Hello! I'm moving to Canberra from Brisbane to begin an APS grad program in Barton. I finished uni in 2016, studying economics and writing. As a housemate, I like to socialise with wine, netflix, cooking and baking - i do a pretty fantastic vego lasagna! I would be working full time, and probably out exploring on my bike or in the national parks most weekends, so i won't be in your hair too much (but if you're also into these things, that would be awesome too). I currently volunteer as a animal handler and creative writer at RSPCA QLD, so I adore animals and will hopefully continue to volunteer somewhere in the ACT. I don't smoke or have any pets. I have a partner who is remaining in QLD until February, so he would come to stay occasionally. I enjoy keeping a clean home so if you do too that would be perfect. I'm looking for somewhere furnished with a bed. I have a car so parking would be a plus, but not necessary. Let's chat!
I'm super clean, quiet, friendly and considerate of others. I'm moving down from sunny Brisbane in Queensland to set up life in Canberra. My favourite things in accommodation is air and light and in my flatmates I REALLY appreciate cleanliness and kindness. I'm pretty outdoorsy and live and eat relatively healthy.

Hi. I'm an easy-going, tidy, reliable, respectful, and responsible flatmate. I'm looking for a room, preferably furnished and with own ensuite/bathroom, for six months. I have a great job - I'm a UX Designer - and sometimes travel for work. I'm renovating a house in Orange, so I head back there at least one weekend a month. I enjoy travel, trivia, board games, movies (especially foreign and arthouse), TV/Netflix, cooking, swimming and reading.
Early twenties, female, incredibly sporty- I race mountain bikes and require a place that has secure indoor space for 3 push bikes and other general garage items. Love company, friendly and open for chats/dinners etc. Also respect others privacy and need for down time. I am working as a shift worker for the government- so will be sleeping odd hours. Love music. Clean and tidy. Love the outdoors.
Need a place to live for my internship from 14th July - 16th of October. I already have a houseshare but I keep looking for other options from 14th August - 16th Oct! The dream location will be Yarralumla (close to the Embassy). I love food: both cooking and eating, I am super sporty: must run or go to gym or any other workout almost every day. I like hanging around, I am a sociable person but not a must that the roommate shares the same. Respect to each other and loyalty are the most important features! I'm pretty outgoing, like get to known new things. I also fancy late night evenings with sunset and early calls.

You can expect us to keep our area tidy and clean, contribute to our fair share of the housework and pay rent and bills on time. I love going to musicals, concerts, visiting art galleries and planning future holiday trips. I also enjoy visiting the cinema, exploring the bush/going on road trips whenever I can and spending quality time with friends and family. I plan to visit home often on weekends.

I'm a friendly, easygoing, clean and tidy, social housemate with lots of share housing experience. I want to live in a house where housemates enjoy the occasional dinner and drinks together, and are able to have friends over occasionally, but who are also independent and respectful of each other's space. I work in the APS, studied law and arts at uni, and love hiking, yoga, cooking, reading and squash. And more! I like to be busy, to travel and meet new people, and to explore new interests. I'm looking to meet like-minded people to share a house or apartment with, in a location cycling-distance to Barton, and am flexible in my moving dates. Ideally the available room would be large, and preferably with its own bathroom (but not necessarily needed).

Currently living in canberra and with my current lease ending at the start of December, nothing like being organised.
Hi, I'm a 28 year old PhD student (physics) from Germany that will spend half a year (starting early October) at the ANU. In my free time I paraglidie, ride my bike and motorbike, hike or spend time with my partner/friends. I would say I'm a laidback guy that tries to be outside when the weather is right. During my studies I lived in flatshares for several years but now I share a flat with my girlfriend so I know how to clean after myself ;-). On weekdays I will probably work long hours but on the weekends I gladly participate in activities and explore the surroundings ( I'm planning on buying a car). If that sounds like a fit to you, I'd be glad to hear from you. We can also skype to get to know each other. Cheers, Juergen
Looking for a room, preferably furnished (minimally is fine). Am quiet, clean, sociable and working full-time. May be absent off and on for work out of state or overseas fairly regularly. May need a place for longer term than the period stated. I don't have early access so please message me if you have somewhere appropriate.
I love making a place my home. Having lived in every state of Australia except SA, as a homeowner, renter or housesitter, I'm pretty good at taking care of a place. I have also been an Airbnb/Stayz host on K'gari, QLD. Since 2011 I've done a lot of housesitting, including overseas, and have many testimonials to reassure you that your place will be in good hands. I'm currently working full time in Canberra.
Hola :) My name is Taya and I'm a 29 year old public servant. I'm originally from Newcastle and moved down to Canberra a couple of years ago for work. Although I miss the beach a lot, I am slowly getting used to Canberra. I have been renting with a friend since moving down here, however, it's time to move on and expand my social circle. I work shift work at the moment but hopefully not forever. I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to cafes, walking around the lake and of course, the odd wine or two.
I am a 27 year old female from Perth undertaking a placement in Acton between the 18th of September and the 20th of December and am looking for somewhere to stay for the duration! I will be at work all day Monday to Friday, so during the week night evenings I will be quite relaxed, and on the weekends I would like to explore Canberra. I like museums, galleries and I am keen to venture in to the surrounds for a walk or hike. I enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and heading to a nice cafe for weekend coffees! I am mature, very clean and respectful of others. I am looking to live with one or more people who don't mind a laugh and a chat, but are also happy to give each other space.
I am a respectful tidy full time employed young man looking to share a house. Yep - so my gap-year lasted 4, during which time I became a qualified tradesman and will keep working while I think about what to do next in my life. I like to keep active getting out on my pushie after work or taking my dirt bike into the Brindabellas. Happy to chat over a beer at the end of the day but I also appreciate having some time to myself. I have a townhouse full of furniture which I can bring to share but can also store if moving into a room. I do have a group of mates with whom I enjoy socialising but am looking to join a house where there is opportunity to socialise and chat over a beer.

Hello :) I'm 29 years' old and I work full time in HR. I work standard business hours and am usually home in the evenings through the week. I like to get out and about on the weekends so am usually not home much - I'm from Sydney originally and travel back there semi-regularly on weekends to visit friends and family. In addition to working full time, I study at uni part time via correspondence which takes up some of my evenings, but when I don't have an assignment due I'll always be up for a glass of wine and some TV if you're keen to hang out :) Living in a clean and tidy space is pretty important to me, so I'm hoping to find someone with similar standards about housework etc.
Easy going, respect others, clean and tidy. Study and work full time. Cooking, chats, socializing, languages, other cultures, quite time (me time your time) Flexible on rent and areas. I'm independent, thoughtful, respectful, clean and reliable. I work fulltime for government, study part-time, enjoy catching up with friends. I tend to socialise away from home. Have been living on my own but looking now to share as it it'd be nice for a change, and looking to save some money.
Fun, easy going guy who likes to cook, bqq, craft beer and red wine. I enjoy games, gaming, cycling and swimming.. ok.. not so much swimming, but being close to a pool would be great! Hi, I'm Jess :) I will be moving from Brisbane to Canberra at the start of 2018 to work as an APS Graduate (so my move date is flexible- anytime around the new year). I will most likely be working at the airport offices and I don't drive so I would like too live somewhere close to public transport. I am currently finishing my Civil Engineering degree and I have two kitties, Bean and Sprout, who love each other more than they love me. I am happy to share with a couple, as long as the two of you are already living together harmoniously. Mainly looking for a "teamup" where we can all decide on a place to live :)
