I have recently moved down from Brisbane for work and am looking for a place between the city and Norwest. I am very easy going, like to socialise after work over a drink or movie etc. On the weekends I enjoy being outdoors, at the beach, playing sport, attending music gigs or socialising with mates. I am looking to live with like minded people.
Full time registered nurses working in a private hospital in the upper North Shore area looking for a 3rd person to share a place with. We are shift workers so we probably will not interact as much but we'll try our best to socialise :). No preference with gender. Must like dogs (^^). Awesome if you're Filo. Much more awesome if you're a nurse as well. We will bring our own appliances, electronics, furniture and other household necessities from our previous place so you just need to bring your own bed. Bills will be shared.
Myself Tully, and one of our best mates are all looking for a place to rent as we are all starting our studies at Macquarie Uni in February. We all came from the same high school , located in the Northern Rivers area and we are all excited to start our new path in Sydney. All of us are quiet and amicable individuals with a lot of personality. We all get on well with others and love meeting new people. Thank you!

Hi! I am a Filipino and an incoming student at Macquarie University (Masters in Public Health). I am looking for flatmates/ room for rent preferably walking distance to the train station. I am a very friendly person who enjoys conversations but also respects private time. I am very tidy especially in the kitchen. I dont smoke and usually workout after uni or work. I love dogs so it won't be an issue if you own one. On free days i enjoy staying in watching netflix/movies or go around sydney. Im not much into partying.
Hi all Myself (Ian) and my lovely partner (Yin), are a very friendly socialable, clean and responsible couple. We have done Air BnB before meeting lots of people from Australia and across world staying at our own apartment, and always had fun meeting new people. At present I am working from home helping a few new start-up businesses (including my own), and Yin works in child care full-time, plus rental income from our own unit makes us again very even further reliable share tenants. We are also 'pet people' though and have our own cat, small Maltese dog (both of which live mainly inside), and also offer Pet Minding services while I am working from home on these start-up businesses. Thus if you like animals and having a very friendly couple around, please let us know and we are more then happy to visit for a chat soon asap :) Cheers, Ian and Yin
I'm Ingrid, 25, a postgrad student at Macquarie University. I'm easy going, peace-loving, considerate and responsible. I'm a little reserved but I'm quite friendly once I get comfortable. I value my own space but also find joy in chatting, family dinners, outings etc with everyone in the house.
I will be working full time for a media company in Macquarie Park, Currently in Canberra and will be relocating up for work which starts on the 14th of Jan. I’m a clean, tidy, easy going guy and tend to keep to myself. I like getting out on weekends and have friends in Sydney I’ll be spending time with as well. Also like going for walks and exploring new places. But more than happy to have chat or have a drink and watch a show at home too. Looking for a nice room in share house with great people!
I'm a full time travel agent looking for a new share house for myself, my partner and our little cat. I work for a travel agency specializing in Japan and am a huge fan of anime and manga. I also love film and TV and used to work in film and television - where I met my partner Jeff. Jeff works as a camera assistant for film, TV and live sports coverage and is also skilled at rigging, fabricating, fixing and basic electronics. He loves cooking, video games and films. Our cat - Mocha - is a chatty and friendly little fellow who loves humans. She is estimated to be about 8 years old (she was rescue animal) but is still quote energetic for her age. She likes to play chase around the house and sit with you while you watch TV. We are clean and organized and love to cook. I'm also a huge coffee lover and will bring my bean grinding, milk forthing coffee machine to contribute to my new home (in our current house anyone can use it as long as they help chip in for the coffee beans). We have been living in a share house for years with 3-4 people and are team players when it comes to cleaning and maintaining the house. We are looking to move to a new share house from our current share house in Petersham. Our current share house is with a great group of people but is quite small and very, very old. With that in mind we are looking for a more modern share house with more space and ideally street parking for my boyfriend's car. I work in the CBD but my partner works all over the city depending on his current placement. Ideally we are looking for somewhere within 30 minutes of the CBD.
Hello there. My name is Le Anh Pham. My friends usually call me Austin. I was born in Vietnam and I have been in love with Australia for 2 years. I am currently studying master of accounting and also work roughly 32- 35 hours per week. I am clean, tidy, kind of a friendly guy. I love making new friends, travelling and playing board games. I also respect other privacy because as a human being I understand we all need quiet times for ourselves. I am looking for friendly housemates who want to build great living quality together. My ideal place would be less than 30 minutes by train to CBD, and less than 10 mins walking to neareast station. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks a lot. Cheers!
About me: I am a recruiter . I work full-time in the City (Town Hall), I love my sports, and I will be going out regularly on weekends to attend Sydney FC/Sydney Swans games. I also go to the gym regularly. If I'm not out and about I'll usually be watching Netflix on the couch or in my room (I don't mind retreating to my room if you bring guests over!), playing Xbox or relaxing. I will be coming with a Laptop, Xbox One so hopefully you have a decent TV so I can plug my console in. (also have a Chromecast, which is super useful if you don't have one already). I consider myself a peaceful, quiet, tidy person. I will rarely bring any unwanted guests over and i will let you know in advance if i do. I don't smoke and i won't be able to live with someone who does as I have a medical condition. I don't have a car so i will require somewhere that is from walking distance to the train station or close enough to the City where i can catch the bus/walk. I absolutely love animals and in the long-term I intend on adopting a pet, so hopefully your place is pet-friendly, however if it isn't that is ok too. What I am looking for: I am looking for a fully furnished room preferably double bed size but single is okay as well, a good window that allows for plenty of sunlight and breeze, desk, chair, wardrobe and possibly a hanger where i can hang my clothes but not essential. The apartment will have a kitchen, microwave, laundry, lounge room, good internet (Prefer Cable/NBN). Location: I am happy with an apartment that is walking distance to a train station or bus stop to the City (Max 30 mins) and close proximity to shops where i can buy food, furniture, clothes etc. Last but not least i respect other people's personal space and i expect others to do the same for me.
I'm quiet, considerate, polite, respectful, honest and clean. I'm looking for somewhere to hopefully stay long term until I save up enough to buy a house. I'm easy to get along with, mind my own business and clean up after myself. I generally keep to myself and play games, watch movies or work on my business but can be social too. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink, have parties or have people over often. I don't have any pets and I work full time Monday to Friday. On top of working full time during the week, I also run a small online retail business! This means I have a decent amount of stock that I need to keep with me and therefore need a bit of room for the crates. I'm looking for somewhere that has the following: - Housemates who are CLEAN and TIDY in common areas - Housemates who are considerate and sane - A large bedroom (I have a queen size mattress that I would like to bring with me) - Somewhere to park my car, happy to be on the street out the front, even better in a driveway or something though - Fast internet - Housemates who are CLEAN and TIDY in common areas - Housemates who are considerate and sane - I know I've listed the above points twice, just want to stress it haha Other than that I'm good. I would absolutely love a granny flat or unit but might be a stretch given my price range. Thanks for your time, have a great day! :)
