Hi, I'm a full time student and am also working part time. I'm quiet and clean and although I am a social person, I enjoy my own space. It's important to me that communal areas remain clean and that dishes are done straight away. I feel like this just makes life easier for everyone. I also feel like it's important to turn lights off and not leave things on when they're not in use. I'm looking to move out with like minded people and am only moving due to my housemate needing to convert my room into a home office. I don't have any pets but I don't mind if you do, I love animals. I'm a positive person and would love to live with positive people.
Hello! I'm looking for a room to rent while I continue my study at Griffith Uni. I'm someone who enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, perhaps with a glass of wine so I want to move in with people I will get along with. I also enjoy my time alone so I am big on respecting each others spaces so don't worry about that :) I'm a tidy and relatively quiet person and I enjoy to bake occasionally. I do spend some time out of the house usually on weekends at my boyfriends place so I won't be home all the time. Mostly just looking for a household I can live comfortably in while I continue my university career :)
Science grad, working full time looking to start a lease or move into a vacant room for a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with someone that's tidy, outgoing and respects other peoples downtime/privacy. I'm always up for a chat when I'm about in the house although I don't drink/smoke. I always do my best to keep the household as clean as possible but I expect the same courtesy from others =)

*Looking for third housemate* We are two friends in our mid-twenties (29 is still mid, right?!), both working full time and relocating from Central Queensland to Brisbane on January 3. Yvette works as a beauty therapist and Aly is in journalism and communications. We have a small dog, a 4-year-old Mini Dachshund named London, who will also be coming along for the ride. We are looking for a third female to live with us in either a house or large townhouse in South Brisbane. The house will be fully furnished, except for your room. We are open to those who would like to be on the lease with us, or not. We are both super friendly, easy-going and love a celebration when one is called for. We are equally as hard-working, health-conscious and sensible when we need to be. In our spare time we love getting outdoors; going to the beach, exercising and hanging out with friends. We would like to live with someone who shares the same mindset as us; who can contribute to the household and get along with the banter, but also respect down-time and is genuinely honest and considerate. Ideally, we would like to live with someone who also works full time. Oh, and you must love dogs (and let's be honest, he'd be upset if he knew we were referring to him as a dog)! It goes down in the DM's - message us for more info! :)

I've got a number of house inspections booked during this week, if you are interested, please message me and you're more than welcome to come along. Also message me if you would like to meet either myself or myself and lachlan or even myself, lachlan and mishka. Looking forward to hearing from you! Penny
I am a postgrad medical student studying in UQ and am currently actively looking for a place closer to the hospitals. I am mostly quiet keeping to himself but sociable when things are happening. Normally I don't party. Never did drugs. Don't smoke. I am also tidy and cleans up after himself. I work as a casual online tutor with a lot of savings - enough to last me till I graduate in 3 more years and start being an intern, so rents and bills are never a problem. I also have my own car, so parking is essential (can be on or off street).
I am a 20 years old Hungarian girl starting my secodn year of law school in 2017 at Griffith Nathan Campus. I am looking for a home and friendly, open minded, enthusiastic flatmates who would like to share their lives and who do respect personal space as well - just like I do :) I am clean and like to keep the house tidy. I love pets and plants, good food and big laughs :) My boyfriend is a Brisbane boy, 20 years old as well, doing flight training to be a pilot and he would be a frequent visitor but not a permanent housemate (yet at least ;) ). I love to go for walks and occassional runs, also to go to the gym often. Cooking and baking is one of my favourite activities (expecially in the exam period...).
I am an animal lover with a small dog and cat, I am also a mum of 3.I have 2 boys aged 2 and 6 years old who I see once a fortnight and a 14 year old girl whome I see on the school holidays. I am looking for a place for a short term to stay at only twice a week. I live on the coast but work in brisbane 3 days a week, so I prefer to stay down here for 2 nights to save the travel. So really I only need a bedroom for 2 nights a week. Any offers I'll consider. Thanks.
Clean and quiet working young professional/nerd/gamer with two cuddly puppies and a fat cat. Be prepared to give pats. All of the pats. I mostly stay in an lead a quiet life, but do sometimes venture outside to go mountain biking on weekends. Pretty easy going and won't bother you if you want some quiet time. Looking for a relaxed environment to call home. Please no drugs and outside smoking only but preferably non-smoking.
