Recently moved back to Sydney from Wollongong. Been working full time as an electrical engineer for the past 8 months whilst completing my degree, so I'm looking to move closer to work. I'm a laid back, tidy and active. When I'm not at work, I'll usually be at rugby or catching up with family and mates. I'm quite a social person so I don't mind hanging around home having a chat, helping out, cooking a feed for the entire crew or just having a few drinks. But when its time for some R&R, you'll find me sleeping for most of it. Have lived with a number of people beforehand and still keep in touch with them all, even if they have moved to all ends of the Earth. So it'd would be great to move in with folk that I can continue this with. If you do have any other questions, please do just ask away :)
My wife and I are both great cooks and we are neat and tidy. I'm good with the tech and IT stuff while my wife loves baking. We're both professionals and have lived in a rental apartment for almost 10 years before coming to Sydney. We have an average tenure of 2 years with the longest tenure of 4 years. We always make a home out of where we stay.
NOTE: I am NOT seeking share accommodation of any kind sorry. Seeking totally separate granny flat/separated accommodation/apartment and the like thankyou. Seeking a quiet peaceful 1+ bedroom Granny flat/unit/ apartment fully self contained, need air conditioning installed for health reasons (and a bath if at all possible not essential) . I'm very Quiet, private and keep to myself , I respect my neighbours and always friendly to others. I Have great references . Always pay rent on time without incident, have owned my own home previously so will care for your property as my own, prefer my own place for complete privacy to call home, I have no children , yes I do smoke BUT I Never ever smoke inside , always outside , I love animals so no problem if animals on property, ideally would love to get a small pet further down track but not essential if the property suits . Im seeking long term rental In hills district or by the water on the central coast nsw to create a home again as my current landlord Is considering selling this property here sadly so need to relocate also to a more affordable home. I will reply to all messages within 24hrs. Move date I've put there is approx only as once I find a new home I need to give my landlord notice etc. Kindest Regards Penny
We are looking for somewhere to live for 4-6months until our granny flat is built at the end of the year. We are easy going, respectful and enjoy the company of others :)

I'm 23, Aussie, easy going, love sport, love to travel, love beer and will be working as a Sports Administrator at a high school. I'm great to live with so please let me know if you have a room to rent :)
I am very helpful and friendly, easy going, generous, loyal, humble, generous, funny and happy 😊. Love to chat. Work as a horticulturist at a wholesale plant nursery which supplies plants for all the flower power stalls in NSW. Love animals such as birds. Other hobbies are exercises eg weight training and running. Also one more thing, i love 😍 washing up and drying.
I am very quiet and easygoing. You'll hardly know I'm there, as I just need a quiet place to sleep at night. I have another property where I will spend all my time that I am not sleeping, so my needs are very minimal. Access to wifi would be great. I do have a small, quiet, clean whippet dog who does not bark, or smell or shed fur. Please meet him before automatically saying no, as you'll hardly know he is there either. We just need a place between 11.30pm and 9.30am (no cooking etc) but I'm still happy to pay full price. Thanks!
I have a great personality and love to meet new people. I enjoy being social as well as enjoying my alone time so I can work to whatever my housemate/s prefer.
I'm 18 years old and just started a hair apprentice in Hornby so anywhere near there would be great though happy to go as far as North Sydney. I'm not the party and drinking type of person. Very chatty and happy to help around house when needed. Preferably live in a Women's only place.
Hey everyone, I'm Paige - a part-time worker and part-time uni student. I spend my time going to work or uni, come home and head to my computer. You may potentially will forget that I live with you! I don't drink or smoke and just an easy going person who is into books and movies. I'm capped out at $200 a week with bills and internet included. Cheers!
I am a compatible person, believes in live and let others live. Looking for a private room. I am a student at MGSM. Clean and tidy. Friendly and easily approachable. I am looking for a chilled out house share, looking for a home rather than just a place to live
I'm easy going and like to live in a clean place. Currently working full time as a geologist on a 7/3 7/4 roster but enjoy being social on my days off - hence looking for not just housemates but people who'd like to hang out sometimes but also enjoy their own space. Movies, fitness and music are my hobbies :)
Hi! I'm Gabby, I'm 21 years old, working in retail and finished uni last year. Looking for a room in a sharehouse around The Hills area. I'm a very clean person, keep to myself but don't mind a chat either! I am a smoker but if you would prefer I don't smoke on the property, I will respect that 100%. I'm easy-going, down to earth and love animals. I have no problem doing household chores & chipping in for bills when/if necessary :)
