Hi there, we are a small family. Single mother of a 2.5 year old boy and 4 year old golden retriever who is house trained and a real gentleman (at this stage I am able to make other arrangements for my dog as its becoming difficult to find a place that is pet friendly) .I Work full time as a mobile dog groomer. My son attends childcare on weekdays and sees his dad every second weekend. I am looking for someone in a similar situation. Male or female, with or without pets. No party houses. Preferably long term. Looking for a quiet family environment that is clean, tidy and safe for children. I am a clean, tidy, reliable tenant. I have a good reference from current house mate. Unfortunately she is getting married and will be moving in with new partner. During the week I keep busy with my business, On weekends I am usually not home. Please get in touch if you would like to meet up and have a chat. Thanks :)

Hi there! My name is Svenja and I'm from Germany. I'm the perfect flatmate because I'm open minded, ready for funny and serious conversations, I like to cook and to have a wine with my flatmates or just to relax and read a book. I like to have a clean and welcoming home. I like to go out and have a drink but my home shouldn't be a big party place because I've changing shifts. If you think I could fit in with you just txt me :)
I have lived in enough share houses to have figured out that it is important to be considerate, helpful and mature in order to make it work. As a flatmate I am upbeat and friendly; I'm honest and always true to my word. I am helpful and supportive. I believe in cleaning up after yourself rather than expecting others to do it for you :-)
Reliable. Fun Can workout a suitable nanny, housesitting, agreement depending on place. Ie if its entire place I'll , do things around the home either whilst you're away or look after kids & pets ! Yes its kinda a job, share arrangement if it suits your needs. If you need a pa/ concierge perhaps I'm the person for you !
Hey gang! My friend Rosa and I are currently looking for a place to move in to together with the intention of sharing a room, but also open to having our own rooms if the price is right! A little bit about us: • we hail from San Francisco, Ca! I have been in aus since end of January and spent the past 5 months living & working in Melbourne but missed the sunshine! Rosa has been here for 2 months, living and working in Manly • we are both super open-minded, non-judgemental, fun-loving, mind-our-business ladies looking to share a living space with like-minded people • we are also both vegan, but not the throw it in your face type or lecture you for your eating habits type either, so don't worry ;) • we are both currently working in hospitality and know how to have fun, but pinkie promise to never bring the party home (unless you ask us to!) and also value the spaces we live & call home as our sanctuaries to keep us sane & recharged • we are beach bums & would prefer to find a spot walking distance to a beautiful beach! • also, please have puppies & kitties.. bunnies are cool too, or bearded dragons. whatever pets you have, we want to cuddle and shower love on and walk for free. If there's anything else you need to know, just fire away!
**Not looking for share accommodation unless it is a private room / area with own bathroom / en-suite. Thank you. I am a marketing professional moving back from London to Sydney. I love Sydney’s parks and beaches and miss them dearly – hence, I am looking for a small home for a 6-9 month period that is open plan and is nearby Queens Park / Bondi Junction - all the other suburbs listed are also of interest. A modern granny flat or studio would be ideal as I am looking for a private space. I am tidy, quiet and am often running or at pilates mid-week after work and like to get out and about on the weekends. Thanks!
Hi I'm Kelly, a 28 year old international HR person who recently moved to Sydney! I'm looking to be here for some time (at least a few years) but I'm initially looking to be somewhere for a few years at least so I'd love somewhere I can settle and make home. Whilst I'm pretty social, I like home to be fairly peaceful as I'm a no.1 fan of sleep 😴 I'm really after somewhere with sea views and housemates I can be friends with. I moved to Sydney because I love the healthy culture, I love to keep fit and eat well however I also enjoy many glasses of wine after a long day / to start the weekend. I'm used to owning my own home in the UK which has made me super clean and tidy and I'd love to live with others who are the same :)
Hi! We're a sociable couple looking for a place to start our experience in Sydney
Active, friendly, very clean and tidy - I love the beach and exercising. I'm very busy with studying (Acting) or working (Virgin Active) so I like to chill at home but don't mind the occasional beer.
Hi there! I'm currently living in Bonding now. I've just moved from the city & do like it here. I'd love to stay. Ideally - I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security and an amazing flatmate. I've been looking for a while now and would really love to find something soon. Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home however I'm very active, loves sports; good food, wine, restaurants bars, new friends etc. I tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. I'm an exotic mixed nationality. I've travelled extensively and I consider myself extremely tidy borderline OCD at times and prefer others to be clean and hygienic. I wont bore you any longer. Please feel free to ask for more information.
