Kind, clean and quite. Tradesman by day, Sleeper by night. Looking for a well kept sharehouse to rent, I'm at work all day and hobbies consume my evenings, so I'm not always around the house!
I'm a clean and tidy girl. I work and study hard. I like going out, but I don't drink too much, I prefer to go out to dance and enjoy instead of getting really drunk. I like having some drinks and hang out with flatmates when they like it, but it's really ok to leave with non party people too. I'm easygoing and I've never had problems with my flatmates.
Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm 20 years old. I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a place to move into short-term. I'm very friendly, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending quiet time at home. I work nights at a restaurant in Balmain and spend my days modelling, swimming at the beach and going to cafes and bars. I am honest, organised and completely responsible. I'm more than happy to help cook and clean to maintain a happy, tidy house! I don't have any pets of my own but would love a place that has a cat or a dog for me to cuddle and love. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me but where I can have my own space too.
I'm a 22 year old female that's works full time as a retail assistant manager at Windsor smith and I am also a dance teacher. I always clean up after myself and am very respectful of personal space.
Two professionals working in the city, currently living together on the northern beaches and are relocating to the Eastern Suburbs to be closer to work. Erika is a lawyer working full time in the city. I work full time for a global fashion firm, still finding my feet after graduating from Uni and only recently moving to Sydney. In our spare time we are usually catching up with friends / family, doing pilates, checking out the markets or at the beach. We are both passionate about living a healthy lifetsyle and enjoy a girls night out as well as our down time.
Hi my name is Ash. I am a 27 year old female. I work full time as a medical rep. When I'm not drug dealing, I'm usually chilling at the beach or jumping around a boxing bag, running up a mountain or in search of my next adventure. I am neat, tidy and respectful. I enjoy a wine but wouldn't say I'm a party animal. Just looking for someone who is on a similar frequency.
I'm an easy going and fun Aussie girl who would love to live with a likeminded person/people. I'm currently living in Glebe but would love to get closer to the beach and the eastern subs again. I'm originally from the UK, working as a vet in Randwick for almost 2 years. Work fairly long hours so looking for a place to call home. Outside of work I love being outdoors, by the beach or going for weekend trips away. Looking for housemates I can chill out with in the evening for dinner and a beer/glass (bottle) of wine.

Hi, my name's Bree, I'm a 20 y/o born and bred Sydney sider. I work full time in insurance as an executive assistant Monday - Friday, and I'm looking at finding a room in the eastern suburbs, city or out Balmain/Rozelle way that's close to public transport to the CBD. I love (trying) to keep active during the week, but can never say no to a cheeky vino and a Netflix marathon when needed. I’m pretty laid back – not much bothers me except total insane mess or a filthy bathroom. Spend most of my weekends at the beach, or any day after work that’s warm and sunny for that matter, but also enjoy what’s left of Sydney’s nightlife, boutique bars or just a boozy Sunday brunch. General friendliness and banter preferred - not looking at living with a total stranger, but do respect down time and privacy! Really keen to find some likeminded girls to start a new place with as well. I’ve got most furniture for communal areas except for a couch, and come with a lot of scented candles and unnecessarily fluffy blankets for decoration as well (nick nacks are a weakness of mine…) I also come with a little ginger pussycat named India - she is very friendly and quiet, but tends to keep to herself during the day (in other words sleeps like she has the hardest job in the world...) and likes to have an explore and a cuddle at night. She is very low maintenance, but obviously people who don’t mind cats are preferred. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
Hello. I am a 47 year old male who is working full time in the Bondi/Dover area. I have been at my current school now for 25 years. I am looking for a clean and tidy place to live for 3 to 6 months (or longer). I am a fairly private person who would prefer a quiet place, that's not to say that I am anti-social, but shared living is a 'first-time' experience for me. I am a non-smoker/drinker.
Hi I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security. I currently work from home however I'm very active. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. Please feel free to ask for more information.

Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.

