My routines: I am working most of the time, and hardly watch tv unless I have time. I work as a teacher in Montessori kinder day care. I have my own car, so I will need a space to park the car.

Hi, I am am easygoing, sociable and very neat and tidy as you will find out in my reference, from my current landlord/housemate Daniel who is also my first new friend when I initially moved back in 2016. I moved back to Melbourne 2 years ago for work and to be close to family and was lucky enough to find an available houseshare just 10 minutes from my family here in Hoppers Crossing. I have traveled all over Australia due to my time in the Royal Australian Air Force so I get on well with people of all age groups and personality types. I am also very respectful of other peoples need for space and privacy. I was lucky enough back in July 2016 to find the perfect housemate Dan through this website within the first 4 weeks as they say, or your second month free which i never ended up needing......... and have been living initially with just Daniel, and then also his partner Mel and what started as a 6 month trial has lasted for 2 fantastic years and new friendships. I am looking for long term accommodation again, preferably in Hoppers Crossing. Now there is only one not negotiable and its that I am looking for accomadation for me and my very well house trained, desexed 5yr old male cat Toby. My maintenance to his needs are high level and you won't even know he's there barely as he sleeps in with me every night and if it's a quiet area he can go outside again as he's been an indoor cat for last 2 years as we live on a main road and it was just to dangerous. He will leave you be or sit on your lap or try anyway as he's a big tabby cat. I also see him as family so where we go next, we go together !!! Thank you for reading my long profile😊
CLARE - I'm super friendly, outgoing and have a great sense of humour! Super chill, you do you, I do me! Appreciate a clean and tidy home but not OCD about it, (a home can looked lived in) Studying and working part time! Motorbikes are my passion, I enjoy kicking back with the boys and taking like as it comes :) I have been living in 2 share houses over the past 6 months. I'm currently are paying $150 wk including bills. I have to stick around that but are a little bit flexiable. I have ny own bed and shelving unit
Hi, I'm Jason, 42 years old working full time in the western suburbs. I currently live in the northern suburbs so looking to live closer to work and also a nice area would be a bonus. My work hours vary from time to time due to demand but generally I am finished around 5pm. During the week I just like to chill and I'm mindful of other peoples space but also enjoy a good conversation. I'm tidy and respectful of others and more than willing to do my part in keeping the property clean. Honest, genuine and caring. Very easy to get along with and focused on creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment within the home. Happy to socialise with the people I live with but equally aware and mindful of their own space and needs. Rent, bills and anything else requiring payment that is shared will always be paid on time. I'm hoping to find someone who shares a willingness to keep a clean and tidy home and also chilled and calm. I don't have furniture apart from a bed that will either come with or will be sold. I prefer not to have possessions as a personal preference as I try to live a simple life. If furniture is required more than happy to contribute but will end up being yours in the end and I won’t require money in return. We can eat alone or together, whatever suits on the day. I do try to eat healthy food but we all have times when a quick unhealthy meal will just have to do.
Hello! I'm friendly, kind and quiet. In contrast, my 1.5 years old Japanese Spitz, Koda is very playful. We come as a package and are inseparable. I'm a full-time university student studying veterinary medicine. I spend most of my time away on placements, in university, or studying in my room. When I am not studying, I love spending time with my dog, watching Netflix/Stan, keeping fit and exploring nature. Koda is a small/medium breed dog, and fully house-trained. He's friendly (sometimes too friendly!), well-trained and has lived with other dogs and cats with no issues in the past. I would prefer that the house has a secure backyard which he can roam around during the day. I am happy to pay for a pet bond. I would also consider a week's trial if you are unsure about living with my dog.
Hi there! Kyle and Beth here. We are very chill people who love to socialise! Always up for a chat but we enjoy our own down time too. We're very tidy and we clean up after ourselves. We are always considerate of people around us and will not get in anyone's way. We are simply looking for a nice place to call home for now. Friendly housemates are encouraged! We'd love to meet you and have a chat to see if we're a good match!
My name is Arpita. I am 30yo working full time in IT. My husband will be moving to Melbourne soon in. We both are polite, friendly, respectful and keep it to ourselves type of people but would also enjoy having a nice conversation. We just got married in Dec 2018 and would love a nice and tidy place where we can rent a master bedroom with mature and respectful people. Thank you :)
Hi, my name is Stuart and I am 25. I am currently looking for work and I am on Newstart so can afford to pay my way in a share house. My main interest is music, I have a huge collection of vinyls and a really cool bass guitar. I would love to get back into a band again. I go to live gigs whenever I can. When I am back in the workforce I would like to get back into graphic design but will do anything, almost, at the moment to earn a living. Like most people in my age group, I enjoy video games. I have a TV to bring with me to connect to a console. I am looking for just the one room in a share house. I would like to share with people in my age group if possible. I like animals so if there are pets in the house then that's cool. I need to move very soon because I moved into my current place only 10 days ago and the landlady has decided to rent the whole house to family members and wants me to move out again. Hope someone can help me.
I am a full-time working professional. I am very considerate of others when in a house sharing environment. Looking to move closer to work. I am a non smoker/Non Drinker. Love to have a good conversation.
Hey! I’m looking for a place that I would be able to stay for a long period of time and that is close to my school and work. I am 17 years old, currently completing year 11. I pay my rent and all bills on time as well, I am sociable but also like my alone time.
