Highly educated, great communicator, respectful, considerate, easy going, tidy and clean, love fitness and coffee. I believe that one of the best things about living in a share-home is the people you meet and the new experiences you are exposed to. Cheers!
Heyo! I'm Evi. I'm looking for young girls around my age to share an apartment/house with now until May, and then July until possibly December. (I will be mostly at the Gold Coast May-July) I'm 17 years old and currently studying full time at CIT Reid. I am planning to move to America in late 2020 or early 2021, but this is going to be very difficult for me as I have always been extremely spoilt by my parents and they make it quite hard for me to be independent. That is something I am trying to work on. I think living by myself for a few months would be really good for me, especially with work and school to focus on. Anyway enough with the boring stuff! I'm easy going and pretty shy at first, but I love a good conversation and making friends. I am friendly, quiet, honest, trustworthy and funny (if you find me funny). I love video games, binge watching netflix, animals, fashion, food and music. I'm not into parties and I don't smoke or do drugs. I occasionally drink but don't get totally wasted. I'm not confrontational so I don't worry about me starting fights lol. Hope this sums we up well :)
I am a professional woman working on a contract for a Government agency and live interstate. I am currently living in Kingston in my own apartment, but wish to cut costs. I often go home for weekends. I am active, friendly, outgoing and love walking , visit the gym often and go to movies and music events. If you are interested. please ring me or email me Kind regards Jeanne
I'm Roland, I’ve just moved to Canberra for a job at the Department of Education, from London where I’ve been for three years doing a Masters about Gender and Education and Men’s Violence, and I was also teaching at primary and secondary schools. Before that I was in Vanuatu for three years. And before that in France. But I‘m from Perth. I’ve been living in sharehouses for almost 10 years and it’s been great. I love a bit of a community house but of course where we all get our little sanctuary and down time too. I’d be riding my bike to work. I love dancing afrobeats and writing in my spare time, reading, like to cook. I was a French teacher, as well as a radio presenter and a DJ. I’m 32, but I’ve been living the good life, so I’m just starting a grad program here. Enjoying it so far!
I'm a lawyer (formerly a Canberra local but been overseas) back in Canberra for a 3 month work stint. I've lived in a lot of sharehouses and think I make a good housemate; I'm tidy, quiet and will be working weekdays (some from home) and probably away every other weekend. I am only looking for a place until June/July for now but am flexible about location (preferably inner south side)! I'm interested in either a self-contained apartment/granny flat or a room in a sharehouse with its own bathroom. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm Margot. I'm 24 and French. I'm an easy going person who likes to clean up after myself, and I respect other tenants privacy and personal space. I'm a non-smoker. I love cooking - I will be happy to cook French meals for my roomate(s) to try. In my free-time I also enjoy working out, swimming, reading and traveling! I was raised in both French and English, I also speak Italian and a little bit of Spanish and German.
I am moving to Canberra from Sydney to work in the APS. I am pretty active, gym, enjoy all sports, watching movies, reading and always keen for a nice meal. I am a very relaxed and easy-going person, who is tidy and likes to keep things neat and organised. Happy to chat, socialise and hang out but also respect my housemates need for space and privacy.
Hello, my name is Esman, I am 23 years old. I am a recent Uni graduate from Melbourne and have been offered a full-time position in Canberra. I am looking for a place to stay near Deakin for a year or longer, and my weekly budget for rent is around $200. I am a respectful and tidy person and since I don't know anybody in Canberra, I'm down to hang out. Im quite active and love nature.
My name is Shani I’m down to earth and don’t mind having a chat and a laugh, I’m new to Canberra, have been overseas the past couple of years and just moved here from Sydney. I’m clean and tidy and respect the privacy of others :).
Originally from Melbourne, I’m looking for a place that’s fully furnished (including in the room) as I don't have furniture with me. A little about me… • 30yo (big kid at heart) professional male currently studying a Masters part time; • Grew up on the Gold Coast but actually a Melbourne boy; • I've had 10+ years experience living in share housing with both males and females; • I'm clean, tidy and considerate, but also sociable - so we can hang out... or not and do our own thing; and, • My interests include travel, entertainment (reading/tv shows/movies), volleyball and socialising. Let me know if you think it could be a good fit and when's suitable for an inspection - Looking to move in from mid-Feb to early Mar (latest 9-10 Mar).
