I'm a very friendly and easy to get along with person. I am tidy and experienced in share housing. I enjoy climbing and many other adventure sports. I grew up in Canberra, and am currently working fulltime.
Hi, The apartment I was renting I am looking for a new room. I work fulltime in the public service, am happy to share with guys or girls and am easygoing. I wouldn’t mind sharing a meal and a few drinks but I also know how to respect personal space. I enjoy being in the outdoors. Happy to move in now or in a couple of weeks.
Hello, I'm Diana. I'm 33 years-old and currently working full time at ANU. I've been in Canberra for 4 years. I have experience with shared accommodation: during my student years before arriving to this city and also here in Canberra. I'm looking for a place I can call home again.
Hi there! My name is Lena. I'm 23 and looking to move out. I work full-time. I like to gym, sleep and eat... A lot. Love going out for drinks and food. I am extremely extroverted and am easy to get along with. Typically you'll find me at work during the day from Monday to Friday and then at the gym after work. On weekends, I like catching up with friends so I'll rarely be at home. Ideally would like housemates I get along with - wouldn't mind a night every week or so where we can all hang out and catch up. Of course this isn't a deal breaker but it would be nice to have a little "family" I guess. Really big on respect. Respect my privacy and boundaries and I will respect yours.
Hey all! I've been living in a house of 6 since the start of the year and I NEED TO GET OUT. Anywhere in the inner north is fantastic, just as long as the roommates know how to use a kitchen without turning it into a bomb site. I'm super easy to get along with, never argue and can always be trusted to keep my room and the communal areas clean and tidy. Always up for a movie / games night. Currently studying Statistics at ANU and working part time, but hoping to work full time next year. In my free time, I like to travel around the area and discover great hiking trails. Looking to move into a chill, relatively social house with no dramas - preferably people with previous sharehouse experience.
A little about me: I'm a domesticated house-male, clean, quiet but social, drug and smoke free. I enjoy wine (red), food (Japanese, Italian, all the rest too), music (Electro swing, EDM, DnB, Australian hip hop, Metal) and tv (sci-fi / fantasy / horror). I have an awesome full time job in IT which I love, though I tend to work long hours. Incidentally my work requires me to have at least one police clearance done annually. I also study a fair amount for work. Past times include following UFC, gaming (typical IT stereotype), fishing, camping, board and card games. I also play golf and go for long walks, sometimes at the same time lol. I am looking for something within walking distance (or thereabouts, ~5 kms) of the city (Civic) or Mitchell to share with up to 2 others preferably with own bathroom (but I'm super clean and don't mind sharing). Length of stay depends on the place but looking for somewhere for 3-6 months or more. Happy to be contacted via email / messages through this site initially. Thanks for reading!
My name is Matt. I'm a full-time professional moving from Melbourne to Canberra and looking to find a place in an existing share-house around early August. I'm sharehouse trained - clean, tidy, respectful, and appreciate my quiet time, but also don't mind a chat or a shared activity. I have my own bedroom furniture. My preference is for off-street parking if possible and my own bathroom, but I’m flexible.
I’m currently in my third year at uni and working part time as a swim teacher. When I find the time, I love getting outdoors and exploring, or bunking down for a good craftanoon. I’m looking for an unfurnished room in a share house that likes to socialise with the odd dinner and drinks, but also likes their space.
