Hello Future Roomies! Toilet trained. Know how to use a vacuum. Capable cook. Animals love me. Blooming gardener. Property Manager working in Woollahra. Also moonlight as an Uber driver for some extra money. Working weird hours, but always respectable of being quiet when needed. Would love to find a house that I can call my own, become good friends with my house mates. I do have a girlfriend who may stay over a couple most nights per week. She is possibly the cleanest and quietest person you will meet. She is in child care and trying to get into Personal Training. 110% respectful of all boundaries, privacy and requests. No I am not a party animal so you won't see me drunk (a glass of wine and cheese is another story). Or getting angry with the TV as the dragons have lost yet another game. Matthew
Moved over from Auckland working full time at an animation studio until the end of Feb. I'm a fun guy, easy going, friendly, respect personal space, but also like a bit of social interaction every now and then.

***Preference is for somewhere with garage or security off street parking*** Hey all!! I am a pro musician I am also psychotherapist with a clinic in Elizabeth St Sydney I am an electrician by trade I have also taken on university this year too like there wasn't enough to do!! :-) Re: the music I don't have loud stuff going on at home... I work most nights and often in late Therapy- The practice is 1 - 2 Electrician - non-practicing Generally, I work a lot, and all self-employed..(for the last 15 years) Chilled and relaxed happy to go with the flow mostly. Non smoker Usually, like the gym vibe, although am way outta shape and my usual routine at the moment. Previous flatmates have become life long friends... For the past 6 years had exclusively female flatmates I like clean and tidy not to the point of OCD, and am definitely ok with the occurrences of life, but yeah, clean tidy is good... (preference is to get a cleaner) Generally, with food, I do my own thing mainly as I am always in and out but also of the ilk if I have something there and you want it/some, then all in for sharing and caring too Not a party person am usually too busy with work and Uni! But happy for guests / partners and all that etc Looking for homey vibe so that, partners and or friends are welcome and neither of us have to get a permission note every time someone visits Chill and easy going Have listed 6-month option But gotta be practical ie if the vibe is cool and everything works then longer but also if it isn't, no point sticking it out and living in space that isn't comfortable for all!! Looking for somewhere with garage / or security parking

Hi :-) I'm 31 and have recently relocated to Sydney from the UK. I'd describe myself as easy going, happy, positive, bubbly and fun loving. I'm really laid back and like to get along with everyone. I have quite a silly sense of humour and love a good giggle and banter. I’m a social person and would be up for having dinner and drinks with my housemates but also know when to give people their own space, I like my own space at times too. I have my own group of friends that I socialise with so if you’re not wanting to socialise with housemates that is fine…equally if you are looking to socialise with your housemates I’d be up for that too…like I say I’m really easy going :-) I work in recruitment and often work long hours so I like to chill and have dinner during the week. At the weekends I like to get outside and explore, meeting up with friends, chilling at the beach, and going out for food. I love music and festivals, and I'm partial to a bit of a Netflix binge on the latest series when the weather isn’t so great. Ideally I’m looking to move in somewhere as soon as possible but this is flexible as I’m staying with friends atm so could move in later, ideally I'd like to have secured somewhere by November. For length of stay I am looking for somewhere 6-12 months. I work in the city near Martin Place so I’m flexible on location as long as I can easily commute to work. Budget is $300-$400 per week. Looking forward to finding a place to live and someone to share it with :-) If you have a place you think I would suit or want to team up please get in touch.
I am a 30year old professional, working full-time in Marketing and am looking for a place to call home. I’ve recently moved back to Sydney after a 2yr stint working in London, and am looking to move back into the eastern suburbs. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle, enjoy going to the gym, being outdoors and cooking. I am super clean and tidy and always respectful of my housemates and hope for the same in return. I work long hours so am usually pretty chilled during the week. On weekends I like to explore and I am usually out and about, socialising with friends/family or spending time at the beach.
Hi, I'm Hayley :) I recently relocated from Perth and work as a Personal Assistant at KPMG in the city. I'm a happy and chilled out person with a sense of humour and try to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy socialising and spending time at the beach on the weekends. I am extremely clean and tidy and I think a pretty epic housemate! I have accommodation for the next few weeks but looking to move somewhere late Nov and would prefer something long term but also willing to consider shorter leases. Would love to live close to the beach or public transport with like minded individuals who can enjoy a glass of vino and some banter but also respect privacy. I have bedroom furniture which is currently in storage.
From the UK with a job. I'm a responsible, sociable person looking for a home, not just a bed. Used to living independently. Would be happy to share meals etc. but at the same time, respect everyone's space.