I am looking for 2 reliable flatmates to lease a 3BR tounhouse. ideally id like a commute that's no more than 40minutes from Flinders St staition. Not looking to spend too much on rent, a house that costs around 400-450PCM would be ideal. I have a few on my watchlist, so please let me know if you're willing to team up.
I’m looking for a place to stay for 1 month while I work in Albion Melbourne. I’m 27, from England and will be doing construction work. I’m easy going, clean and tidy. Fairly social but enjoy my own space, not looking for a party place. I’ll be getting up early in the morning and looking for a place to relax in the evenings. Thank you for your time, Brad
Hiya, My name is Lexie and I am a 22 year old graduate accountant who will be working full time M-F at an accounting firm in the city. I am quiet and respectful, I love spending time outdoors, hitting the gym and enjoying a relaxing coffee.
I am interested in accommodation for me and my son who is 2 years old and was looking for a stable place and long term accommodation. I would be looking to move in with you around 18th april? Would that work for you let me know thanks
Hello. :) We are two easy going Sri Lankans who have moved from Singapore. Having worked in multicultural places and lived with housemates before we have no issues sharing a space or having our own unit. We generally keep to ourselves & tend to be on Netflix in our free time, but we also do enjoy going on hikes and exploring places with friends. We also try to minimize wastage & environmental pollution in various ways. Love animals - especially dogs & cats! We're looking for a place which is not too far from the city as we'd be relying on public transport. A clean place with friendly people is something we're looking for.
Reliable, tidy 53yo male looking for quiet, secure accomodation. I’m pretty easy to get along with, not a cleanliness freak but I don’t want to share with anyone who doesn’t care about basic cleanliness/hygiene. I don’t have any pets but I also don’t have a problem with any pets a housemate might have. Work keeps me away from home most of the week. When I’m at home I’ll be studying on the computer and keeping to myself. I’m not a real social type so I wouldn’t have guests, although I can hold up a conversation and I don’t mind sharing an occasional drink. I can cook although I mainly eat out. I will do my share of cleaning of communal areas and will chip in with basic maintainence, lawn mowing etc. I respect other’s privacy and I would expect the same. I’m away from home 4 nights a week and I just ask that people aren’t entering my room at will (this is what caused me to leave my last share house). I smoke tobacco but I’m happy to keep that outside in a non smoking house. Ideally it wouldn’t be a party house and it’s probably best if only one or two other tenants share as when I’m home I sleep odd hours due to me working nights. If bond is required on the room then I might need a couple weeks to save for it depending on the amount as I’m on a pretty tight budget at the moment (although there will be no issues with me paying rent/bills on time). I will be able to move in within 2 weeks of accepting an offer.
35 year old single gay male. Work full time for Australia post it’s a government job so it’s reliable source of income. I’m quiet clean and pritty much keep to myself. I would perfer a room with ensuitor own bathroom but not a deal breaker.
Hi my name is Tes a male from Ethiopia lived in Melb over 15years. I'm a very down to earth open minded and respectful person, and believes in communication. I respect ppl regardless of ethnic, Colour, belief and religion, gender, sexuality, disability or status...we all are from planet earth. I'm not super good but I love cooking sometimes, and love to share a meal or a drink with like minded ppl. and a bit of OCD when you come to cleaning and can't help it. Right now I live in Altona North with a beautiful open minded couple. Unfortunately my landlords (the couple) are moving to the other side of Melbourne and my work is in Laverton, so I've to stay in the west. It's a beautiful house we live in and I really wanted to takeover the lease but it's quite expensive unless I team up with someone. I'm looking to live with like minded ppl respect one another spaces. I Love music, movies walk/jogging activities and social discussion. . I do shift work mon-fri and you won't see me much really except the weekend. I've my own bed and won't need furnished room. *Ps: I'm looking to live max.with two others, Not looking in 4 or 5 shares. Thank you. Cheers👍🏾
Hey potential housemates! My name is Tamsyn, or just Tammy for short. I'm 23, a full time vet nursing student, working in the animal industry, looking for a place to call home! I've been living out of home for a few years now, so I know the ropes when it comes to share-housing. I'm a tidy, respectful person who is neat, & always keep what I use clean. I don't mind helping out around the house with chores either. Always paid my rent + bills on time with no dramas. I'm a quiet person, homebody, who respects others' privacy, but also happy to share a meal or watch a movie with my housemates or join in fun activities. Non-smoker and definitely do not use drugs or stay out late partying all night. In short, I am house-trained lol I'm A full-time Veterinary Nursing student studying at BHI, attending classes at the city campus, as well as work placement at a clinic. For work I work at a pet store, I basically get to play with doggos all day. My hours are really good there so my income is stable. Hobbies include reading, writing, baking, video gaming, travelling, fitness, animals, writing long paragraphs with too much detail, and binge watching movies on Netflix over a cheeky glass of rosé. Looking to move out of my current place as I need somewhere that is a bit closer to work & uni. Looking to live somewhere preferably in the Western 'burbs, Altona, Altona North etc I am looking for a private room with a BIW & somewhere to park my little car, otherwise I am not a fussy person. I'm looking for flatmates that are of similar age to myself, 20 - 30 ish who are like minded, friendly & respectful. So, if my super long paragraph didn't scare you away & you think I'd make a rad housemate, please feel free to send me a message! x ***Please do not call or text me on my mobile, message me through flatmates, I am always monitoring my account so I'll get back to you asap.*** Thanks for reading! x
