I am open to living with male or female house mates (all one or the other is fine to) and i tend to keep to myself but can be social and get along with people pretty easily. Main things in a place I need is fast internet connection (ideally with unlimited downloads due to my line of work) and enough space for a bed and my desk / computer as I do freelance work in website / graphic design & 3D animation / modeling.
