I have been living here in the ACT for four years now after moving from country South Australia. I'm quiet, easy going and independent and can fix things around the house. I'm always up for a chat and I do enjoy a good conversation over those interesting topics... Like, what way the toilet paper should go or is pineapple on pizza acceptable. I'm in to hiking, mountain biking, music, cars and computer games. You won't see a lot of me through the summer because of work. When I am around I usually I spend my spare time out and about adventuring or socialising but I gotta say I'm really starting to dig those quiet nights in now days. I am a tidy dude but I definitely don't consider myself a neat freak. You can leave the tissue box off square to the table if you're wild like that and I won't be fussed. Like most people in this town - I'm a public servant.
I'm Courtney and I'm 18 years old. I work 2 jobs (both in retail) and am a student at University. I also do competitive dancing and play golf. I've lived in Canberra my whole life and I enjoy it here. I'm looking for a share house with friendly and relatively tidy people. I'm looking for a room anywhere in Canberra except for the Gungahlin area.
Working full time in my own business. I spend most of my time at work or at the gym. I am a quiet person who prioritizes my health and sleep. Forsee spending a lot of time during 2020 in Sydney, where my girlfriend will be living. Living with tidy housemates is important to me.
Hello! My name is Zina. Ideally, I'm looking to share a place with one other roommate or two if I can have my own ensuite. I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples belongings and space, but also sociable and friendly. I'm looking to share a place with people who share my values in maintaining a tidy environment and who are conscious of not making loud noise at night (for example, throwing parties all the time or playing loud music).
Work in the public service. Clean, neat and tidy. Quiet, active and healthy lifestyle. Respectful of others personal space and privacy as I would expect in return. Happy, outgoing personality with an awesome sense of humour. Happy to consider other areas as long as within 15-20 minutes of Greenway. I am also requiring my own bathroom and due to the size of my bed and other furniture a large bedroom, just don’t wish to waste anyone’s time 😊
I’m currently working full time in a corporate office. On most weekends, I visit my relatives in Sydney & sometimes I head back to visit my family in Melbourne. Outside of work, I'm either at the gym or I'm hibernating in my room. I live quite a fast-paced life balancing personal study, work & responsibilities; so I ideally want a home where I can relax and re-charge. Though I consider myself quite introverted, I appreciate a chat with my housemates or sharing a meal with them every now & then.
Hey! Heather is a organised, clean, flexible, respectful, non smoking/drug using, full time student planning to move from Wollongong to Canberra in the next few months. Current casual disability worker and will seek additional work once settled. More than happy to share chores, etc. Ivy is a social, hypoallergenic, roast chicken loving, house trained, four year old indoor cat. Full time snuggler/sunbather. In her spare time she likes to fetch and take Heather for walks in the backyard to roll in the dirt. We’re a fun, friendly and respectful pair 🙂
I’m incredibly clean, will do whatever chores needed, I work nights so will stay out of your way but I’m always down for a good chat and a good beer! I also will be bringing a beautiful well mannered Great Dane X called Mishka!
I'm easy going, not long been in the region. Very quiet, clean and sober. Looking for a reasonable price place, clean.
I'm very relaxed and down to earth. I respect other people's privacy and am a tidy person who cleans up after myself. I'm not into partying and bringing people home at 2 in the morning I rairly drink. I'm quite a private person, I do a fair bit of yoga and try to keep myself in decent shape, saying that I don't mind a good chat and a laugh and the occasional meal together . I work full-time in construction and pay my rent and utilities on time . I'm looking for house mates with a simular outlook . References can be provided .
Oh hey I’m Becca 👋 Currently living with the folks but planning to move out once the uni semester finishes up. Looking for a place to live that won’t send me broke! Most days I'm usually up early to hit the gym and work keeps me busy during the day. My party days a loooong behind me but I enjoy catching up with friends for the occasional Friday night drinks, BBQ or girls night (which are never big nights). I also enjoy a chilled out night on the couch (binge) watching Netflix too. The kitchen is one of my happy places - I like getting creative with my cooking and baking. I also like to do roadtrips, lake walks and brunch on the weekends. I thought I would give the share house thing a go - might give me a chance to do some solid saving over the year (for more holidays!) and get to meet some friendly new people along the way.
Tidy, happy, quiet woman and son (11yr) looking for accommodation. Responsible, own vehicle and working. Have been living in Canberra 12 months. Hi Everyone!! What makes me great to live with is that I have lived in share accommodation since moving to Canberra 7 years ago for uni. I now work full time and have to move out of my current rental as the owners have decided they would like to move back in. I am well aware of what can make sharehousing great and the small annoyances which can also appear. I am very happy to pick up a vacuum or mop and do weekly cleans as well. I am a fairly quiet person who likes to be alone but also loves to have a good chat or netflix binge with housemates. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. Cheers! Sarah
