Hi! We’re Emily and Reuben and we’re looking for somewhere to live at the end of July/ beginning of August. We’re both 24, very easy going and working full-time. We’re clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. In our spare time we love going to the beach but we also like board games, watching movies or going out for a couple of drinks. We’d like to find somewhere to live in South Fremantle, Beaconsfield or Hamilton Hill - however we need to be walking distance to Hampton Road/ Cockburn Road as Reuben relies on the 548 to get to and from work. We would like somewhere we can commit to for at least 3-months (ideally longer) so no short-term contracts. Our budget is around $500 pw depending on the type of accommodation. Our current tenancy ends on the 2nd of August so we’re hoping to somewhere we can move in at the end of July so we aren’t without somewhere to live between places. I really value a house where everyone is respectful of each other’s space but can also enjoy a chat, a meal together, or a lazy night watching something on the couch.
