest assured I will not be leaving any unwanted mess around! Hopefully I can find a nice flat mate to have me for a while. Thanks! :-)
A bit about me - my name is Alfonso, I'm 25, I work full time, study part time, and am a non smoker. I like paying my bills on time, I always clean after myself and I am more than happy to do my share of house duties. I normally work long days every day so just looking to find a quiet place that'd be mostly a place to relax and enjoy a movie. Don't mind socialising, maybe grab a beer or watch some TV with flatmates.
i'm a happy self employed window cleaner and i enjoy a stress free life, i dont expect too much from anyone but respect is a given i like to think. I'm an artist a martial artist and i love music and guitar, i drink a little, i smoke a little, i'm a kind and gentle person and pretty chilled out.
Full time worker who spends a lot of time outdoors. Clean, tidy, organised and reliable. Like my own space, especially as I do shift work. Have two horses so looking for somewhere close by to somewhere to agist them, or perfectly, on the property for a higher price.
I'm friendly, outgoing personality, can cook, very hygienic and respectful of my surroundings. Don't party or have any friends I just work for myself occasionally doing maintenance and spend every other minute with my amazing little 16 mth old half steffie, half kelpie named Maestro who is a favourite wherever he goes, doesn't bark, have a bad bone in his body , amazing ball skills and very affectionate
Due to the difficulty in finding a share house that allows pets, I'm looking for 2-3 people to start up our own in the Ringwood area. I have a couple places in mind but will need some others on the lease. A steady income, chill attitude and general cleanliness would be great but would also like to form a fun and friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable. About myself: Originally from Perth but I've been living in Burwood for the past year and a half. I work in the environmental industry and enjoying going out to see bands, social dinner and drinks and binge watching tv series. My dog Tila is a 10yo blue heeler who is incredibly friendly. She's generally ok with other pets but I would prefer to keep it to the one. We're both well house trained and happy to meet with others before moving in. If you'd like any more info, have any questions or would simply like pics of the pooch, please feel free to message me. Thank you :)

My name is Vicky. I'm 27 years old and currently working full time in a primary school. I am looking to go back to study next year to become an art therapist. I am a creative person who loves art, patterns, writing and reading. The things that are important to me in a share house are: a sense of community (talking and having dinner together when possible), cleanliness (but not over the top) and respect for each other's space.
I have a very laid back personality and love the outdoors. I work seasonally in outdoor recreation, most recently as a camp counselor in upstate New York. I'll be in Melbourne until the end of my visa in December and would love a chill place to be able to come back to at the end of the day. Currently looking for work in the area during that time, but already have job interviews lined up for when I arrive in September ranging from tour guide to chess instructor to hostel entertainment coordinator. I come from Dallas, Texas, play about any sport, love being active with my days and lazy with my nights. Feel free to message me to find out more!
I am a friendly, but initially shy 28yr old with a love of the performing arts, a Pilates studio receptionist and temp worker and also studying natural therapies. I really enjoy running and hiking and love going on day trips with my pack on. I enjoy a community atmosphere and wish to interact with housemates and become friends, not just merely live with people you don't know. Would love to lived with those that share. Share food, share music, share stories, share experiences. I prefer a household without a TV, or at least not have it on all the time blaring nonsense. More than happy to enjoy some documentaries or some movies or Netflicks from time to time though! We can make our own entertainment! I used to live in the hills but moved into Thornbury to be closer to uni, but now wish to move back out again. I need the fresher air, the space, the trees and a calmer way of being. I'm looking for people who can think critically, are creative and expressive, incorporate spiritual practice into their lives and homes and are gentle souls. I like housemates to be considerate of others by cleaning up after themselves, not continually slamming doors and heavy stomping etc. Ask others if they would like anything from the shops if you are going, or offer to do someones dishes if they are running late. I am a vegetarian, but don't mind what other people's preferences are. It tends to be easier for people to look after their own shopping, but more than happy to chip in for veggie boxes in people do that, and definitely up for sharing dinners and baking experiments!! I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to move in somewhere that does have an animal or two! Any questions, ask away!! Thanks, Loz
Hello! My name is Danika and I am looking to relocate from the city suburbs to get some quiet time to myself with my darling pooch Fela. I am a stained glass artist and busy musician, playing in several projects including 30/70 (10 piece jazz/nu-soul band), Tomgirl ( a five piece all-ladies desert rock band), Allysha Joy, and my own project of folk-soul sounds! very busy with creativity! I am realising that the pace of living alone is much more suited to my character. I need space to feel free and focused without the temptation of people and so many amazing things to do in the city. i've grown up living in fairly isolated locations, and i would like to return to the serenity of the bush for a little while. My dog fela is an angel. He is a 15 month old German shorthaired pointer, a very sweet and goofy nature, a relaxed energy, a peoples dog, and a dogs dog. He gets along with everything and every one. he loves adventure but doesn't run away! if you have a self-contained separate dwelling that a sweet creative and her dog could occupy, get in touch!