Hi everyone! We are looking for a new place to call home until about February. We're very easygoing and friendly, both in our early 20s. We're not really party people to be honest, we like to have a chat, having a beer and listening to good music. We love movies, tv shows and music. We like to cook and bake and Isa does it quite often. Lucas surfs and is very into music and playing the guitar. We were hoping to find a place near the ocean to enjoy the summer, but of course, anywhere is fine if we have nice and friendly people around. Please don't hesitate to send us a message if you think we'd be a good match. By the way, we need to find a place to move in around the 30th of October, but the sooner the better! Thanks (:
30 years old Uruguayan-Italian man looking for a place to stay for the next few months (job depending). I'm just arriving and planning to be working full time once I get a nice place and fabulous mates who to share my life with. I'm really calm, but enjoy having dinner together and going out from time to time. Like the beach and running. Also need a place where to park my bike. Please contact me asap since I need to make a decision urgently! Cheers, Mauricio
I'm Heidi, a 28 year old Welsh girl relocating from London to Sydney for some much needed sunshine! I'm looking for a house share where the flatmates are open to socialising after work with a drink or in front of the TV, and being friends as well as just living together. I'm a pretty relaxed flatmate, but tidy up after myself and appreciate a clean living area. In my spare time I enjoy working out, reading and travelling. I also love cooking and will happily feed future flatmates :) I'm keen to explore Sydney and travel around Australia. I get to Sydney on the 9th October, and am available to move in after this date. I'm basing myself in Sydney and will be working full time here, so I'm looking for a lease for any amount of time from 6 months to 1 year, but would consider shorter lets if the flatmates and property were too good to pass up!
I'm Kate, 30, English born but have been in Australia nearly 10 years now and have my citizenship. I'm a full-time executive at the Arts company in the city and (mostly) love my job! It's normally 9-5-ish, with events and late nights every few weeks and very occasional travel. I like podcasts, brunch, red wine, travelling, assembling ikea furniture, movies at Palace cinemas. I'm currently trying to ramp up my fitness efforts and improve my cooking and would love to find somewhere that helps keep me motivated with these things, perhaps near a beach/big park and with a nice kitchen! I have quite a bit of ikea furniture and household items (inc fridge, bbq) I could contribute, but equally happy to sell if it's not needed. My job is very social and busy and I'm often out in the evenings with friends or at events, so when I am at home I tend to be quiet and like to unwind on my computer or netflix in the evenings. Of course happy to have a chat and a wine when I get in from work. Equally, I'm good at respecting other's boundaries and needs.
Hey there, Have just moved back to Sydney from Ireland. Looking to get a place close to the ocean. Would be ideal if it had an outdoor area or balcony. Somewhere to park a bicycle would be good too. I'm am a very easy going, social guy and will be working in financial services in the city. Coming from a house with 3 others in Dublin so understand what goes into a shared house etc. Anyone thinks they have something along these lines, please let me know. Cheers, Niall.
Hey I'm working full time in the eastern suburbs. I often work long hours but love to unwind on my time off cooking with a nice glass of wine. Love to get out and about at the weekend and catch up with mates. I'm quite easy going and do like to be social but don't want a party house. Ideally like to find a like minded housemate or somebody that wanted to start a share together maybe..

We are 2 couples from Chile (Vicky and Moises, and Daniela and Claudio), we are in our mid 20's and we are looking for 2 rooms for us in the same place!... We are extremely easy going people, very clean, tidy and respectful. We all love to share some drinks, hang out with friends and meet new people, but also we like our private space. We are looking for a place with no other spanish speakers so we can improve our english. If we have to define us in a few concepts we´d say: we love meat, chocolate, soccer, handcraft beer, wine, good books, good music, movies, board games and game of thrones, of course. :D
I'm Katie, British, and looking for an awesome new flat after being offered a job in Sydney! I'll be working fairly standard hours as an engineer in the city and am pretty sociable outside of this - I love going for dinner or drinks after work, but do also enjoy time to relax at home with a good film :) I like cooking and baking, so expect the occasional stereotypical British tea-time if i'm around!
Young female professional, work in recruitment. Very clean, tidy, chilled and easy going. Into fitness, professional irish dancer, food & the sea. During the week I enjoy runs after work and cooking!
Hi! Our names are Erika and Luis. We ve just moved into Sydney because Luis is working at the airport. We are looking for a place to be happy, to enjoy the city and to travel around this part of the World. We come from the other side of the globe: Spain! We are very excited with the experience. It would be great if we can contact if you are looking for a nice couple to live with. Thank you very much and smiles from the new Aussie-Spanish couple!!
