Earlier in the year I moved back to Sydney after living in Canberra for 5 years. I am currently working in a call centre and shortly starting online study in HR. Currently in my free time I've been doing boxing/bootcamp and dance classes. I also love to cook/ bake (am happy to share meals) and like to have things clean and tidy, especially the shared areas. I have lived in sharehouses before and often keep to myself, though also happy to be social/ have a chat. I also love animals, so happy to live with pets. I do not own a car, so would like somewhere close to public transport.
I'm 24, Registered Nurse. I have a bubbly, laidback personality. Am extremely clean and tidy. Love to cook, hang out and have a few drinks with friends, don't mind the occasional night out too. I love the beach and am into my fitness.

We are a super friendly and fun couple, and would definitely want to be friends with whoever we live with. We are really clean, tidy, and respectful. Ben works full-time and Margaret works part-time as well as studies full-time, so are rarely home during the day. We're hoping to find another couple which is similar to us! :)
Easy-going and tidy, looking for someone to share a two bed/two bathroom apartment around Parramatta! Non-smoker but enjoys a beer or six. Grew up near the area and work full-time between the Hills and North Sydney. Love playing sport (up to three nights a week). Perk of living with me is a ton of free hommus due to the nature of my work! Looking for someone dependable and friendly to share the rent with. Prefer a newer apartment with a car space/street parking with easy access to shops and restaurants. I have a fair bit of furniture and appliances (including two leather couches, fridge and freezer, washing machine, etc.) that I'm happy to share usage of. My move date can be anytime between now and mid-December, so get in touch today if you want to know more!
Amylou here, Im 29 yrs, Working in Botany full time, looking for a room to rent or people of similar mind to team up with for house renting. I am a social person, i like to have a chat, maybe a glass of wine after a hard day. Sunday Bbq or roast are my favorite thing to do...yes i cook! :) i am looking for house mates that are easy to get along with, and like to just hangout even if its just watching some tv :)
I am currently living in Parramatta and looking for a new place to call home for a minimum of 6 months. I would like to stay within walking distance of Parramatta or Westmead train stations, but I'm open to other suburbs in the area close to the train line. I would prefer my own ensuite / bathroom. I am an Accountant working full-time at Penrith. Outside of work I practice yoga, go bushwalking, to the movies and socialise with friends usually out somewhere. I am clean and tidy, reliable and quiet. I do cook although not every night, and clean up after myself so the common area is left tidy. I am looking to share a house or apartment (with access to parking) where the flatmates are friendly but also independent, kind, polite and considerate of others as I am.
I am from Nepal. During the course of studies, i have lived in Germany (5 yrs), Spain (2 yrs), Sweden ( 1+ yrs), Switzerland (5 yrs) and United States (2 yrs). I am a flexible, open and clean person. I will start my postdoctoral fellowship in Westmead (University of Sydney) from JANUARY 2018. For that purpose, i would like to list myself as a prospective guest. PREFERRED LOCATION- Parramatta or Westmead area or a location from where (176 Hawkesbury Rd, Westmead NSW 2145) can be reached within 15 mins on foot. I never had any problems staying in homestays or shared apartments in so many different cultures and countries. I am a positive person who likes easygoing people. I adapt to any surrounding. If you are multi-cultural, have traveling experiences or if you want to know such a person, it's great. Thanks, Kedar PS. If the place is well-located and situation-allowing, i can stay longer too.
