I am currently a masters degree student of Macquarie graduate school of management. As a cosmopolitan traveler, I have travelled and lived across cultural diversities, I hold and value our differences in high regards and hope it will be a greater assets to us tomorrow. I am looking forward to a like minded individual, someone who values fun and friendship a lot but has the focus to see ability in disabilities! I kinda of function most actively in a quiet environment, so If possible an accommodation with 5 housemates maximum! I ain’t looking for just a house mate, but a friendship.
I'm a pretty easy going guy. I'm always up for a chat but will respect your space/privacy. I like to keep things pretty clean so I wont be a problem with tidiness. I dont smoke, I like watching some sports and I try to be active health-wise. I dont mind having a drink and love having a good laugh. I'm only looking for a place to stay for a month or so, possibly a bit longer. So I hope there is someone flexible for my situation.
PLEASE READ MY BIO AND CONSIDER MY BUDGET before messaging me.Please note I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM. Hi future flat mate, I'm an early childhood educator. I love working with children. This should justify the fact that I am very tolerant, fun and responsible. I’ll be going back to uni from March to pursue my career in social justice. I love to paint when I have time and cooking. Friendly, chilled out early 20’s girl. Wouldn't mind having a drink or two over the weekend and chat.
~Ideally looking for a team up~ A little about myself, I’m 22 working full time for a non for profit in Parramatta CBD. My hours range anywhere from 7am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work if I’m not spending time with my friends or family, you’ll find me most likely watching some weird comedy on Netflix. I love to have a laugh and I’m a bit of a social chameleon. And if you’re wondering, my first name is pronounced like “Ryan” without the “n”. I wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional drink (or two) or meal after work but I also understand that some nights you’d just want to chill on your own too. I may not make my bed as often as I’d like to, but I like to keep both my private and shared space alike fairly tidy. This would be my first time living out of home for more than two months (hopefully) but I have always paid rent and my share of the bills on time and plan on continuing on doing so for the rest of my renting life 😝 I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a queen bed and a desk. Looking at moving date around mid March. I don’t drive, so I’m looking somewhere within walking distance to Parramatta CBD or fairly close to a train station/shops. I value effective and open communication so please note due to my schedule, I will not be replying to messages for places that don’t meet the criteria above.
$220 maximum including bills. Can't move in until start of March My name is Aja, pronounced like the continent Asia. I am a 23 year old female. Can be fairly private at times but do enjoy a bevvy with friends and housemates here and there, along a good movie or show to binge. I'm a lover of art, especially photography and am keen for photographic adventures. I'm slowly building up a portfolio. I enjoy cooking and would be happy to help out or make household meals every now and then. I like things to be neat and tidy but am not overly OCD about it. I am about to relocate around the end of Feb back to Sydney from Melbourne to be closer to my family following a passing. I was born in Sydney and have lived in the Inner City, Northern Beaches and Blue Mountains (as well as in Melbourne and up in Byron Bay). I'm looking to live in Western Sydney close to a train station where it is a bit cheaper but easy enough to get to and from the city for work. I am currently working in electricity sales but will be pursuing a different profession in Sydney. I played and taught roller derby in the Blue Mountains 2013-2016 and would love to get back into that. I spent 8 months in Cambodia in 2017 learning about the culture, experiencing the wonderful sights with my camera and working in a busy bar (called YOLO) on Pub Street. I volunteered my time working with a few local schools as well as veterinarian outreach programs in Siem Reap. I helped foster kittens and cats and am an animal lover, happy if people have pets in their household. My plans for 2018 are to work, save money and go to Japan for the first time.
I'm a second year student at UTS and need somewhere to live as I'm not able to live with my parents anymore. I have a small dog named Yuki who hardly sheds. I'm happy to live in most places in Sydney as long as public transport to the city is easy enough.
What makes me great to live with? I am an honest, and trustworthy person. I enjoy a good chat and can be quiet as a mouse when needed. I enjoy playing games, fixing my car and having a drink. Let me know if you want to know more about me. Cheers.
Hey Team! My name is Nick, I'm a 23 year old who just graduated from Uni and will be working at Westmead Hospital for the next year so am hoping to find places nearby or close to the train line. I'll be looking for places to move in around the end/middle of March but am flexible with dates I'm after a private room that is preferably furnished, but if not I can probably sort something out for the right place. We have to have internet and a good sense of humour. I'm a relaxed and friendly guy looking for some similar people to chill out with for a while. Always up for movie/food/adventuring sessions but also pretty good at being lazy and just taking weekends off to rest. Bonus if you work at Westmead too and we can stumble there together in the morning with coffee. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Let me know if you have any questions, places for me to look at, or will be a bit of a loner in the area like me and just looking for a new mate. Happy to team up with people and get a new place together Cheers Nick :)
Hi my name is Andrew, I study B Nursing and am in my final year, I am also starting work at Westmead hospital. I am fairly quiet, I am usually working or studying, or crashed out after a shift, otherwise I enjoy hanging out with housemates with an occasional seeky beer. I am respectful of people and their space, am great with paying everything on time and have ran my own house for the last 4 years, and I love to keep things clean.
Hi, I am 22 years old and will be studying at UTS from the autumn session. I believe in cleanliness and first things first, I am not a smoker and neither do I prefer alcohol in any form but am cool around people who have it because I understand that it is all about preferences. I am a calm, composed and an adjusting person who will not be a nuisance as I like to live peacefully, respecting the privacy of my room/flatmates. I will mostly be working, cooking and studying during my stay. If you live with me for a week, it would honestly be like living with someone you already know. I gel well. Thank You.
I am working professional from India. I am very friendly, neat and clean. I will be working full time from Monday to Friday and would love to hang out, few drinks, chit chat with flatmates over the weekend. I am very easy going person but at the same time very clean and expect the same from others. I am very social and respect privacy and culture of others. Hope to find a new friend in this beautiful country soon
I just moved to Sydney from Melbourne and I'm looking for a room for myself around Paramatta. Working full-time and also doing some online entrepreneurial work after work. Bit of a workaholic but I'm always happy to grab a drink or two, have a chat and go out (love salsa). I've done the shared house thing before so know how to be clean n all. A non-smoker btw.
Outgoing fun guy working full time in marketing. I love cooking and the gym. I get along with a wide range of people and am super chill.
I am 32 year Old finance proffessional and full time employed with one of the private firms in CBD.
