Hi, my name is Lina, I work full time in marketing, I'm mostly quiet and I always clean after myself. I look for a homey shared house or a granny flat. Potential issue 1: I have a well-trained puppy who is super lovely and friendly, she needs a fenced yard to hang around. Potential issue 2: I also have a lot of clothes, a big build-in robe or walk-in robe would be handy. Potential issue 3: I have a Golf, and it'd be great if I can park in garage or carport rather than on the street.
Hey I'm looking for people to team up with and find somewhere to live. I'm easy staying with males, females, and couples. Usually keep to myself but i enjoy a good conversation. Message me, if your'e keen on moving in together.
Hey the name is Nathaniel. I work part time and study clinical science at Griffith. I am looking for a room...obviously. Moving out of a noisy household around September and need a place where people don't mind having some socialising time; but respect others peace when they need to sleep. When I'm not studying or working I'll be gaming (pc or xbox), at the pub, watching sport or chilling with my friends. Preferably would like to stay with people my age but not too fussed. - Respectful and friendly (don't mind a good chat or debate) - Can cook up a storm (best at curries) - Open minded (be nice to me and I'll be nice to you :D ) - Clean - Can fix most computer problems :P
Hi! I'm fairly easy going! I work 5 days a week - up and out super early and out some weeknights at either dancing or some other thing. I like to fill my weekends to the brim too! I'm outdoorsy and friendly, hard to offend or annoy (almost impossible). I do have a dog - 7 year old kelpie/collie - but he's living quite happily on my parents acreage. Shoot me a message if you've got an awesome little place you need someone to live in with you... Just a few things: I'm not looking for a quick fix, or anything fully furnished... I do prefer off-street (hopefully garaged!) parking, and I would prefer to live with 1 or 2 people in the same age bracket approx. mid-late 20s/early-mid 30s. Thanks!
Quiet, easy going and very friendly Clean and look after my own space Sociable, can get along and find something in common with almost anyone. Full time Job
Hi Flatmaters Need new place by 21st July 2018 (or earlier we if could arrange something) I'm a professional working full time at Brisbane Tech Park. Chasing a fully-furnished place with preferably bills inclusive of everything, Queen size bed (King is better of course) and a covered parking spot. Fast internet is extremely important! Need En-suite or own bathroom. *Don't mind unfurnished room/place if it's a pleasant place so to speak. Would only prefer to live with max 1 other person. I don't mind and have lived with both males and females - no dramas. Very clean, neat and considerate - not OCD level but hygiene and being tidy is important for me. Always pay bills on time - I could provide you reference (for both hygiene and payment-wise) from previous home owners I rented with. During weekdays I am mostly home only at night. On weekends I'm out for my league matches or have a day trip planned, I love to explore new places and go out for a drive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *IMPORTANT* I LOVE my music, movies and enjoy powerful bass - have a home theatre system that I will bring with me so a place with good sound proof walls would be ideal. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Definitely not looking for a party house, but I like to play my music (till it becomes your favourite too). I also don't want to live with robots as I am easygoing, like to socialise, and enjoy having conversation over the meal. Regardless I respect the need of private space. End of the day I'm looking to know more people and make friends :) I cook often and need good pantry and fridge space for my food of course. Trying to live healthy but I do enjoy the odd glass of wine over the weekend. I enjoy sports (Football (soccer), futsal, touch footy, badminton) and I am trying to get fit, so if you are into sports and fitness that is a big plus. Say hi! Q
Hey guys! I’m a super sarcastic, independent, fun-loving, and adventurous person, originally from NSW (sorry in advance for supporting the Blues). I’m a learn to swim teacher, as well as a squad coach for Sam Riley, and I also volunteer for Youth off the Streets. By the time I plan to move in I will have just finished my under-grad in Psychology and Criminology. I’m pretty chill, I can cook and would cook for you, I’m a clean person, and have all my own kitchen stuff and a bar fridge. I love a good house party, but I’m not a big drinker, and I don’t smoke (unless very drunk) or do any kind of drugs (ever), though I am fine with anyone who does. No judgement here 😂 I go the the gym fairly regularly and also love to do Park Run. I have my own car and generally like to come and go as I please, however am never too far from my phone for quick contact. I love dogs and cats, however (funnily enough) I am allergic to cats. Will still give them all of the chin scratches though. I’m planning to move to Melbourne by June/July 2019 to do my Masters Degree in Social Work.
Couple looking for a quiet, clean place to stay. I'm a software engineer working at Flight centre. My wife is a medical student. We are friendly people who like to mind our space and respect others as well.
I am a Security Officer working rotating shift with a couple different Companies. I tend to keep to myself, but am quite comfortable having open conversations. I have a 2 year old son that I have during the day a couple times a week. And though I don’t have any Pets I can very easily live with them (especially Dogs).
I'm easy-going, tidy, clean and like to cook. I'm super respectful of others' space and have a rental up north, so understand the need to respect others' property. I work full time as a secondary school teacher (Biology/Science) and co-ordinate outdoor programs for kids. I enjoy a good giggle but also enjoy some quiet time, when I might do a bit of drawing or chill with a book/movie. I have a small, 9 month old dog called Skippa. He's very quiet and friendly. I walk him twice a day and when I go away (on camps), he comes with me.
i am a hard working young man looking for accomodation. I have my own bedding etc and i also have a shar-pei pup (7 months old). I am non smoker, honest and enjoy meeting people. I work full time and love going to the gym and walking my dog.