Hi, my names Taylah:) I'm a 23 year old student at Uws parramatta. I'm clean, tidy and quiet. My family lives in Newcastle so I'll be away some weekends and I like hanging out and binge watching TV shows. Feel free to contact me if you have a nice place and I'd be happy to check it out:)
I'm a pretty easy going guy, play a lot of sport and like to get out and be active, love to cook and I am very clean or better yet good when it comes to cleaning behind myself. love to have a good laugh. I am a single dad, with shared care arrangements, so looking for a place with multiple rooms available or to team up with someone in a whole property. Kids are usually only with me 1 night during the week, then every second fortnight for a weekend, but even then I like to get them out of the house to do things. I would be leaning toward a larger property, have to let flatmate take room with ensuite, but that can all be discussed down the track
Hi future roommates, my name is Akshay. I am 22yo Kenyan International studying at the University of Sydney. I would like to describe myself as an easy going, clean and respectful person chilled to the core. With hobbies, I love to gym and play football. I also love being awesome. I love keeping it to myself but I do enjoy a good chat here and there over a shared meal. I am looking for a private 1bedroom/studio accomodation as I enjoy my privacy.
I’m a student studying at Western Sydney University. I’m basically from India. It’s been a month for me here in Australia. I’m more of an extrovert and a social type of a person but prefers keeping to myself at times. Respects privacy and also expects the same from the other person. I also prefer having an ensuite or my own bathroom. Not having OCD, but follows this principle, ‘You break it, you make it and you make it dirty, you clean it as if you’ve never entered the area’. Please note: Only Owners or Co-Owners can call/Text. Thank you.
Hey, my name's Dave - I'm a 31-year old comms engineer and have shifted offices so I'm looking to get a bit closer to work. I've lived in 3 sharehouses now - I'd say I'm pretty down to earth and easy to live with as I have been the mediator when housemates have clashed in the past, but if I can avoid that situation that would be great. I'm also fairly tidy/clean and will do my fair share of chores around the place. Most weekends I'll try to catch up with a few mates at bars, lunch etc., go to the gym and try out some indoor rockclimbing every now and then. I enjoy music and go to music events from time to time.
I am a people person who simply gets along with all people from all walks of life. I am a very social person who loves to make jokes and make people laugh. I am generally a fun person to have around and yet, I love my alone time as well. I work 6 days a week for a popular Company called Australian Outdoor Living as a Master Designer so am hardly home and my life pretty much revolves around my work. I am very considerate of other's space and privacy. For fun, I like to watch movies and meet friends at Cafes for a coffee. On Sundays, (I work every Saturday😣) I looove to sleep in, relax, go slow, then call my friends to plan activities for the day before heading out. I am a very organised person and like things around me to also be organised and as such, I like to keep things clean and tidy. I think that most people generally enjoy having me around.... 😊. Would love to meet you and I thank you for your consideration.
I'm friendly, good with direct communication um considerate & responsible. I'm queer, I'm interested in reading, politics, karaoke, swimming, learning etc I can move anytime really. No rush I love where I live but it's a bit too small & I want a house that's more social. I like time to myself but would like a bit more interaction w Flatmates. Must be LGBTIQ friendly
I am a respectful, clean and sociable person who is easy to get along with and can cook a mean Thai red curry. I am currently working as a nurse at Westmead hospital and am looking for a place relatively close by. Anywhere from Penrith- Parramatta would suit, as long as it is near public transport. I am looking for either a female or male housemate who is clean, tidy and not a huge partier as I have to be up early for work during the week. I do not work shift work in my current position so will not be coming and going at all hours of the night.
My name is Thomas and I am looking for somewhere that people are clean to within reason. I hope to move in somewhere that I can get along with people who are easy going and a good laugh from time to time. I like to read Medieval stuff as well as Sci-fi and Fantasy. I like it when the person I am living with (or persons) understand that everyone needs to chip in to keep the place neat and tidy as well as giving each other personal space and being conscious and respectful of each others lifestyles. I am also a very social person and love to get out and experience the world(Hiking not Partying). I like going to the gym to work out, mostly focusing on building muscle more than anything else. If you like that kind of activity maybe we can train together. Though I don't go much on the cardio... I also like a bit of gardening and find mowing the lawn to be therapeutic so you can always count on me for that! I am a christian and regularly attend Hillsong Church. I Hope to study at either Alphacrucis or Hillsong in 2018 in Sydney.