I'm a law graduate from USYD. I will be working and studying at the college of law starting in August. I am very easy going, responsible and clean. I respect my flatmates' privacy but also like to socialise on occasion. I am really looking for a place to call home! Hope to meet you soon 😊

Hello! I am from Brisbane originally and have just moved to Sydney after 4 years in London. I am 28, working full time in the city as a recruiter. I am looking for a friendly, relaxed place to live. I am quite clean and tidy, without being obsessive and love nothing more than fresh sheets and a clean kitchen. Looking for a non-party house with flatmates who don't mind a wine or four together every now and then.
Hello! I currently work as a trainer and in the fashion industry. I've lived all over the world, but been back in Sydney for 2 years now. I'm great to share a space with because I'm clean, considerate, like to have a place feeling like a home always and I love to cook! I love yoga and exercising, and getting to the beach as much as possible when the weather is fine! Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 30 year old professional (lawyer) working full-time in the city. I like to think I'm clean, calm, and cool. I'm looking for a share house that values the same principles. I enjoy minimalism (which means I'm clean and tidy), music, yoga and all things balanced lifestyle.
Hello! I'm a home owner & film student, currently in Byron & looking at returning to Sydney in late October. Ideally I'd love my own place but due to the current budget I'm open to hearing any ideas that might suit both our situations such as: furnished rentals, house-sitting, pet minding, caring for gardens, subletting, giving you a break from Airbnb or sharing with awesome, respectful people who value authenticity & you know, are just decent, kind folk. I'd LOVE to share a beautiful home in a beautiful area with one or two other people who have animals, who travel a lot - and my pet minding could lower my rental contribution. Open to ideas such as that! My ideal home is a private, clean & quiet one and I have excellent references. I love fires, baths, & pianos too but will leave that up to the gods. Also, I've written '$250' as my maximum rent as this is ideal, but of course I am aware that it's not the 90's & would be willing to discuss this further if something perfect came my way. Thanks for your time, MG
Very easy going, love philosophy and the bigger questions in life. Work hard and part of the suit brigade in the city. Enjoy light fitness. Travel regularly for work.
I am independent and mature: 55+ Up for a chat but very respectful of others space. I work as a clinical nutritionist currently updating my qualifications to naturopathy. I love Natural Medicine and cooking. I previously worked as an event manager and professional organiser so I am ordered and very tidy. Janine
I'm an easy going person who lives tge outdoors ! Looking for a place that's hospitable and friendly, I enjoy socialising and love getting to know people ! Currently studying nursing and midwifery and working as a nanny and tennis coach !
Hey hey! Frenchman here, been in Sydney over 2 years now and still exploring what this amazing place has to offer and keen to get a taste of what the costal life's like. Pretty relaxed and independent, I work regular business hours in IT during the week. If not at work I'll be found either riding my MTB or swimming/training. Curious of the nature around us, also enjoy reading and the cultural life too. Can bake mean chocolate éclairs... And debating on various stuff such as how curvature of space/time may or may not affect how your Vegemite toast tastes doesn't bother me. Bit of a nerd I suppose. And a Libra for whom it matters... Respectful of other's privacy in general, would be nice to find a place where minds and hearts speak freely, ideally with a beer/wine, or two. Generally of a quiet nature. Not a party animal and thus not looking for a party house. Non smoker too. Thanks Guillaume
Hello, To my potential future room mate (s)! My name is Ayla! (La for short) I am currently a full time worker in hospitality and a professional dancer on the side. My current house lease ends in January 2018 and I'm hoping to transition to a new place by that time. I am easy going, tidy and positive. Some call me a hippy at heart, due to my easy going nature. I absolutely love the beach, eating yummy organic food and keeping active. I enjoy socializing occasionally which is also balanced out with time alone to watch tv, listen to Ziggy Alberts or read a good book. I have already had experience living out of home this year, so it is 100% guaranteed I am reliable and able to pay rent on time, can clean amazingly well and will always be respectful to others living in the house. I love meeting new people and I hope to be a part of not just a house....... but somewhere that feels truly like home :) P.s I can cook too ;) Hope to hear from you ! Ayla :)
Easy going, always up for an adventure :) I work full-time as a Director of a tech start-up (used to work in law) and study full-time so I'm always busy but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine :) I'm extremely tidy and organised and enjoy reading, drawing/painting, playing ps4 and road trips. Message me if you would like to know more :)
Hi, I'm Nadine! I'm moving to Sydney in October after I complete my postgraduate degree in Ireland! I'm a sociable person and very clean and tidy! I enjoy nights out but also enjoy nights in watching movies with snacks and wine etc. I'm easy going and always up for a laugh! I would ideally like a private room in a modern house or flat with a few other like minded people! :)
Looking to move any time around mid October 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