I am quite, (sometimes lol), tidy and respectful. Having lived with heaps of people I can appreciate being alone and the need for personal space, but also love to socialise and go out. I'm arty, innovative and creative; I love journaling, scrapbooking, writing stories and songs, decorating boxes and such, I'm a full time student. When I'm not busy with school, volunteering for ygender or getting my craft on, I try to get out for a gym sesh or a bike ride or I'll do a delivery for ubereats, to get some extra cash. I'm either looking for a room already in a house or alternatively have a few houses in lilydale I am looking into but will need a few other people to join me as it'll be too expensive otherwise Animals are my life and help me stay well so if I move in with you, my furr baby Jaycee will follow allow side the scent of other animals as I mean to do volunteering in this field.
Looking for laid back, friendly people who are happy to hang out and respect one another's space who clean up after themselves. Massive animal lover. On again - off again smoker. I'm honest and always want people to be honest with me. Hoping to find somewhere that will feel like home for myself and my cat, Bastion (he's a very good cat!).
I'm a fun, friendly, geeky lady who has always lived locally. I enjoy both being around people and hanging out alone. I like games, reading, pets, photography and music and am thinking about makeup freelancing, so any housemates would benefit from any or all of these hobbies if they're so inclined! Note that I've listed a start date because I need to in order to create my profile but I'm currently in a pretty flexible living situation & can adjust when the right thing comes along :)
Hey my names dean I'm a 27 year old qualified tradesman in a family owned business. I'm a quiet, easy going friendly guy who works full time 5-6 days a week, when not working I'm either at gym or catching up with family :) really need a place ATM so if I sound like someone you could live with please contact me cheers :)
I'm easy going, pretty chill about basically everything and I'm always happy to lend a hand. I keep to myself and clean up after myself. I always pay bills and rent on time and as for interests I'm into my older cars and 4WD's, drawing and the occasional sing-a-long in the car.
Looking to move after I get back from a Bali holiday mid-August, and not keen on signing a lease as I'm likely to be buying a place in the following 6-12 months. I'm the most clean and tidy housemate you will ever have. I like to cook, but I'm not very good! I'm on a weight loss and fitness journey at the moment (20kg down) so it'd be cool if we could gym together. Introverted af. Always up for Netflix and a drink; not into clubbing at all. I love seeing love bands, my favourite is Karnivool. I've just finished up my last unit of my bachelor of science at Monash and I'm a manager at Dan Murphy's (SWEET SWEET DISCOUNTS). I have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Max budget is including bills. Also looking for: - Carspace (definitely undercover, secure preferred) - Housemates around my own age - Private laundry facilities - Private balcony or yard area - Ensuite bathroom if possible - Housemates that are chill with my bf hanging around/staying over a few nights a week. If I sound like the one for you ( ha ) let me know you've read my whole profile by telling me your favourite breakfast food!
We are very hard working and easy going pair. We have been together for over 4 years and over that time have started creating a life for ourselves with our two very well trained Kelpies (Red & Bea) and our ragdoll kitty (Vada). I work full time for one of the biggest pharmacy retail chains in Australia as a retail coordinator I have climbed the chains in the company extremely fast. Matt has always been a gardener and enjoys the outdoors but recently has had time off due to a work injury. We have previously lived in a house alone together as well as in share houses with lots of different ages. We do prefer a relaxed household and a clean and tidy living space. We are not looking for a loud partying house. We enjoy taking the pups to the park and watching a good movie. We are very easy to get along with and are very respectful and caring of those around us. Please contact us if you can help us with a place for 2+pets. Thank you :)
