Hi ladies, I am a full time professional in the data analytics field. I work at Norwest Business Park hence I am looking to move to a suburb close to my office. I am Vietnamese and have been in Australia for nearly 5 years. I prefer to stay in a flat with all female flatmates. I cook quite often but I am clean and tidy. I respect other people's privacy and would love flatmates who are sociable and friendly. If you have a room for rent and think our profiles match please drop me a message :)
Both of us are working professionals, I am a banker with NAB. Katie is a school photographer and works with bunnings. Most of the time we keep to ourselves, watching netflix and gym after work. We also do basketball and dodgeball on the weekends, so you will barely see us. We were looking for an ensuite big enough for 2 people or looking for teamups to get the whole house at any of those locations. Cheers
I'm a full-time student studying education (finishing this year) who works part time in before and after school care so I'm usually home for a few hours during the middle of the day and at night. I enjoy cooking and often babysit on the weekends. I am very self sufficient, clean up after myself, and enjoy spending time with others.
FT Marketing Manager. I do have a guitar but after living in an apartment I've mastered playing very very quietly + I've been playing for like 15 years so It can sometimes be pleasant. Don't really mind where I live so long as the place is a decent size and it's relatively easy to get to the city via public transport. I'm also never home during the week because of work and gym so you'll basically have the place to yourself! Off-street parking is a must as my insurance doesn't cover my car otherwise. Hmu! :)
Plant Operator working in construction.Great flatmate easy going and quiet , clean and tidy.Like the same in return. Willing to pay a bit more for the right place. Prefer house
Excellent cook. Active. Clean. Tidy. Non smoker. I enjoy all sport and work as marketing director for a global office supplies business. From England but permanent resident in Australia.
I work full time (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm ish) as a course admin for an education and training provider in the CBD. When I get a chance, I enjoy reading, cooking and bingeing on Netflix. Not a total party animal, but enjoy catching up with people for after work drinks. Move date is currently late Feb/early March, but there would be some flexibility if the right place became available sooner. I'm friendly, neat and considerate, and I'm looking for flatmates who are likewise!
Easy going and friendly guy that gets along with everybody. Love to have a chat and a laugh (love a good laugh!) but also respect others privacy. Am looking to move closer to work and enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors and seeing friends/family. Work in Bella Vista but originally from the Hills area. Very clean, tidy & organised.
I'm full time at university, part time working and with all my 'spare' time, I'm either volunteering or spending time with my friends. I cook and always clean up after myself. I know the importance of keeping to myself but also love to have a wine at the end of the night & have a chat. I'm looking at moving out before April, but if the right place comes up - I'm happy to move out before then. I'm still living at home so this is going to be a big change for me.
I’ve been living out of home and looking after a 4 bedroom property for the last 5 years. I work full time as a sales rep and usually just have quiet weekends in. I share my life with a beautiful, well behaved border collie (medium/large dog) who is house trained and friendly. She needs some outdoor space however I will be walking her a lot. I’d love to live with people who have similar interests - not party animals but also like to have a good time. I like to cook, stay fit and also enjoy a drink at the end of a busy week. I’m extremely clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. I work a lot, sometimes from home. I also have my own fridge and washing machine, if needed in a household. Move date is flexible and all dependent on whether I find the right place, however I’d like to find something between May-July.
I am friendly and easy to live with and am happy to chat or give you your own space. I come with two very affectionate indoor cats. I am only moving because my current roommate is allergic to my cats.
I'm looking for a room just for a short time only. Busy never at home, tidy, clean and non smoker
Outgoing fun guy working full time in marketing. I love cooking and the gym. I get along with a wide range of people and am super chill.
Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊
I am a friendly working professional who is looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to live. I love film and TV and I'm just as happy to socialise and hang out as I am to chill by myself. I don't smoke or have any pets.
We are a clean and organized couple! Frank is American and works as a personal trainer, and I am Australian and working as a performer. We both also own our own nutrition business that we run together. We are very healthy and live an active lifestyle!
I work full time as a realestate agent. I work close to 60 hours a week. I have a beautiful girlfriend who will drop by once in a while to visit. I am friendly and social. Love to have a chat but will respect your privacy. I like to have a peaceful place to live and not a party shack. Looking to share a house and make friends
I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. I'll be working full-time in Sydney until at least October 2018. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, drawing, programming, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my second year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party at all or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I know that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and follow a "clean as you go" mindset, and always clean up when I'm done. I also always pay my rent on time! I've been living independently for ~7 years, so I like to think I'm a bit experienced with sharing spaces with others. Anywhere within a ~10 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal, or within walking distance to MQU. I do have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room - I have a double bed, a desk and a bookshelf. I can supply all of my own things like towels and plates/bowls/cutlery if needed, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Please feel free to get in contact with me and ask any questions, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
Hi, I'm 25, currently at uni. I'm a quiet but outgoing person. I love food, Netflix and reading. I'm a pretty chill person all round. Can't wait to hear from you.
I am a full time employed engineer in Nth Sydney. I enjoy hanging out with friends, sightseeing & exploring around sydney, the beach, cycling and the occasional round of golf. I am clean & tidy, and respectful of other people within the house. I prefer to come home after work and relax and watch a bit of TV or netflix, always up for a glass of wine and a chat too!

We are married couple from India and I am working near Macquarie Park and my wife is non-working. Either looking to share a modern 2 bedroom flat with someone or a 3 bedroom and both use the 2nd bedroom as a study/home office. I have until Feb 23 to find another place, but might just find a place and offer the spare bedroom between then. Minimum of 2 bathrooms so we can have one each. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. Happy find a place where I pay higher %age rent for Master Bed + Garage I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
We are 2 intelligent young people. Dedicated athletes training in track (Emily 200m, Oliver 400m/800m) Emily just finished Masters and working full time as a research consultant + personal training, Oliver studying marketing and sales working part time + working on start up company. We are clean, thoughtful, considerate and very pleasant. We sleep early (10pm latest) and rise early.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Perth to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 4 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats.. prefer room furnished maximum of $450 including any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of North Rocks, North Mead, Parramatta, North Parramatta Carlingford, Epping, Rhodes, West Ryde, Sydney Olympic Park. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