I am an easy going guy that loves my own personal space but also love great conversations here and now. I am a Christian and attend church regularly every week. Really chill, love to play a bit of video games here and there.
Hi guys I'm Mia, I'm currently completing a Law Degree at Griffith University. Monday-Friday I'm at uni and I work most weekends, so I won't be home a whole lot. My cat, Saffron, is a smart-ass, affectionate, 1 year old ginger domestic shorthair. I am essentially the human, female, longhair version of my cat. Saffy enjoys constant love and attention, and is known for his routine 'hello' kisses on the nose to all. He is extremily clean and behaves more like a dog than a cat! Looking for a decent place on the South side, preferably in close proximity to Nathan and no more than $200 per person (per week).
Looking for a 2 bedroom property for a friend and I. I am Singaporean, currently working in Singapore in a sports and fitness industry. I’m going to Griffith University as a Full-time student commencing in July. Pretty much able to get along with almost everyone as I’m easy going. I have an open mind. Tidy. Abit of OCD. I love music, play competitive rugby but also like to do all kinds of sports and fitness related. I like traveling. Can party or drink depending on my schedule as I have got no idea how is it gonna be like there. It is my first time studying overseas. I will usually mind my own business but if you want to chat or hang out I can too.
My partner and I are looking to move closer to work end of August. I work in Rochedale South at a dental surgery, fizz (20) works in Brisbane as an apprentice carpenter (we both are full time). We like our sports, keeping fit and healthy. We're laid back and easy going. Pick up after ourselves and guests we may have. Both very considerate of personal space and belongings. Like to go camping when we can. Not that big on partying all the time but like to have a few drinks now and then. One of my work friends Dianna (24) is also joining us. She has a beautiful golden retriever who is toilet trained and very well behaved. Dianna is respectful, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. And yeah if you want to know more just give me a msg, cheers.
I'm a very friendly and clean, public servant from Townsville. Love boardgames and chilling with my friends. Definitely appreciate having a clean space and having my alone time. But I'm down for having a chat with my flatmates.
Work and study IT. 9-5 job while studying at Griffith part time. Looking to rent a place. I'm conscientious of people around me and I can be as quiet or chatty as you like. A goal of mine is to improve my cooking skills. I prefer staying home than going out. Shoot me a message you want to team up and find a place :)
Hi I'm Corey, a 23 y/o straight male who has just moved back home to QLD from Melbourne. I'll be working 12 hour shifts (days and nights) which won't suit everyone so I'm looking for a place that's okay with me sleeping during the day on a regular basis. However, I work for Carlton and United Breweries in Yatala, so the upside is I'll usually keep the fridge well stocked! I enjoy watching sport (especially cricket and NRL) and you'll usually find me tinkering with electronics of some sort or searching for good coffee (although Melbourne didn't *quite* turn me into a coffee snob). If you think I fit the bill, please flick me a message on flatmates and we can arrange a time to catch up! Looking to move mid-July but fairly flexible.
I am a Norwegian student. Going to study one semester abroad at Griffith University campus Nathan. I am starting my fifth, and final year of studying urban planning. Looking for a place to rent from the end of June to sometime in November. Preferably close to Nathan or to public transport, so I can easily get to campus. I will arrive in Brisbane June 20, from then I will be able to come view the apartment. A little about me: I'm very easy going and tidy. Happy to chill at home with wine and a chat, or watch netflix. I also like working out at the gym and do yoga. I love exploring new places, and want to see as much as I can during the time that I am there. I am friendly, polite and respectful of others. I would love a flat with a swimmingpool, but it isn't essential.
Low maintenance, easy going, recently graduated music student. I can keep to myself but also get along with well with people. I enjoy music (both playing and listening), gaming and hanging out with friends
Hey I'm Vicky. For the most part I'm pretty chill and easy to get along with. I tend to be a little straightforward and to the point so I'm pretty honest. Ultimately like my 'me time' to relax in my own space but also dont mind a chat about just about anything. I'm not a 'neat freak' but I keep things organised. Not a masterchef but also not a bad cook. I sadly dont have any pets. I'm looking for a place closer to where I work in MacGregor. This will allow me to save some money on transport. I am in need of an unfirnished room/house/unit/apartment as I have a Queen sized bed, a 2 seater couch and TV.
I'm a PhD student who is currently working at Griffith University (Mount Gravatt). I'm looking for an en suite private room or any flat (private bathroom is a must) from 3 September 2018 to 18 January 2019. I will be in Brisbane from 1 to 7 July 2018. Would be enormously grateful if my potential landlord lets me inspect the place prior to my stay. I love socialising, but as a PhD student, I also want more quiet time for my own study. So, I'd rather party outside. I cook very simple things like salad, sandwich, pasta, steak, etc. only, but won't make complicated, greasy Chinese food (as I don't even know how to use a wok). To me, quietness, cleanliness and privacy are extremely important. Thank you.
Hi, this is winnie, i am a full time working nurse looking for a temporary place to live in for short period of time, could be 3-4 weeks or even longer, if week by week lease available would be even better. Preferred not living with owner, places that got parking, doesn't matter on street or not. Preferred to have my own bathroom and toilet. Preferred to live with females only. Please let me know if your property is available for short term renting. Very easy-going and friendly to live with, respect personal spaces. Thanks
