I'm a 25 year old female looking for a place to live with respectful housemates. I'm happy to share a wine or dinner, although also enjoy my own time and space. I've been in Canberra just over three years, and my current housemate is moving to Sydney.
Hi! I’m an easy going and fun person who loves a good meal and a good laugh. I’m a young professional who works full time so the only time I’ll be around is on my weekends and after work if I’m not out with friends having a drink and dinner or going out for a coffee. I enjoy traveling around Australia and quite frenquently go back to visit family in Coffs Harbour. I love swimming, gym and cooking and don’t mind playing the occasional video game 🙂

Mature, easy going, quiet but not boring, friendly but happy with my own company. Interested in social justice but not a rabid lefty and passionate about animals. Currently living south of Canberra in NSW but looking to move back into town. My move date is flexible as I am welcome where I am until 23 January I really enjoy walking, movies, iview and SBS on demand, craft including pottery, being out and about at markets or galleries or in for a quiet evening. Travelling to Sydney, the coast and farther afield Reasonable cook who likes to try new recipes particularly after a recent trip to Spain and the UK/Ireland. I have my own bedroom furniture which I would like to use. I also have my own lounge room furniture which can be stored on the property or used. Storage would be a bonus. No white goods but happy to purchase if necessary. No children.

My partner and I are responsible young adults looking to move out for the first time. We are both recent graduates from Lake Tuggeranong College. Ben has a full time job and I am currently looking for one. We are tidy, non-smokers and we are more than happy to be social with flatmates. I don’t tend to login to this website very much and I don’t pay for it so if you’d like to team up and start a new sharehouse or if you think you have the perfect house for Ben and I, please message me and I'll give you my number. Thanks everyone!
My name is Ashley. I would be the ideal house mate because I'm laid back, relaxed and have a caring nature. I like to keep to myself mostly but would like to have the option open to have friends over to visit or to have a quiet drink on the weekend. I'm not looking for a party house at all and are looking for similar attributes in a house mate which are respectful and trustworthy. I work Monday to Friday and also sometimes on Saturday's. On the weekend, I like to take my dog for a walks, watch movies and go for trips back to see my folks every now and then. Molly is a small sized dog who is sweet in nature (especially with children), loves a cuddle and doesn't bark.

I'm Daniel I’ve lived in share houses for a while, I’m respectful and considerate and certainly would like to socialise with others if they’re keen! I’m moving from Sydney and I would love to take my dog, a 1 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, he’s a very gentle dog that is good with everyone. If I can take find a a place with him he will stay with my family in Sydney. Looking for a house preferably or a team up with someone else to move in and find a place with!
I will be moving to Canberra in January to start post-graduate medicine at ANU. I have lived in share houses in Sydney's Inner West for almost 4 years, and have lived with a huge range of people. I have an little indoor cat named Eva, and we are looking for a relaxed place somewhere close to ANU or the Canberra Hospital to share with clean but relaxed individuals!
We love to keep the house clean and basic hygiene will be well taken care of. Wants to come back to healthy home cooked food? Just let me know and I can always just cook an extra portion for you. Maybe healthier cakes/ muffins for any celebration We are environmentally friendly when it comes to energy consumption. So far only used heating in winter evening to heat up the room and aircon to cool down room when it is above 30 degree indoor. Our current housemates were amazed that water and electricity consumption went down after 2 of us moved in to replace one previous housemate. Time to move on as one of our housemates decided to have an unemployed guest who overstay from 2 weeks to 10 weeks, damaged the oven and even created a mess daily in the kitchen which I have to clean up. We rarely have visitors except for the occasional dinner with friends. And maybe friends/families from Melbourne who might stay a day or 2. Furnishings we have to share on top of our room furnishings: Indoor: 23" TV with TV Box, Indoor Antenna, HP Envy printer, a foldable dining table, microwave, crock pot, rice cooker, kettle, sandwich maker, vacuum cleaner, a mop, a kitchen bin etc. Optional (can give these away) Outdoor: White table with 3 chairs, outdoor umbrella, umbrella stand. Garden: Shovel, garden fork, manual lawn mower, leaf blower. We do prefer house mates who are respectful to others, easy going and clean up after themselves.
I am moving to Canberra in late January to begin a graduate role in the APS. I am clean and tidy and am willing to help around the house. In my spare time I enjoy reading or playing sport, particularly cricket and field hockey, but enjoy most sports. I am considerate and I think easy to get along with and am hoping to meet people in Canberra. Let me know if I would be a good fit for your place.
Clean, tidy and easy going who also respects personal space. I'm good with budgeting so paying for my share will come smoothly. I will be working full time in the IT space in Canberra.
I have moved to Canberra for work. I will be working full time in the APS. I am generally a quite person who respects others space but I do love the odd sunday sesh or trip the pub. I also enjoy playing social sports, board games nights and settling down to a good book. I love going to watch live sport (especially rugby) and I'm hoping to get some trips up to the snow this winter.
I'm friendly and easy going, mostly keep to myself - but wouldn't mind occasional chats and a bit of a social house. I'll be starting full time work in Jan end. I like to keep the house tidy and am respectful of other housemates. I like to cook sometimes, read and have occasional outings with friends. I don't have a car, so would ideally like to live within walking distance (upto 10 minutes) from a main bus stop.
Hey I'm Ari a 22 yr old Transman. I'm a quiet and clean person who enjoys cooking, reading, watching anime, looking after my plants, drinking tea and playing pc games. I enjoy swimming, banter, kayaking, reading and watching TV.

I am also interested in social issues, law and abstract questions which have no practical application in real life.

Hi! I'm an international student from Singapore, currently studying at ANU. Im looking for a place to rent out near ANU preferably. I am an easy going, pretty chill and friendly person. I am quite particular about cleanliness and keeping tidy. So you can expect me to keep my place very clean and well organised without any clutter of sorts. Not much of a party animal, I much prefer to stay in and read books or have movie marathons. However, i don't mind the occasional fun. I also like to explore new cafes, eateries and sightseeing place and Canberra with my friends. I like to socialise and new people but I also greatly value my privacy and time alone. Hi! I'm a 25yr old female moving down from QLD to Canberra to start work at the Canberra hospital in early January, and my boyfriend is late 20's working in the design field. We are quiet, respectful and tidy and have lived together for 3 years, and always had at least one roommate and gotten along well. We are down to earth and respectful of personal space, but also more than happy to hang out for a drink or check out events on the weekends. We are very independent and don't live in each other's pockets! Please let me know if you think you have something that could suit, time is of the essence!