I'm a communications professional currently working in the city, looking for a self-contained place for myself and my mature and very timid cat, so a pet friendly granny flat or studio with a sunny windowsill would be perfect. I'm currently in the process of selling my 3 bedroom house in Sunnybank Hills, and hoping to rent for a year or two while I focus on career. The house is expected to sell very quickly, however I will keep any prospective landlord in the loop. I have lived happily on my own for the last several years, and rarely have friends over, preferring instead to go out, as I do love my privacy. Having said that, I highly value good neighbours. I adore gardening, and will find this the biggest challenge as I downsize (happy to help out with yours or point me towards a community garden). I have been a landlord on flatmates.com and been contacted by many people with no profile details, references, or comprehensive explanation of what they are looking for or why my property suits them - so I invite you to ask me as much as you need to know to ensure we are going to be a good fit. My cat comes with vet reports (medical and behavioural) and I can organise references from pet sitters and catteries. As I have been a homeowner for the last 10 years please let me know what kind of references you expect from me.
Easy going. Clean up after myself. Im usually home at night and out all day. Independent. Consideret will be quiet in the mornings etc. Work in a panel and paint shop. From nz

Two friends who have lived together before, one coming back from exchange in Canada and the other returning from a summer job in Darwin, looking for some new friends to live with! We'll be heading back to Brisbane at the start of February to start our 3rd year studying at UQ, whilst working part time. We're clean people and respect each other's personal space but, that being said, we would be keen to share meals, a Netflix account and a bottle of wine or 3 as well!
Ola Amigos, I'm a Canadian university student studying at UBC in Kelowna, B.C. (our sunny version of Aus!) and will be going on an exchange to UQ from February-June 2017. Of course that means I'll need a place to stay, hopefully near the St. Lucia campus. I'm a clean, respectful roommate with a love for pets if you have one. My hobbies include photography with my 6D (which only amount to insta posts but whatever), going to the gym, rockclimbing, and other versions of schoolwork procrastination. I'm currently studying zoology and work as a game producer, webcasting sports games live. Happy to live with any gender (+gender fluid) so feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
I'm currently doing a gap year in the Air Force and next year I plan to study full time at UQ and work in the Reserves. I'm really easy going and I've gotten pretty good at communal living this year! I'm a clean and friendly housemate and I'm looking for a sharehouse where I can make some friends and get to know Brisbane.

Hi everyone! I am coming to Brisbane for an exchange semester at UQ starting in February 2017 and still looking for accommodation. Originally I am from Austria where I study law and philosophy at the University of Vienna. Since I already spent quite some time abroad I have no problems with adapting to new situations or people and I am always keen to share new experiences. I usually take good care of the place I live in (in terms of cleaning) and I have profound Schnitzel-cooking skills, which I am very willing to prove.
Hi, my name is Tracy, I'm a very youthful, middle aged woman recently relocated from Melbourne. I'm a non-smoker, a social drinker and I work in Capalaba. I'm friendly and outgoing but also appreciate and respect privacy, (I read a lot so I'm pretty quiet). I'm into walking and exercise and I work in the health food industry. I'm also a very clean person and maintain a very clean environment so thats important to me. I'm looking for a spacious room with builtin's and my own bathroom. My budget is $150 to $160 (negotiable) and this must include all utilities, I do not need the internet as I have my own data. I have a car so off street parking would be a bonus. I'm honest and reliable so my bills are always paid on time. My preference is to be in the Woolloongabba/Greenslopes area and I would prefer to share with just one other person.
I work at Vulcana Women's circus both in the office and teach kids circus too. I spend most of my time there really, training or being a Trainer or in the little office. I love dogs. I like a chat and cuppa, but also like alone time at home. I'm often exhausted at home. Fairly early riser and early to bed. Like to be clean in the living areas and pay bills on time. I'm looking for a friendly, peaceful home that can also have fun.
I'm open minded, clean, friendly, and social. I cook the best grilled meat ever and I love camping, clubbing, and snorkeling. I always try to eat as healthy as possible and I exercise regularly.
Hi there I'm a med PhD/ neuroscientist (super driven) recently back for the states, to help my folks through a transition. Now it's my turn. (House trained) I read a lot though I'm not really a homebody. I love to hang out, philosophise and have a bit of fun preferably with cool compassionate, empathic, humble, self aware, progressive, respectful people. I’m chill and easy going but passionate and engaged with the world. Life's about being positive and being able to talk to anyone no matter what their perspective but if you dont know who Donald Trump is or think he's a good thing, I'm just not the one for you. Troy
The house I'm in is going its separate ways and I need a room for my final year of my PhD - starting Jan 2017. I'm studying at UQ and I'm there during the week, just like a full-time job. I'm friendly, considerate and tidy, plus I'm not big into partying. I like everyone to be able to have a chat and get along - communication is key!