We are an English couple living over here on working holiday visas. We are fun, out going, clean, drama free and easy to live with. We are both really into health and The Beatles. Looking for places in the Eastern Suburbs and the City
Hi there! My name's Maddy, I'm from Sydney and work in a veterinary clinic as an animal attendant/kennel hand. I'm also currently studying vet nursing with TAFE online (So i'm a huge fan of animals as you can tell!) I consider myself a very clean and tidy person, I always clean up after myself and obviously completely understand that a shared household means shared cleaning responsibilities. Although 23 years old, I'm certainly not a late night party person, clubbing and raves have just never been my thing, I prefer going out for a movie, brunch or dinner with friends. I also don't smoke (or do drugs) and i'm not much of a alcohol drinker either (I prefer sitting at a sunny cafe with a cup of good coffee haha) I do consider myself fairly social/friendly and love to have a chat and share a meal. I consider myself very open minded and love learning about things, travelling and experiencing different cultures, I also like to draw and read. I keep pretty active my job is quite physical (lots of dogs to walk and cages to clean) and you can always find me out walking in the sun on my days off - i'm a pretty early riser (8am would be a sleep in for me!) as I've had about 3 years to get used to a 7:30am start at my job. I love food and like to eat pretty healthy most of the time - although a huge fan of the occasional ice cream or burger! Although I have indicated that I have pets, I would NOT be moving in immediately with any pets - I do have a dog and cat but they would be staying at my family home. I am looking for a pet friendly property to keep open the option of adopting a small dog in the future (if my situation allows) as well as potentially needing to take over the care of my cat if and when my family relocates. Well, that's me! Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Maddy
Very social & energetic guy. I'm moving up from Canberra to start work outdoors as a gardener/ maintenance manager. I like living in a tidy place. Enjoy heading out for dinner/drinks but do like my lazy nights here and there. I keep fit with either gym or just getting out for a walk.
Steph and I are both physiotherapists working at Sydney children's and prince of Wales hospitals. We are both very fit active and clean. Looking for a nice place where we can cook and hang out with some like minded people.
We're an easygoing, social couple, looking for a private room preferably with our own bathroom (however if this isn't the case, it doesn't matter too much), and within reasonable distance to public transport, and relatively close to the beach. We are both in our third year of our degrees at UNSW. Michelle studies music/education, works part-time as a Receptionist and Teacher's Aide, absolutely loves dogs and bunnies, and is always looking to go on a new adventure. Ryan studies computer science/chemistry, works part-time as a Tutor, tells a lot of lame jokes, and can bust some pretty decent dance moves. We have both lived with flatmates before and value a social household and would love to live with some flatmates who could also potentially become good friends. We would love to move in with anyone that doesn't take life too seriously, likes to watch bad TV shows, have a good chat, and the occasional few drinks. We are both quite busy during the week with uni and work, but we're both usually home in the evenings and on weekends. We are also very neat and clean, very considerate and respectful of any household rules and restrictions, and are looking for people in a similar age range.
We are moving to Australia on a more permanent basis this time and sre looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to spend out first month while we find secure jobs. We are both very clean and tidy girls, chilled out and like to cook :-)
Hi, my name is Olivia and I'm from Sweden, currently living in Stockholm. I will be studying communication design in Sydney from February 20th for 2-3 years and I'm looking for a place to stay. I love pets but won't be taking any to Australia, like to go jogging or do yoga and enjoy eating healthy. If you feel like you would want to live with me, send me a message! :)

Hi my name is Armand and I'm a designer working in CBD. I'm looking for a room until new years, so if you could help me with that that would be awesome :D
Hi there, I'm Andrew and I'm relocating to Sydney from Melbourne for work in early November. Looking for a share house in Coogee, Clovelly, Bronte, Randwick, Waverley (or close by). Ideally 5-10 min walk to the closest beach and close to a bus stop into the city. Easygoing and active professional looking to live with 1 or 2 like minded housemates, either male or female. Not interested in a party house but would like a housemate or housemates that are up for a few drinks and a chat. I plan on spending a fair bit of time exercising and at the beach.
