Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach - broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
I clean up after myself, won't cause any dramas, will stick to the house rules and have never been late paying rent. I will also be staying at my partner's a fair bit so won't be around all the time. Im a childcare worker and I'm also studying. I've lived all over Australia but I'm ready to settle in Brisbane now. Looking forward to meeting my future flatmates (:
Im a easy going person, but i tend to be quite shy around new people, ut usally takes me a couple days to get used to tou so please dont feel offended, i dont drink too often and im alway neat and tidy
I am a 37 yr old male. I am relocating from Sydney and need a place for around 3 months. I am employed full time as an accountant with the offices located in Loganholme and looking for a place South of the city to make the commute easier. I am easy going and tidy. I would on most weekends be back in Sydney.
Greetings! Not to sound cliché- I’m a vegan gal moving from my lil’ home town to big city Brisbane for uni after having a gap year and a half. Will have a part time job while studying. How does one describe themselves accurately ;o ? ... I’m 50/50 introvert extrovert, so I’m up for a chat and fun times but also like peace and alone time. I’m very open minded, communicative and am constantly tidying for clarity/therapy haha. Have to insert not for the stereotypical reasons that I’m vegan ;) I Would love to make good friend with housemates. Feeling both excited and anxious about this move and whole lot of life changes. Challenge accepted :)

Hi, My partner and myself are currently looking for a relaxed environment, we are very easy going we both work full time, Monday to Friday and enjoy our weekends, we love being out doors and don't mind a beer Infront of the footy on a Friday night. We are tidy and quiet type of people. Thanks. Sam and Shanice.

Hey my names Justin, I work fulltime as an Operations Manager for Dominos, so that means i can provide free pizza ;) Usually out of Brisbane 2-3 days a week to look after two of my stores. Very sporty, go to gym and love adventuring/exploring. Clean and tidy, pull my weight and fair share of house work. Fun and easy to get along with. Happy to have a few after work drinks also. Looking to get a dog, so pet friendly would be amazing!
Siblings, looking for a flatmate or currently available property to rent. Katerina: Recently moved to Brisbane from Newcastle, NSW. Living out of home for the past year and a half. Quiet, clean, friendly. Happy to share responsibilities around the house from cooking to lawn maintenance. Jamie: living in Brisbane for the past year. 1st year apprentice tiler. Looking for some cool people to share with for my first house out of home. Laid-back kinda guy, get along with just about everyone.
I’m going to be honest I like to drink and I smoke. I’m just looking for a place where I can get along with my roomies/ make friends who I can share good household habits with. I’m very clean and organised and enjoy cooking or socialising but also prefer to have some time to myself to finish off extra work I bring home or complete my studies and watch tv. I’m super chill and easy to get along with. I work five days a week mixed shifts and if I’m not out on the weekends I’m probably chilling in my room. I’m more leaning towards looking for team ups but if you think I might be another addition to your place then hit me up.
Hey so myself and my partner are both current students and looking for work which will hopefully be employed soon, we are both very tidy and clean, we both don’t smoke, drink etc and more people that keep to ourselfs, and as we are both full time uni students we are always out and about during the week
I am a quiet, respectful 25 year old uni student and bartender. I like to keep myself busy so I'm out a lot, and when at home I generally keep to myself although I don't mind hanging out for a drink or dinner. I like to cook and would be happy to do group meals every now and then. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, and I have all the furnishings needed to fill a house (besides other bedrooms). I have a medium sized dog named Marley (Shepard x Collie) I adopted a couple of years ago now, she's super friendly and pretty chill. I generally keep her outside but like to let her inside occasionally. I'll also be looking after my brother's pet snake while he is overseas. My lease is up at the end of July, but the owners are selling so I may be able to move sooner. Looking to keep things cheap on the rent/bills and have found a few places I like that still allows personal space. Hope to hear from you soon :)
My mum told me I'm awesome. Can fix stuff, pretty handy with the ole duct tape. Dabble in the guitar, electrician by trade. Very considerate housemate, like to keep noise to a minimum. Happy to have a few cheeky bevvies and a good chat, dont get me started on space. You'll wish you were deaf. Team up.... is that like marvel heroes team up, if so clearly ill be the tech guy.
I work full time Monday to Friday 9-5 so I'm not home much during the day. I keep to myself when I'm home and play video games or my piano (which I use with headphones as it's electronic) so I'm usually quiet but I'm always down to chat with my roommates especially if I'm cooking. I also go out a lot especially weekends. I clean up after myself, I'm not dirty (except with humour sometimes), I do my chores. I am a light sleeper so I do appreciate if people could keep things down at night unless there's a house party or something, but that being said I do have my own measures to block out sound. Garage spot is a MUST as I love my car and want it to be safe at night. I do have experience with moving house, I've done a share home twice now. All in all I think I'm a quiet and great guy to live with and I generally never have a problem with what my roommates do. **Also I've had a few responses that have specified house rules which I want to clarify main things that I don't want restricted. Being a young male I don't want restrictions on: - Who I bring over - How much I drink - Where I drink - What I do in the privacy of my own room This being said, I'm not going to be noisy and I will respect when people are sleeping. I want a stress free home where I can relax, therefore I want to make sure I'm not going to be bombarded with rules. In regards to house parties, I would like to be able to bring over a few people but if too many people is a problem, then I respect the decision for that restriction. Thanks, Jeremy
I am a mature, organised, clean and neat female. Sober habits and a non smoker, I work full time in the administrative sector, I love animals and I have 2 amazing well behaved dogs Jack and Jess who would come with me. I love gardening, cooking, reading, watching Netflix and am generally a quiet but happy and content person. I can't afford to rent a place all own my own so looking for a like minded working mature female who would like to share rent costs and living expenses. I have all my own furniture and everything needed to set up a house so really just looking for a lovely lady to share with. Looking for a house with a garden and 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a rent of max $400-$420 per week, so shared that would be $200-$210 each per week plus utility expenses and food :)
My name is David Jaske, I'm 20 and I'm from Czech Republic. I've been in Brisbane since January and I live with host family. Now I'm looking for new accomodation more on South of Brisbane. I still study, 2 days a week, Australian College of Sport and Fitness - Certificate III and IV in Fitness, therefore I have visa for almost 2 years, so I'm looking for stable accomodation. Rest of the week I'm working, 3 days a week as a kitchen hand and 2 days as a planter. I'm really easy going, truly respectful and I can always clean my stuff after use. I'm not much into parties but ofc I don't mind any :) When I'm free I'm enjoys my time on my bike - BMX. That's my hobby, that's my love. That's also reason why I want to live more on south of Brisbane - there are great skateparks, haha. Also because I study my Certificate III in Fitness, which means I could be personal trainer in a gym, I'm trying to eat a little bit healthier - so I'm used to cook for myself. Let me know if you would like to know something else. I can provide you mobile number to my actual host family if you would like to hear some references. :) Looking forward hearing from you! David
I am a quiet, clean and well-mannered person that keeps to himself. I have little possessions and spend most of my time working, sleeping or out. I don't cook often, and if I do it's usually a frozen chicken. I am always out of the house and just need a place to flop that's closer to my work. I work 6pm - 1am. 5 days a week. Meaning I work nights. But don't worry, I am a heavy sleeper. I am ideal for someone that is looking for more of a ghost housemate that just pays rent and sleeps as opposed to being overbearing and controlling. I love pets. I do not drive or own a car. I work Full time in Kuraby, Brisbane.
I work alot so I make a good income making it easy to pay rent and I just come home to sleep and cook dinner then head off to work in the morning again, and im very easy to have good chat with and easy going.