Hello there. I'm Lenin Jacob from India. I'm 23. I'll be coming to Brisbane on 17th February, as I got admission into UQ. For the initial days, I'll be staying with one of my friends, yet from 25th February, I'll need to live separately. I can only afford a place that is around $140-$160 per week (including all bills). Likewise, I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't have a pet. I have no gender preferences for my flatmate. I could live with both, male or female. Let me know if you're interested in further negotiations. I might be happy to stop for a moment to chat with you.
Prefer to share with only 1-other person and have own bathroom. I'm a minimalist who likes to live without clutter. I am quiet, respectful of others people's property and privacy. Non-smoker, non-musician, no children and have no pets. I'm prefer the quiet life and am not a party animal. Love dogs but allergic to cats. Professional freelance graphic designer who works occasionally from home. Looking to study chemistry in 2017. I like cycling and need storage for two bikes. I also enjoy travelling and hiking. It'd be nice to share with a like-minded person who values good health and wellbeing.
Heya, we are two best friends from NZ who moved over to Brisbane in July this year to work and study. We are very easy going and down to earth gals who are looking forward to meeting some new people! We love the outdoors, play and watch all kinds of sport, enjoy socialising and having a few drinks on the odd weekend, but also like our downtime and keeping to ourselves. Please get in touch if you're looking for a team up or think you have the rooms for us! Looking forward to hearing from you :D Cheers, Courtney & Nicole
We are both very friendly, welcoming and relaxed people and our cleanliness and respectfulness would make us a great couple to live with! Due to our work and social activities we are often out and about. Jack is currently working full time as an electrical apprentice and I am working full time as a receptionist. Jack and I love going to the beach on the weekends and spending time with friends :) We also love animals and the outdoors! We are looking for places that are modern, have a large master bedroom with ensuite and a large wardrobe. Also a place that has a laundry :)
I am a seventeen-year-old female who will be studying International Relations at UQ in 2017. I am moving from a small country town and am looking forward to the change to a city lifestyle. I am interested in other cultures and enjoy going to the gym.
At this time I have found a place. I am just sorting out details. I'm a quiet person who likes puzzles, reading and studying. I'm a huge pop culture nerd. I am a person who loves to hang out with friends and I make friends quickly so feel free to hang out with me or if you are a person who likes company (parties or chill outs) I'm cool. I'm a full time student and a part-time nanny.
Easy going mature lady (non-smoker) seeking furnished room in Bne around Yeronga, Annerley, East Brisbane areas. I prefer an en-suite or own-use bathroom although this is not a killer. I will need accommodation from beginning of January. I respect peoples' need for space and generally keep to myself, but I also enjoy a glass of red and a great conversation - so it would be great to find like minded flatties (male or female). I will need to be within easy walking distance of train and bus routes as I will not have a vehicle initially. Also very much hoping to find somewhere with reasonable access to a park for runs/walks. I am studying (USQ) but will also be job seeking (please note that I am self supported financially).
Looking for people to share a house with around UQ! We are tidy and friendly and keep the house clean as much as possible. We are both 23 years of age and we have a sassy cat names Olive. I am commencing my master of Environmental Management in Feb and Rory is commencing his master of Exercise physiology in second semester. We like to keep to our selves but also love a good movie night. We don't tend to go out very much as we will be very studious. We like to spend our spare time outdoors on adventures and at the beach. We both live a healthy life style, of no smoking, eating healthy and exercising. Let me know if you think you'd like to have us or team up for a new share house :)
Move date in January** I am a full time nurse working shift work hours. I am super laid back, tidy, outgoing and respectful of house mates. love a wine or two and hoping to meet housemates who are like minded :) prefer the master bedroom if possible!
Hi there! My name is Ramez (or Mez for short) and I'm a recently graduated intern Doctor starting work in 2017. As a housemate, I am a responsible, clean and considerate person; I understand the value of common courtesy that every flatmate deserves! I enjoy trying to balance my love for food (mainly eating, but also cooking) with fitness through outdoor sports, activities and gym. Having said that, who doesn't love binge watching a season or three of TV shows?
