I’m Looking for something long term, budget up to $300pw. I work in Mount Gravatt so hoping for a place within 20mins of there! Also happy to team up for a nice apartment in the city (I'm thinking pool, gym, fancy floor to ceiling windows..haha!).

Bit about me: I'm a 27 year old Aussie and love pretty much anything to do outdoors. I work fulltime (12hr days) so I’m not home very much. When I’m not working you’ll find me at the beach or off exploring the coast ✌🏼

I’m easy-going and have been flatting for the last 6 years or so, so I understand the dynamics of a houseshare well and the balance of being social and having your own time 🌱

I love keeping a clean house so you’d have to be relatively clean as well! I don’t have people around and prefer to head out of the house if there’s something on 🕺

Would be more than happy to have a drink and meet you before I move into a place to make sure we all get along! My ideal housemate would be between 25-35 years old. Would love to be able to be friends with who I live with ☺️

Ideally looking for somewhere with my own bathroom but it's not a deal breaker. I’m looking for a spot in a garage or undercover for my car however! My budget is slightly more flexible for applying for an apartment with someone else, but if I am jumping into an established sharehouse it will be slightly less depending on what's on offer etc.