Hi. I'm Wil / Wilf. I'm relatively new to Sydney and looking for some friendly, decent and considerate people to welcome me to the city! I'm British, an Architect by day, and recently started work in the city. I strongly believe in both working hard and enjoying life but after finally, finally finishing 12 years of study / work / study / work etc, I now want to start seeing a bit more of the world... Hence my move here and fresh start overseas. I'm a devout cyclist / runner and I always try to keep pretty active - I like to be outdoors whenever I can and hope to get started with a triathlons pending a swimming lesson or two (I'm talking tweaking, not fundamentals - I'm not that special!). So I will admittedly need space for my bike... I equally enjoy a night out to a night in and don't understand people who lock themselves away in the evenings / weekends. I want to meet people who honest, kind, sociable, easy-going, like to smile and are most of all... normal. Plus any pets would be an absolutely bonus... I want to take a dog for a walk! I love making lists, socialising, gigs (but don't go to enough), whisky, condiments, being by the sea and eating (everything). I have a few friends here already, but as ever, looking to make new ones. Some things I dislike in life. Always a good discussion point... Slow walkers, slow cyclists, people who are slow generally, sitting still, anything "faux", materialism, Halloumi, extensive TV watching, Brits abroad (guilty), closed doors, purple things and having my photograph taken. That above all else. I am (honestly) a clean and tidy individual, but at the same time wouldn't dream of shouting at someone for leaving a dirty mug out. I also really enjoy cooking and hope to get back into it after a hectic past year or so...
Hi there! My boyfriend and I are looking for preferably a 2 bed or 3 bed apartment/house for about 5 months starting November 1. I am American and he is Brazilian, he is working full time on a Working Holiday Visa and I'm working part time and studying. We are both quiet and respectful in a shared place, but like to share a glass of wine or dinner with housemates too. We love to do outdoorsy activities like cycling, hiking, beach volleyball and soccer, but also like to stay in and watch Netflix or a film.
Hi I´m Oliver, I am 28 years old and I am from Bremen in Germany. In Bremen I worked as a wood-technician. For the perfect start I need a nice and friendly flatshare. To get a better impression of me as a person I would like to tell you something about me. I like to do sports for example jogging and going to the gym. Also I like to hang out in a good community and to make a barbecue with friends. One of my other hobbies is travelling and this is the reason why I´m excited to be in Australia. I think what makes me great to live with is that I´m a clean person and really uncomplicated. With me you can always have a great time but I also like to relax in my own room. I hope I get some nice messages and I can´t wait to hear from you. Cheers, Oliver
I've lived in plenty of share accommodation over the years so I've mastered the art - paying everything on time; keeping common areas tidy; respect; consideration; having my own life and last but not least, good company :) Not interested in sharing with couples.
Hey, I'm from Brazil hence a happy bubbly girl , au citizen, been here 9 y , bookkeeper , and I'm social and friendly . But also like my quietness sometimes. I'm very neat and would be sleeping over 2/3 nights out at my house over northern beaches with my partner. I like cooking , laughing , sharing red wine, exercising , like movies and riding my bike outdoors . I'm ready to move in but also could wait a few days weeks if needs as I live with my partner so there is not a hurry .
I am a 28 yo brazilian, who have been living in Sydney for 2 years. At the moment, I am studying and working (Westfield Bondi junction). I am easy going, very friendly and looking for a place where i call home :)
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room to rent in the Bondi/Junction/Centiniel Park/Waverly area. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have just completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year. I work full-time in CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates.
A little about myself, well I'm 26 and see myself as a pretty relaxed and friendly person who's quite sociable but happy to entertain myself if people want their own space. I'm a lover of the beach so if the sun is out you'll know where to find me. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy a sociable drink on the weekend or even a cheeky mid week beer or wine. I try and live a healthy lifestyle but love my food so checking out new cafes and restaurants is something I look forward to. I cook quite a bit as well so happy to share meals or cook together if you're into that. I've spent the majority of the last few years travelling, living and working in various places across the globe and basically chasing the sun haha but now I have myself with a opportunity up in Sydney that would be stupid to turn down so I figured why not. Feel free to drop me a line. Looking forward to hearing from my future roomies! Cheers Xav
I am a full time student studying a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at UNSW, and have permanent work. I am looking for a place to live long term. I am easy going, sociable and clean. I am respectful of others and enjoy time to myself or with my friends and family. I am looking to live with like minded people, that are keen to live in a friendly, relaxed environment, but do not have issues with cleanliness. I grew up near Wollongong, so I enjoy outdoor activities, particularly surfing and bushwalking, so living with people that enjoy these would be a bonus (but not essential) :) I am looking for a private unfurnished room. Feel free to ask me any other questions.
Easy going, clean, love music and to share a meal but equally happy doing my own thing. Love the outdoors, especially the ocean, and new pals, and a bit of cheesy Tele every now and then. Have a cat (dog) - truly more dog than cat, a Burmese. He loves all people, super friendly :)