Hey! I'm a 26 year old APS grad who has just shifted from Melbourne and I'm looking for a place in inner Canberra. I've been in a sharehouse in Melbourne for the last four years and enjoy sharing a chat, meal or cheeky drink with other housemates. That said, I'm also pretty clean and respectful of others' space.
Hey! I'm Katie, I'm 26 from New Brunswick, Canada. I'm moving to Canberra for work at the end of March and am looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months. I don't know anyone in the city so would love to find some fun, kind, and chill roomies to live with! I'm clean, organized, and respectful of other peoples' space and am easy to get along with. I like to be out and about and am excited to explore Canberra, but also enjoy quiet nights in after work. I'm looking for a furnished place close to public transit so that I can easily get to/from work and the city centre.
I'm back in Canberra (studied and worked here previously) after several years overseas. Got lots of good travel stories. Aiming to cycle to work at Black Mountain most days, like to be active, and usually out and about on weekends. Environmentally conscious, like my own space but also social and ready to have a chat. Ideal place would have (in decreasing order of importance): awesome housemate, carpet, sunshine, gas cooking. Love cats so that would be an amazing bonus!
Accommodation found. Thank you. I'm a public servant and I've been spending my weekends checking out Canberra's music and art scene. I'm a non-smoker and would like to share with someone who doesn't smoke. Some good stuff: I'm not a party person and tend to keep quiet and friendly around the home. I'm a second-hand book store and tea-chat kind of person. I also like walks, baking cakes and overgrown gardens. I'm tidy and will keep the house fresh and clean. My household pet peeves are food and dirty dishes left in sinks overnight and grimy, dirty or dusty floors. I like my pad dust, ( human and pet) hair and crawlie free. I am a Queensland ring-in so this chilly spring weather has been a surprise! I will happily have a preemptive chat with you about heating and elect bills in case I'm around long enough to need it next year. What else: my lovely cat is George. He's my little house panther. He's pretty cool. Cheers, Rose
hey all. im a passionate plant person working in the horticulture maintenance game down town. there is a good chance you've been in some of the gardens i care for. after work i like to do all of the outside things. i climb and moto and bicycle and kayak and swim and hike and camp and volunteer.. i also like time to chill and watch movies and do games nights and other adult type things. pay bills. get groceries, you know. not sure what specifically i can bring to your place (other than free gardening), but I'm nice and reliable and plenty keen for a chat, i am also totally respectful of your space so no need to worry there. I'm hoping to find a place with some good people who all get along well, maybe even hang out sometimes. i get we've all got busy lives, but maybe an occasional house dinner/bbq. I'm down for that.
I am a second year undergrad studying health science at ANU, working casually at Questacon. I am very friendly, pretty tidy, and love to chat but respectful of space. I like music, art and books, bush walks, spending time with family and friends as well as drinking coffee. I am looking for a room close to ANU with friendly likeminded students or professionals for between 6-12 months moving in over the next few weeks (flexible).
I am a quiet guy and a clean person. I work full-time Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. If I am not working I like to play games, watch movies/Netflix and have an occasional drink. I am looking for a nice modern low maintenance place with internet preferably all bills included. I don't mind the location since my work is all around Canberra but will need a safe parking spot for a work car.
I'm a nonbinary PhD student at ANU. I'm very clean and friendly, and usually up for a chat. I'm a very outdoorsy person and like to spend my weekends hiking or camping. Otherwise I spend a lot of time playing video games or reading to relax. I'm looking for a place close to ANU with chill and accepting housemates that I can hang out with but also have my own space.

Hello, I’m currently studying Environmental Science and working part time. I enjoy cooking, riding my bike, playing sport and anything else outdoors. Non-smoker and have a pet cat named Mac, he’s super relaxed and very low maintenance. If your place is looking for someone and I fit the credentials, feel free to contact me on here :)
Hey there! I'm easy-going, friendly and not a bad cook. I just moved to Canberra from Sydney to work as a dietitian. I enjoy being outdoors, trying to learn the guitar, going out for a dance but also staying home to read/watch netflix. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people but am also respectful of people's personal space and time.
