To whom this may concern I am a Personal Trainer who owns his own business. I am a sports minded, honest person who is very easy to get a long with. Trustworthy guy with a sense of humour. I am looking for a share house with 1-2 people to live with. I'm looking to rent a unit/house Nth of the city. Preferably around Osborne Park, Yokine, Balcatta, Dianella, Tuart Hill, Warwick, Greenwood area or there about's. I have my own furniture in storage that i would like to use but its ok if i cant do that. I'm open to looking at other areas in Nthn suburbs of Perth as well. I have been looking for up to 24 months on and off as its unbelievably hard to get a place for myself being a single male. Down the track when housing gets better in Perth i would like to lease a 3 x 1 or a house along that size as i have my own furniture but my first and main option now is is to share with 1-2 quality people. Is there actually anyone on this site who is GENUINELY AND SINCERELEY looking to buddy up??!! It seems it has become more of a dating site or a site where people can tell you their woes! Not a great experience thus far sadly. I'm returning to Aus from a long stay over in the UK caring for elderly parent. I enjoy my own space as well as having a good old yarn and lifestyle wise, I am pretty quiet...partying days are well behind me. I love the company of animals and have a cat and dog that will be flying home with me. For this reason it is essential that I have a pet friendly pad to rest my head. Be great to find a buddy who can go to viewings and move in to our new shared place. I’d pay agent direct a lump sum for my part of the rent so buddy would have that assurance. I’m due fly back in September. I am happy to do whatsapp or facetime video chats. In an ideal world, I'd prefer a single person of similar age, looking to rent out a room. I am not looking to share with lots of people, two other people would be my max for sharing and defo no revellers, rowdy hell raisers or heavy drinkers, party poppers. Furnished would be ideal but I can get my own stuff for the right pad. I follow a Buddhist pathway so am pretty chilled, good laugh, like simple things. I just need to get back and , preferred areas listed are where family or pals are so they are preferential although not essential in the current climate...consider all ! WA: Kelmscott, Fremantle, Kalamunda, Narrogin, Albany, Scarborough. Other sharers: respectful of others beliefs, spiritual is helpful or at least good morals, animal loving, good humoured and even tempered. Definitely not heavy drinkers. Very much need to do my own thing come food time due to food intolerances and preferences...I don't eat animal produce. I have no furniture. Moggy aged 12 (dog wise) Mongrel aged 7 ( loves dogs and cat wise)