I'm great to share a space with because I'm clean, considerate, like to have a place feeling like a home always and I love to cook! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love.
I'm easy going and into my work, cooking and the gym during the week, also like a glass of wine And socialising with friends on weekends. Most weekends I'll be coming back to wollongong so I'm more a mon-Thursday flat mate. Neat, tidy and easy going.
CSU graduate moving back to the city from Wagga Wagga. Would ideally love to move in on the 30th or 31st as I start a full time job the following Monday. My work hours will be 9 - 5:30 not including travelling time. Mon-Fri as well. Going to be in Syd on Thursday (23rd) to meet potential room mates and view rooms. I'm polite, clean and career minded. Looking forward to a healthier and fuller lifestyle in the city :)
Very clean, generally very quiet and very respectful of sound in the house. I always use earphones to allow others to focus on their own work with ZERO hesitation. MUST be respectful of being quiet at night time - I NEVER make skype voice / video calls, phone calls or any other potentially disturbing noises after 9pm that can be heard in the slightest way from my housemate's bedroom. I expect my housemate(s) to reciprocate back with the same level of respect and keep consciously quiet at night after 9pm. I am also an open book as much as I feel that I can be. I am flexible with my housemates with other requests, but my privacy and my need for quiet time to do my Teaching work, research and rest after a long day is an absolute, undeniable non - negotiable for me. For fun in my spare time I enjoy reading, researching, watching a comedy / drama and keeping fit. Ideally I would like to share with a professional, clean, quiet housemate who I connect well with and who is a respectful, open - minded individual.
Super low maintenance housemate - I'm pretty independent and keep busy with work, clean up after myself and respect people's need for their own space at home :-)
I am a Project Manager Mon-Fri. Weekends I will be away surfing, training jiu jitsu and/or going out for some drinks. Easy going personality, looking for a drama free house or team-ups.
Student studying a Bachelor of Business at UTS and working part at the Scots College. Currently looking for a place to live in the Eastern Suburbs. Frequent traveller and looking for a long term stay of 1+ years. Less than half way through my degree at this point so I will be around for a while. Feel free to contact me anytime if you have further questions.
Looking to move any time around mid April 2017. The next time I can check out rooms is early April as I'm away until then. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I work full time and generally like to come home and relax after a big day of work. Im extreamly neat and clean and respectful to those who i live with and always look after myself. Im easy going and a nice person to live with. :)
Hello future friends! I'm a respectful, social and active person who thrives on laughter and happiness. I work full time as a network technician in Watson's Bay and hoping to move closer to the east. I am required to travel throughout the year, which will be to your advantage of course. I try to be as active as possible and in general just love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I'm always up for trying something new (anything is fun in good company). I love being in the water and pretty much anything associated with it. Ideally I would like to live in an environment where I would build a relationship with my housemates and live in a place that we all share and feel comfortable living with each other. If you have any other questions please ask. Thanks for reading. Giancarlo

Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years, ideally looking for somewhere with sociable people who will show me around. Although also like to have a bit of time to myself during the week if works busy. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it endlessly we should be fine...
Hi i'm Erin, starting full time work in sydney soon and looking for accomodation! Very easy going, neat and tidy and looking to live with people who are social but also respect each others privacy

We are all from the Philippines. I am a reserved and quiet person around strangers, but I can be great company when I get to know someone. I am a computer software engineer by profession and I like computer games, but I also surf and recently seriously started practicing calisthenics. Jaymari is a very business-minded individual, and is always looking for start-up business opportunities. I am currently working with him on a government-funded research project. Matthew is currently working as a system administrator at a large company. He is very cheerful and game for anything.
Bronny - 30 years old. Friendly, clean, mindful and reliable. Working locally at Porch & Parlour and studying arts and events management, with a background in marketing and advertising. I enjoy the beach, pilates, healthy cooking, unhealthy nights in with delivery service and a great movie, chatting over a bottle of wine with friends... normal stuff. No scary pets or habits. I'm looking for a home with like minded people, not a party house. x
A little bit about myself.. I am from Scotland and I have been living over here for just over three years now. I work full time as a dental nurse in Bondi and I've worked there for the past two years! I make an attempt to go to the gym with my friends a few days per week.. however after a tough day at work we sometimes prefer to grab a glass of wine instead! I'm pretty laid back and would like to think I am up for a good laugh, however you may struggle to understand a word I say with my accent!
Hey there! I'm a 32 yo professional looking for a room in the eastern suburbs/inner west with on-street parking. I'm reluctant to move from my current residence in Kirribilli with lovely housemates but the lack of parking in the area has been a nightmare! I am respectful, friendly, easy-going and extremely neat and tidy. I'm very independent but I do enjoy the occasional glass of wine or night out with my housemates.
Two easy going and social girls from Sweden who's looking for a place with like-minded people! We're also very neat and clean and like to have a nice environment in the apartment. We both moved to Sydney to study full time but will be working part time as well, so we'll be looking on places were we kan have a peaceful environment to study but also somewhere were we can meet nice new people. Besides our studies we like to socialize, drink wine, exercise and cooking.
Hey everyone, I'm an educated athletic professional male looking for a house to share so I can save money to purchase a house sooner than later. I'm currently training for half ironmans, meaning I'm out of the house a lot swimming/cycling/running and I do a fair bit of yoga on top of that too. I like to cook, especially BBQ and am definitely not a vegetarian. I also like to go out for a few drinks occasionally and love coffee. I was born in Canadian and own a rental property back there so I know really well the importance of respecting people's space and belongings and am quite handy with home repairs (I'm an engineer).
Hey everyone. I'm looking to locate to the northern beaches due to relocation of work, plus it's been my dream to live out that way for a very long time. I'm down to earth, love a good laugh, social but love some me time too. In short, wish to create a home where each roomy feels comfortable to be themselves and enjoys each other's company (or find a home that already has this feel). Message me if you think we match up and we can go from there :)
Hey! I'm Lauren (22) and I'm looking for a place to move into with my boyfriend Oskar (23). I'm a Shire Gal, but Oskar's introduced me to the North Shore and I love it. I am a 3rd Year Nursing Student at ACU in North Sydney. I also have two jobs, one at Priceline and the other I'm beginning in a month or so as an Assistant In Nursing at a hospital. Oskar is an apprentice landscaper working 5-6 days a week. We're both pretty chill and get along with pretty much everyone. I am a bit quiet but don't take that personally, I'll warm up to you! Oskar on the other hand is outgoing and guaranteed to make you laugh. We like to spend our time relaxing, going to the beach for a skate or a surf (during winter there's more snowboarding involved!), and don't mind having a chat. We're looking to move into a place ASAP, so please don't hesitate to message me if you have a place you'd like to welcome us into!
